The sports store service was excellent—the staff member there was extremely helpful and professional. The golf coach at the golf range, Bradoh, is simply one of the best—knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. We also attended a yoga class, which was great and very relaxing. At the restaurant, Islam, one of the new waiters, was kind, generous, and attentive. The female staff in the restaurant were all professional, and the housekeeping lady did a wonderful job. Please pay attention to gym cleanliness, and don’t allow children into the gym, even if they are accompanied by an adult.

I had a great experience staying here for two nights. The facility is excellent, and the team was welcoming and professional. That said, there are two areas that could be reconsidered: • Air conditioning policy: Turning off the AC when the outside temperature drops below 23°C significantly impacted my comfort and quality of sleep. The room was not cool enough, and opening the window led to unavoidable noise from outside. This should ultimately be the guest’s choice, rather than a rigid policy imposed by the hotel. • Check-out time: A 10:00 AM check-out feels quite early and a bit rushed, especially after a relaxing stay. Aside from these points, the room, food, and service were truly exceptional, and I will still rate it a 5 stars hotel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible resort in Austria, and we were absolutely blown away by both the natural beauty of the surroundings and the outstanding service we received during our stay. The resort is nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps, with stunning panoramic views that took our breath away every single day. The picturesque landscapes, lush greenery, and snow-capped peaks were like something out of a fairy tale. What truly made this experience exceptional was the service. From the moment we arrived, I felt like a VIP. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Whether it was the personalized recommendations for local activities, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, or the exquisite dining experiences, everything was just flawless. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness, making our time here unforgettable. If you're looking for a truly luxurious and peaceful getaway, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's a perfect blend of natural beauty and top-tier service that will leave you with memories you'll cherish forever. A true 5-star experience!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is modern, warm, and spacious, with beautiful views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. We had a dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Our room, in particular, offered a stunning view, which was a highlight of our stay. However, we found the layout of the spa a bit confusing and had difficulty finding our way around. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the spa was not open at 9 AM, as we expected it to be available earlier in the morning. In terms of location, we initially thought the hotel would be situated in a quieter area. While it wasn't as peaceful as we had anticipated, this did not significantly detract from our experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the excellent service provided by their staff.

Quite the place - lovely view perfect food and very friendly staff.|We paid 249pp + 249 minus 10% for extra child. This last being a bit overprized.|Breakfast is excellent all you can wish for.|14h till 16h nice afternoon buffet and daily choice of three dinner menus.|We had suite 119: very spacious, large bathroom, seperate toilet and seated IR room. Enormous terras (you could host a 10 person drink) with magnificent view over water, golf to the mountains. Large and spatious parking with lots of e-chargers.|Only negative point is the lack of help with the luggage -carriages are available.

Awesome place for a golf lover (and others as well). Big rooms, ours with direct view to the golf course, but all within the beautiful Zillertal valley. Great breakfast with lots of options. |Restaurant is together with golf club, so it can get a bit busy.

The most beautiful suite in Austria, large (sauna room, infrared cabin, and a wonderful view of the golf lakes). The accommodation includes two breakfasts, dinner, and an afternoon snack. Drinks are not included. The food is very good (“Fine dining restaurant”) and it was taken into account that we did not eat pork or drink alcohol. The restaurant team and reception are very nice and friendly. Negatives, unfortunately Facilities will not open early, such as the gym, swimming pool, spa, and relaxation area/yoga class. The time has been reduced There is no one to serve you with bags and the coffee machine (the water container is dirty) There are no toothbrushes and paste. Upon request, we were provided with a brush without an ID for the hotel. It appears to be from the supermarket. It did not include toothpaste/there is no soap for the hands or body. The towels are not changed daily and do not have the resort logo on them!! The relaxation area at the pool has no nuts, just water, so it wasn't cold A birthday celebration. A balloon with two numbers was requested a month ago and was not provided until presentation. It was not accompanied by any show or even music. The price does not match the service at all

This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel having first stayed here in 2015 shortly after it opened. Once again it didn't disappoint, the room, the service, the staff, the location and condition of the hotel and the stunning golf course were first class. Made to feel at home and welcome from the moment we checked in by Daniel and all of the front of house team. The food and service within the restaurant was absolutely excellent. We were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary whilst there and we're treated fantastically by the team to help us celebrate. Beautiful rooftop infinity pool offers spectacular views down the valley. Simply stunning and as good as any 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Look forward to our next visit already.
