First time experience. Black Friday sale and the staff helps me assemble a rifle for deer season. Everything on sale. Fast forward a week and the scope drops another $50. I call up and Ryan answers the phone. He made it right—I came in and he immediately helped me. Kelsey was also very friendly and understanding.

Had a couple of local customers that want to make an order and use me as the transferring FFL (we are small town and there’s only 3 full time FFLs unless you want to drive way out of your way). So I called to get my FFL added to their website….i was then informed they will not be taking any new FFLs until next year. Basically they told me to go pound sand being a transferring FFL, and they told my customers to pound sand on their order or pick another FFL that’s a significant distance away. This is not what I call customer service….no worries though, I’ll work directly with these customers and get their order filled through my store…so I guess I should be thanking you for the extra business due to your bad service.

They DO NOT PRICE MATCH. I tried to get a magazine for Glock at this store. It sold for $10 cheaper at Academy Sports. They said we do not price match “sales.” They retail at $34.99. Wow, a bunch of modern geniuses. If anyone sells it at a better price than Msrp that would technically be a sale. They say “price match” to fool you into the store. Academy actually price matches. This place is only good for one thing. The gun selections. They do have a better selection than academy does at times. The staff at the gun bar is OK as well. But make no mistake, If you do buy a gun at there Store, immediately leave and purchase everything else from Academy. I dealt with a 80 year-old woman at the counter and I asked if they price match. She immediately said no. Then I said, are you sure it says you do on the website. From that point she found any reason for not doing it. Just want to make everyone aware, THEY DO NOT PRICE MATCH

I love this store for 1 reason. They have an abundance of what you will need for anything. Sporting goods, including clothing, firearms, knives, camping equipment, and even B. B guns for at home, target practice. And whatnot. Everything is pretty easy to find.Most of the staff is friendly, BUT then there are those who follow you around the entire store." Like we don't know" watching your every move. So much so it's almost uncomfortable. Especially when your not a thief 1 and 2 why steal from somewhere I enjoy shopping and there's not another one to go to. I mean academy.....hmmm

Good customer service behind the gun counter. They aren't judgy and will talk to you about your needs. I like that when I asked the guy a question, instead of giving me a BS answer he said he wasn't sure and asked someone else. Says a lot about his character!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sportsmans Warehouse has a great selection of fishing, hunting, and camping gear.

This place is a total joke. Stay away. No one working or no one to help. Shoe department a complete and utter mess. No variety, no choice, and too expensive. A waste of my time.

This is my favorite sporting goods store in North Mississippi. It has easy access off Interstate 55 at Exit number 289 in Southaven, MS. Parking: there's was no problem about finding a parking place the few times I did business with them. Hours: Their hours are that they are open week days from 10am till 8pm. On the weekends they are open from 10am till 9pm except on Sunday when they close at 6pm. Customer Service: I can always find someone to help me. I can tell just by talking to everyone here that they like their jobs and don't mind waiting on people. Camo: This store has a lot of camouflaged hunting supplies and accessories. I bought a camo bag for my ATV.

Let's just call it Buck N Bass Lite. They have plenty of camping fishing and hunting gear. Good place to get flannel wear, gloves and boots too. Got a good selection of candy as well. My favs are the sour cherries!

Prices are way too high. They literally hire kids. So they are rude and awkward. Part of puberty. Prices are through the roof. Just go to academy. Or honestly, if you want to be gouged, go to Bass Pro where the selection is 10x better. Sportsman's Warehouse has some gem employees. The ones of age that know a thing or two. Outside of that, worst larger size outdoor store is Desoto County. Go to academy. It's about 10min down the road in olive branch. You're welcome.

What a Joke how do businesses like this stay in business? website is selling things they don't have, they take your money on the hopes they can order it and then when they can't get the item they sold you, you have fight to get your money back. No customer service, like always you get msg when you call CUSTOMER SERVICE, we are experiencing higher than normal calls, your wait time IS 9 HOURS... I thought it was a joke so I called back now my wait time was 9 and half hours... WTF ???? Do Not Recommend this business... and this is all of them NOT just local store this is national customer service... wow 9 hour wait time they just made the Govt look competent and that is hard to do.

I shop there and get things shipped to them from online store almost every week. Nevwer had an issue (except for one small incident with a guy at the gun counter when he was running my paperwork) but it was isolated and he has no emotional intelligence to think about what he said to a loyal customer and how it will impact him.... I love the staff there, they know me and we always talk and get a laughter going before I get my purchases and leave the store. The manager is a great guy, I have to cacth his name next time. I did plenty of product reviews for them on youtube and would continue to do so because they treat me right and stand behind thier products and purchase. If I drive 35 minutes (each way) to go shop there, that means, I am very satisfied with them.

Prices are outrageous for the most basic equipment. The staff is mostly teenagers who IF you can find one to help you, are rude and don't know anything about the merchandise. We recently went and they didn't have anyone at the register. Apparently you have to go to customer service to check out. When I mentioned they may want to put up a sign stating that , the teenager behind the counter rolled her eyes at me. When I asked her why she did that she said "I do that to rude customers". When I asked to the see manager she said "which one?!?!" The manager came and he said "I talk to them about this stuff but they don't listen what do you want me to do ? Fire her?" As I was leaving she was very sarcastic and said "bye sir thanks for coming in have a good day" as the manager was right there. He didn't say anything. Outside he said "she is a very short term employee." So they let me walk out and not purchase a $700 rifle, $400 scope and $40 worth of other merchandise because the manager sucks and didn't want to hurt the girls feelings. Most likely he wants to get in her pants and that's why he is a spineless loser.

I went there to purchase a compound bow on 6/30/17. I went straight back to the archery counter. No one was there which is typical. I went to the gun counter and asked to look at a bow. They paged the archery tech (I think his name was Caleb). I waited for approximately 20 minutes and no one ever came. I went back to the gun counter and asked to look at a bow again. They paged the archery tech again. I waited another 15 minutes with no one coming still. I finally had enough and began walking out. As I'm walking out I was told "the archery tech is coming right now". I politely said I have been here for 35 minutes. I'm not waiting any longer. As I am walking past the customer service counter on my way out the door, I see "Caleb" sitting there talking to the girls that work the customer service counter and joking and laughing. You just lost a $1,000 sale. GREAT JOB CALEB!

I went in looking for hiking boots. Needless to say, I was outta my element completely. The young lady in the shoe department went through the aisles with me and made suggestions to meet my footwear needs. She even showed me which pairs were on clearance and checked back in with me after I'd tried a few pair. Not only was she attentive and polite, I was in the store their last 20 minutes before closing. Often, employees "check out" the last bit of their shift, but she treated me with respect and was quite helpful. The store was very neat and orderly with lots to choose from.

was in there shopping for a present for my 75 year old father went to the gun counter as my dad wants a small caliber rifle an associate named joe went above and beyond asking two other coworkers the answers we needed called colorado to get information on how to get my dad his gift spent time with us and made christmas gift giving so much easier and hassle free.;
