Lost two weekends with this delivery service for a purchase from Sports Direct. First time, they left a note in the door (they must have waited less than a half a second for me to hear the doorbell, gone). Rescheduled the delivery and They simply DID NOT DELIVER. I sat in my doorway from 7.30am til 9.30pm. Nothing. Sportsdirect use this company and should not. By the way Yodel, if you want to see, the number is JD0002215628862804. I see that at 21.30 on the 7th May 2016 the status is still 'with the courier' - what's he doing with it? Wearing it, wrapping it for his kid?
Updat: at 10pm: Yodel says 'We were unable to locate your property. Please chat to us' with no way of doing so.
So they came to my address last week and couldn't contact me (even though I was there), but couldn't 'find' my address this week. Lets see what happens next week. You only get three tries with Yodel.
