We stayed here for our trip to sight-see Chicago before the kids go back to school. The hotel's lobby is nicely decorated, bright and elegant. The room is clean and well designed, especially the bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. We booked a double-queen bed room which also has a desk area, a sofa bed and a corner with fridge and microwave. The location is fantastic especially if you plan to explore Chinatown, since it is literally within walking distance to many good Asian restaurants and shops. Also, the hotel is located close to the red-line train station that will take you to downtown and other attractions (we purchased 4 daily passes for $20 and used them throughout that day for train/subway/bus). The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Complementary breakfast was good with varieties, but we only tried once since we decided to go out and experience dishes in the surrounding places. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

Booked 2 queen with trundle bed suite. Great email communication with easy instructions from the start for parking and stay expectations. Upon arrival our suite was clean and sofa with trundle bed were extra spacious fitting two teenage boys. Queen beds were just right, not too soft. Dark and transparent shades were nice, not dusty curtains, along with easy adjustable room temperature controls ensuring comfort. WIFI connection for remote work and family phones were quick and fast. One of the best breakfast I’ve had in the chain. Enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and fresh fruits, especially the strawberries. Food was always topped and never low even during the last 20 minutes. When requesting for more towels and supplies they were brought to room promptly. ||Extra PROS: Feeling safe with hotel locked doors to only customers during later hours, multiple staff always available, management was welcoming with smiles, 5 min walk to Chinatown square experience and train/metro stations, mobile room keys and awesome breakfast! Hard to choose from the legacy Chiu Quon bakery only 3 min away or hotel’s American breakfast. Couldn’t pass up the bakery so had dim sum for late night snacks!||Suggested Improvement: Parking limited and extremely tight. No easy exit, one way in and one way out (parking has dead end). Although parking is reduced for customers $30/day, parking should be free for customers since hotel nightly stay is higher than surrounding hotels.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites Chicago Chinatown was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded expectations. The beds were hands-down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in—like sinking into a cloud after a long day exploring the city. Even the kids couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the trundle sofa—it turned into a fun sleepover every night!||Breakfast each morning was a big hit with the whole family. It was clearly popular, and for good reason—there were tons of delicious options, from hot items to fresh fruit and pastries, and everything was always well-stocked and fresh.||The location is perfect for exploring Chinatown. Clean, modern, and family-friendly—this hotel truly checked every box. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of staying at SpringHill Suites this past weekend, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, every team member I encountered was welcoming, courteous, and genuinely attentive to guest's’ needs. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless, and I appreciated the small touches that made the space feel fresh and inviting. What really stood out was the staff’s professionalism and positive attitude—even during busy hours, they remained helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight Janis, Jing and Matthew for the excellent work. Elizabeth in housekeeping went above and beyond. Whether it was offering local recommendations or just checking in to ensure everything was going well, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at SpringHill Suites for creating a warm and accommodating experience. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town! Best wishes.

Second time at this hotel and we’ll continue to return! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Brian at the front desk deserves a special shout out as he was the best! The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, beds are comfy and the breakfast has good options. The neighborhood is vibrant which is an added bonus.

Highly recommended very clean and safe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. Perfect location to explore Chinatown and nearby areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was well organized. We felt very welcome.

Google
Hotel is either reasonably new or updated. Rooms are nice and clean.. Breakfast consists of the usual offerings. Front desk personnel were OK. Cons to this hotel.. The hotel is located in a crummy part of Chicago. There is no real drive up area for you to arrive at. From the street it is no more than a storefront. If you’re driving a car, I would suggest not staying at this hotel. While it says it has a parking garage attached to the hotel, it has no dedicated hotel parking and good luck trying to find a spot to park in. This parking garage is very tight to get your car in and there’s a lot of scrap marks along the walls. This is a busy neighborhood and street parking is very limited especially during the day. There are no parking signs everywhere which are for bus routes, etc. there is a short two car area to drive up in front of the hotel to unload, but during my stay high percentage of the time they were taken. Which left you really no place to check in. If you wanna go to Chinatown stay someplace else And take a cab to Chinatown. The hotel accommodations are fine. Parking and accessibility to the hotel are enough to say I won’t stay there again.

