Spring Cafe Aspen

Hands down one of the best cafes that I have been to. Their food is so fresh and the service is exceptional. They have a great selection of dishes on their menu as well as smoothies, juices, and alcholic beverages. I guarantee that you will find something that you like. My favorites are the nachos and the veggie burger. I definitely recommend stopping in and giving it a try!

Love the look and feel of this beautiful corner spot . Lots of seating and fresh foods .. however I was disappointed with my salad . Though it was a large portion the flavor was non existant . Can’t remember the name but it was the Asian one with kale . I also know now I’m not a fan of a rice noodle . Another thing I noticed is that lots of people were sitting doing work but there aren’t many plugs . Maybe they are trying to discourage that if that’s the case then I understand . Also they only had lemonade & tea . Wish there was some sort of caffeinated beverage you could get . Very clean spot though . So go see what you think . Maybe I ordered the wrong thing ;)

Chai latte is quite good. The spices are doing great things for your throat. I asked for less sugar there and they said they can add more milk than usual to reduce sugar content. And even with that, my drink was flavorful and soothing.

This cafe is full of natural light and there are lots of places to sit The brunch was good as well. The stuff is attentive

I mean the service was a bit lackluster. Not in terms of speed, but moreso with staff's disposition. In general every staff member seemed pretty gloomy. Just got the impression they didn't want to be there or gave a F 🤷🏻‍♀️ The food was alright! Good portions and quality. Could have been more flavourful. I did love the latte I ordered. It was perfect. The vibes and decor in the restaurant were beautiful though.

If you are gluten free and/or vegan, this place has options. I'm gluten free and the food gave me no issues. I got the green breakfast when staying nearby on business. Also, the matcha latte was delicious and unsweetened - I can't have sugar either and it's always difficult to find unsweetened matcha. Highly recommend.

One of those places where the staff pretends not to see you/evades eye contact while youre waiting right at the counter in front of them. They act like theyre doing you a favor when they finally acknowledge you. Also, THIS is the pumpkin spice latte from my pickup order. $7 and basically half full. Ugh!

A very good veggie option across the corner from NYU Stern school of Business. I ordered Sabrina’s Spring Salad which was amazing, the only thing that might need to be more is beets, I barely tasted it since the bowl has very thin slices. They serve cold tap water on the table. The place is usually crowded during lunch time so the service was a bit slow. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating areas. There’s a restroom inside the place.
