One woman has too much work, she is doing her best but can not cope. Her coworkers are unhappy to work is this place and they are unwilling to help her. We were 3 people asking for a few different show sizes. I left. Dont go there. They dont let you try both shoes, just one by one.

Went to try something on and was told I was not allowed to take my bag into the changing room. I was told I needed to leave my bag either outside the changing room or at the cash desk. What a ridiculous system. Needless to say, I didn’t try anything on and I didn’t buy anything. If you don’t trust your customers, then why don’t you have a different system for your security? It was very insulting and I definitely would never come back to this store.

Needed someone to grab a box for some shoes I wanted to buy. What seemed like the manager and two other staff members were chatting by the entrance completely ignored me. Eventually said he’d get someone instead of helping me or breaking up their conversation. Stood there like a lemon for another 10 minutes while one guy ran past me saying he’ll be back but never materialised. Gave up in the end and left.

not disabled friendly. Embarrassing. the changing rooms have a disabled seat which is locked away and you must ask to use it and explain your disability. completely embarrassing and unnecessary. if the manager could have rolled his eyes harder he would have and he told me to complain. shame

A few weeks ago, I came here to collect some trainers for my daughter. All very straightforward… until one of the staff randomly started singing John Legend at the till. Yes, really. Not karaoke night, not “Britain’s Got Talent” - just Sports Direct, Islington. Utterly bizarre. Order complete, but the experience felt unprofessional and oddly out of place.

Avoid! Bald Indian guy with glasses was rude to me. Disgusting service. The opening times aren’t accurate. Avoid.

What kind of clothing shop closes their fitting rooms 2 hours before closing time? Lost on £100 sales. Absolutely ridiculous.
