Stopped by today & it did not disappoint! Unfortunately all the shoes I was interested in were sold out in my size. Nonetheless, the attention to service and positive attitude of the shop assistant was great! It was a nice change from what I’ve been experiencing around town. I was able to pick up a pair of pants at a ridiculously great price! They have a nice assortment of brands. I can’t wait to go back.

Categorically the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Like many other reviewers, I placed an order for shoes that needed to be returned due to sizing. I contacted the store in advance to notify them of the return—no response. They then refused to receive the package. It was redirected to the post office, where it has remained uncollected. I’ve let them know numerous times that the package awaits collection and yet as of today the package remains uncollected. I sent multiple emails and DMs—none of which were answered. Fortunately, I was reimbursed through my credit card company. According to the tracking, the shoes are still sitting at the post office. Unless you are absolutely certain that what you’re ordering will fit and you’ll have no reason to return it, do not, under any circumstances, order from this store. They will not respond to you. They will not engage, even when contacted by your credit card provider. Buyer beware.

Judging by the other reviews, apparently I am not the only one with a horrible experience. WARNING: IF YOU MUST BUY FROM THEM, PAY WITH PAYPAL. THEY DONT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS AND DONT REPLY TO EMAILS. I did an exchange for a wrong size: they did not refund me (which is compulsory per EU law) forward shipping costs and the second package got lost somewhere and they don't even reply to the (very professional) courier despite at least 15 emails. They read them (I have a tracker) but don't bother. I can't fathom why one would own a store and behave like that.

Such a cool little spot! It’s got a lot more merchandise packed into its small space than you’d expect. My boyfriend and friends visited twice and still ran out of time to see everything. Lots of unique fabrics and patterns. Mostly men’s clothing but some stuff I could’ve repurposed for myself as well (many pieces could be gender-neutral). The owner speaks a little English but if the manager is there he’ll help you out. Both absolutely lovely people!! So so sweet and helpful with sizing and trying on as well. Don’t sleep on this spot!!!

Excellent selection of European and Japanese brands. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A must see when visiting the capital.

Probably one of the coolest mens stores in Europe. It has a lot of quality brands in almost all the price ranges curated with a similar sports luxe casual style. Very wearable clothing from designer branda like Margaret Howell, Acne, Barena, Universal Works to Brands like Patagonia and Nanamica. The ambiance and style of the store is also on point with great staff that are wiling to help you find cool stuff.

Very bad experience online with Sportivo Store. My order was never delivered and they don't answer to my emails anymore, in order to give me a refund or to send again the package.