Google
We had an absolutely terrible experience at SpringHill Suites Chicago Chinatown. This hotel has two sides — one facing a quiet street, the other directly facing a busy highway and an active train line. We were unfortunately placed in a room on the highway/train side, where trains passed every 5 minutes, 24/7, and the sound was unbelievably loud — as if the train were running right outside your window. The highway noise added constant roaring on top of it. Sleeping was completely impossible. Every train felt like a jolt to the body. I asked the front desk to move us to a quieter room the next morning. They first told me we could move after cleaning was done, but after waiting over 2 hours, they suddenly claimed there were no rooms left. Totally unacceptable and misleading. Worse yet, after just one night, my wife and child woke up with multiple itchy, red, painful bites on their arms, which we suspect were from bed bugs or other insects in the bedding. The bites were clustered and became inflamed, clearly visible the next morning (see attached photos). This is beyond disgusting and a serious health concern. The parking lot is also very small and fills up quickly. Overall, this is the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had in the U.S. — between the unbearable noise, bug bites, and poor service, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away, especially if you’re traveling with kids or care about hygiene and sleep.

Yelp
This was my 2nd visit/stay here at this Springhill Suites in Chinatown. The location is not far from McCormick Place Convention Center. A few days I walked back and forth, not a bad walk, about 25 minutes with a stop at Starbucks. Some days I used the E-Bike, about 7 minutes and the same with Uber. The staff here are nothing short of being absolutely incredible! Extremely welcoming, friendly and professional!! They are very helpful with any questions you have. The interior is meticulously maintained, very, very clean ! And very secure ! They offer free breakfast every morning which is a nice perk. Coffee all day as well. Please bring back the flavored coffee creamers. Also, a very nice well appointed fitness center and laundry room, both are free, you can purchase detergent at the front desk for a dollar. Plenty of parking ..... The room is very nice with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. No complaints, very clean and well appointed. Plenty of various Chinese Restaurants within walking along the street. Thank You for another really nice stay and look forward to my next trip and stay. You will not be disappointed here !! What would be a nice addition to the outside would be a bench for those guests that smoke.

Yelp
The reception is so nice! They're great with answering questions, helping with whatever. The rooms are huge and very clean. Breakfast is so so, your traditional hotel breakfast to hold you over but they do have Congee which is a fun addition. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Pros: nice lobby, friendly service, clean and large room. Cons: the place vibrates extensively when a train passes by and you can hear all of the families with children through the walls around you (even in a non-connecting room). My friend saw a cockroach in his room on our last night (he was 4th floor).

Yelp
We loved it here! We went for a long weekend with plans to see museums. This was such a great location to stay. Right in Chinatown, there are so many shops and restaurants right outside the door and the square just a few min walk away. The train was about a 5-7 min walk. We drove so we had a car that we kept mostly parked in the neighboring public garage, that parking garage is sooo tiny and super tight (good luck there) We had our 2 teenage kids with us so we got 2 rooms, a 2 queen bed and a king bed room. They were attached by a door, we loved that! The vibe here is chill. There's families in the lobby playing games or sharing a meal. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The gym was also nice! I think this may be my new favorite place to stay in Chicago.

Yelp
I'm really glad I decided to stay at a hotel in Chinatown for a couple of days, during my four day Chicago visit. I spent two full days exploring Chinatown and this hotel was the perfect base. It is located on the main street, going through Chicago's old Chinatown & continuing into the newer section of Chicago's Chinatown. The hotel staff was excellent & very helpful with checking me into a room early & giving me recommendations on where to eat & what to explore in the neighborhood. My room was very comfortable & spacious. I don't know if this is a new hotel, but it's definitely modern, newly decorated & very efficient. The complementary buffet breakfast was better than I expected & they even had quiche, as well as ham & cheese croissants available. Greek yogurt & strong, strong coffee too, with plenty of half & half cream to soften it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I got excellent sleep in the comfy bed & linens. The shower had excellent water pressure & easy to manage temperature settings. Wi-Fi was fast. My only negative about this hotel is that the water bottles in the room cost $8 each & it's not even spring water. But, there are lots of stores nearby to purchase whatever you might need. So, you don't have to be forced to be robbed. Other than the unfair price for water, I would've given this hotel 5 stars out of five because It was an excellent & fun stay here.

