"Phoenix is home to all four major professional sports, but come February, baseball fans from all over the United States descend on the city for the Cactus League Spring Training. Fifteen major league baseball teams play over 200 games across Phoenix and the surrounding cities, offering fans a chance to escape the cold and fly into the desert for the weekend to see their favorite teams at an affordable price. I have been a client of Leah Putnam's Spring Training Studio for 12 years, long before Pilates became a household word (at least here in the Bay Area!). If you want to learn Pilates the proper way, on equipment, there is no better place. Leah is incredibly well-educated in every aspect of bio-mechanics and orthopedic massage, as well as the Gyrotonic Expansion System and Pilates. She has helped me get through several serious injuries. The atmosphere is totally tranquil and you are very often the only client, although occasionally 2 trainers work at the same time.

From that very first session back in Mar 08 until now, Leah has helped my body enormously.
