Came here quite some times for lunch. The food is really amazing, every time. The place is usually busy during lunch, but we always were able to sit down. The waiters are very nice and most of them speak good English. Especially Luciano, who almost became our friend and was greeting us with a big smile always, adding to our positive experience. Really a place to go when you are in Sao Paulo!

Always a pleasure time. The restaurant and their hair is charming and they are attempted to all the details. They have an amazing ambience. The menu is rich in options and flavours, and nice cocktails. The food menu has authentic Brazilian food and with the sophisticated touch. The interior design is cozy and party at the same time. Highly recommend this restaurant! And I will definitely return, it became my tradition, always when I am in São Paulo, I need to go at least one day to this restaurant.

We were visiting São Paulo from the UK as part of a trip around Brazil. Out hotel was around the corner and the staff recommended it to us when we asked about a restaurant serving Brazilian food. It was an excellent find! The food was delicious, the caprinias great and the interior and atmosphere was lovely. The quality of service was exceptional with the friendly staff all speaking excellent English to us and making us feel welcome. I highly recommend it.

We came for the lively, energetic, and upbeat atmosphere. Great experience and the food was good! We ordered the squid, which was incredible, the melon/ham pasta, and the shrimp pasta. My shrimp pasta was fresh, and light, which was what I was looking for.

Amazing food and drinks. Goat cheese terrine was divine. Luca gave me great recommendations for the area and made a superb caipirinha specifically for my taste.

Spot was open on Christmas night which was a bonus. The staff were lovely but very busy. We were a table of 12 so had to wait quite a while for our food. When it did come some of the food was cold but they did change those items quite quickly. I would like to go back in a smaller group and probably will get faster service and hotter food.

Mediocre food, bad service. Food wasn't great, especially for the price. My wifes seared tuna was still fridge cold in the middle. Some of my grilled veggies had been cremated. Everything was under seasoned. While the servers were pleasant, they lacked a basic concept of service; constantly leaning over us, not acknowledging our requests (how are we meant to know if you heard us?), not replacing the cutlery we ate our seafood starter with, to eat my steak main (even when we asked) Slamming my beer down on the table, and not making a substitution when the restaurant had ran out of an element of a dish (salad isn't the same as fries. If they ran out of the 'special' fries for the steak tartare then they ought to switch them for one of the many other types of fries they sell, instead of making me purchase a whole portion additionally) When I told the waitress I'd like to remove the service charge she abrasively asked me why. I told her that I wasn't happy with the service and expected better, she put my receipt on the table without saying a word (no thank you or goodbye, let alone an apology) and walked off. As we left other staff were more friendly, however I don't think we will return, I can get an overpriced steak and bad service a lot closer to home.

Food was delicious! Staff were super friendly! And that's what matters! So they get 5 stars. However, please note, the amount of time we had to wait for our food to arrive was excessively long. I'm well aware as an American, we expect our food and service to be expedited way more than it should be. I am well versed in traveling overseas and am well understanding of how other countries operate when it comes to service (a lot slower than America), and I'm okay with that. However, even with being used to and cognizant of the slower atmosphere, this particular place was a lot slower than the "norm". Just something to be mindful of. But overall, everything else was great and the food was delicious, which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars.

One of a kind restaurant. It is difficult to categorize the "cuisine" of Spot, but food here is really good! Located in a green lawn kind of square (with other 2 restaurants) just one block from av Paulista, its ambiance is really cool, modern and relaxed In the menu classic dishes like Spaghetti Carbonara, Bacalhau (dry cod fish) a Ze do Pipo, Niçoise Salad, Burger with delicious fries, but my order today was from the grill section : Seared tuna with oriental sauce. To accompany it I chose from the side dishes Grilled veggies. My daughter opted by octopus with roasted sweet potatoes. All came perfectly cooked Service is friendly. Not cheap but value for money. A restaurant that you leave happy

Wonderful service great atmosphere. This is a very cool restaurant. Looking forward to going back. The food was delicious. I had a great time.

We had a large gathering here with work colleagues and they accommodated us inside with great ease. The service was outstanding - especially because our server had excellent English skills as well as his obvious native Portuguese. It made everything run so smoothly. The food variety was spot on perfect and the taste and quality top notch. I'd come back in a second on my next trip to São Paulo.

Busy restaurant with very attentive servers who all spoke Portuguese, spanish and english. They accommodated a large group flawlessly without prior arrangement. The food was outstanding and they even had a separate vegan menu.

Great selection of food. The lemon risotto was perfect with the pan seared tuna! The staff was pleasant and efficient. The seating next to the wall is preferable to the inner tables, the tables are a bit close. Reserve a table after 8:00pm, however well worth the wait. Prices reasonable.

Great atmosphere definitely try the mushroom appetizer.

Great "spot" for dinner and drinks after checking out the São Paulo museum. We sat outdoors comfortably and drank the local brew. The ham Bruschetta was excellent as was the grilled chicken and garlic broccolini.

Spot is my to-go choice if I want a nice environment, with good food and affordable prices. The place itself is well located just half a block from Paulista Ave. Perfect to have a drink, a glass of wine or enjoy a well cooked meal. I always bring my gringo friends and they are usually impressed to be able to order and eat vegetables and a healthy dish -- hard task when traveling am I right? Absolutely love their linguini pasta with Sicilian lime. Recently I tried the steak tartare and was surprised with the presentation. They bring all of the ingredients separately for you to mix at the table. It was delicious. Service is not the best, and that is mainly why I cannot give it 5-stars.

Nice ambiente and staffs. Place for "boys meet girls". Casual dressy code. Good appetizers sweet potatoes fries.

For the business lunch I was on, Spot was, well, spot on. The airy, bright interior and long booth seating offered just the right landing pad for our hungry appetites. With no reservations, my lunch mate and I were immediately escorted to our table for 2. Despite the busy crowd, we didn't wait at all. Around us, slightly glamourous men and women ate their salads (of which you'll find a nice selection) and I went for Monday special of beef stew rice, beans, manioc flour, plantain and fried egg (this dish essentially defined my Brazilian visit as I found myself ordering it everywhere). A caipirinha followed... and then another. A hip spot like Spot makes it easy to want to drink and chat and give yourself to the Brazilian way. The wait staff was also adorably chic and I quickly realized this place must hop at night. And so it does, confirmed my lunch companion, "it's full of gay men at night." Well, sounds like a well-rounded spot to me.

Came here around 12:30 today for a quick bite to eat before heading to the MASP and got in at the right time. At about 12:45, this place was packed!! The waitress gave us English menus which was so helpful and even spoke to us in English for most of the time. We ordered the marinated salmon with a cucumber salad and dill mustard for an app and it was super tasty!! For lunch we had the day special which was a white fish with potatoes, bell peppers, olives, capers and olive oil. The fish was very fresh and the flavors complimented the dish very well. We also had the penne oriental which had chicken, shiitake mushrooms and a teriyaki type sauce. This was also pretty delicious and had a nice crunch with the sliced almonds on top. Though there was a little too much sauce and by the end, I was sick of the dish. We also had some succos, grape and orange, and it was super refreshing. The ambiance is casual but you can tell a lot of the business folk around the restaurant stop in for lunch. Wait staff was super friendly and very quick. Loved this place!

Nice people watching, English Menu, and many choices for a great lunch! Make sure that you call the waiters to take orders as typical custom in Brasil!

Great date spot! I have been here a couple times and definitely enjoyed it. Very pleased that they have a large outdoor seating area - some of which is covered in case it starts to rain. Yes, it's expensive, so you're probably not going to spend the whole night here. While it's an ideal spot for happy hour for a couple drinks, it's also great for dinner. I had the duck breast which I thoroughly enjoyed. A wonderful place to take a date for sure.

Very good choice for a nice dinner in a casual environment. Steak bernaise and Sunday cod special were delicious. Service was very friendly.

The poivre steak was made right. Lunch hour could be a little busy so expect to wait a little bit. Thank god for the eye candy waiters to fill in the lull!

Stopped in after MASP. Great salads and broccoli rice is great. Friendly, casual 'spot'.

Cocktails are amazing! Super talented bartenders! Food is not refined but of ok quality. A place to start the night and to be seen.

We headed here for some food and drinks on a Sunday night during our vacation. It looked like 'date night' as there were lots of couples and good people watching in general. The spot seems pretty hip and the cocktails were all very delicious. The steak, however, did not rank quite as well as the other steaks we had during our time in Brazil. I'd say 4 star drinks and 3 star food. Not bad, just not quite as good as some other places.

Great spot to begin a night out on the town or enjoy a dinner with friends. Always packed and super busy so try to make a reservation ahead of time. The deck outside is great for some drinks after work on a relaxing night. Pick the Spaghettini trifolati or the bowl salad and a bottle of wine and enjoy.