Yelp
This is such a great Hotel in the heart of Chinatown. It is located near a bunch of shops and restaurants there is parking available associated with the hotel. If you drive, you have to double park or find street parking to check in. Hotel parking is very small and narrow and gets full very quickly and does not offer in and out privileges. There is a public parking lot up the street or you can always gamble with street parking. The hotel was nice and was clean and offered breakfast each morning. We had a great stay.

Yelp
Very nice hotel located in old Chicago Chinatown! Incredibly clean and modern, appears to be pretty newly constructed within the last two years. The rooms are quite spacious, very nice bathroom, and there is also a fitness center. Surrounding Area/Transportation: There are a wide variety of restaurants right around the hotel in the Chinatown area. The hotel is also only a brief 6-10 minute walk to the red line Cermak Chinatown station which can get you all around Chicago. Concerns: The only small concern is that the back of the hotel faces the red line train and also a metra line. So if your room is facing the back, it might be quite noisy even through the night. Food: The hotel provides the typical continental style breakfast with stuff like scrambled eggs, bagels, sausages, toast, cereal, and yogurt. Pretty mediocre, nothing special. I would suggest going around Chinatown to find some breakfast if you have time. The brewed coffee at the breakfast bar is superb though, would strongly recommend!

Yelp
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and received excellent service from the front desk staff, except the manager named Kevin. The wonderful staff are the following - the girl that greeted us and gave us recommendations for boba and hot pot (offered us 10 dollar coupon), another staff named Jing who was courteous and helpful with checking our baggage the day we were checking out. Kevin, however, did not exhibit customer service that is up to par. On our initial checkout date, he first added extra dollars to our incidentals. We spent one dollar at their convenience stand, and he told us we had more incidentals than that. We spoke to him and he fixed it, ok. What happened later in the day with Kevin was quite frustrating. Our flight was delayed by 5 hours and we were hanging out in the lobby. It was late ish at night so we figured we felt comfortable enough to nap a bit. We knew that the hotel offers thin blanket to guests, so we asked Kevin if we could borrow one to keep us warm for a couple hours. He was short and curt with us, not only did he flat out reject us for a simple blanket, he proceeded to "explain" that having people sleep in the lobby harms their hotel image. We explained that we aren't some random tourists, but guests that just checked out of the hotel. He just said "oh I know" and walked away before we even finished conversing with him. The encounter was rude and I was frankly disgusted by his attitude. He seems to be one of those workers that only pretend to care about people when they are actively paying the hotel money, and put on a callous and even rather repulsive attitude once people check out of the hotel. I think someone like Kevin certainly doesn't understand the beauty of business - returning customers. He does not deserve the "manager" title or responsibilities. On another note - Kevin looks like a discount Seth Rogan. If you are gonna be rude to chinese customers in chinatown, you are not welcome here. Haha, Seth Rogan replied. That's funny how he is trying to be snarky about this happening a year ago. If only he didn't delete people's bad reviews on yelp, I wouldn't have to repost this :) now looks like you can't delete it no more, sucker :) thanks for your seemingly "nice" reply, if you had any reading comprehension skills, our issue was with your egregious attitude, not the fact that we can't nap in the hotel. If you had just explained to us nicely, then none of this would have happened. I didn't think I have to teach adults how to act like a decent human being, but here we are :) we are a frequent visitor to Chicago, but will never take our business back to this hotel as long as this clown is still the "manager". :)))))

Yelp
SpringHill Suites Chicago was great! Initially I started out in a different location and it was horrible and after calling cooperate i switched to Chicago Chinatown. This location is only 2 years old and VERY immaculate! The customer service is phenomenal and the staff at the front desk day & night were great and very personable! Housekeeping staff and the dining staff were amazing also! They made my stay a great one!! Thank you so much for everything and I would choose Chicago Chinatown again! Thanks!

Yelp
This is a relatively new property that is put into an older library when it was around. It's spectacularly beautiful, being brand new- the pricing was just right (I used Chase redemption points to get the room since I was in town for a wedding). This is in a great area- Chinatown is a historic neighborhood that is constantly changing with new updates on restaurants, old favorites, and also new cuisines and trends along with larger options for everyone. The hotel is about 4 blocks from the Red Line, which gives you access to downtown rather easily if you are not going to rent a car or take a rideshare. The one thing that I struggled with, having left Chicago 2 years ago after 20 years...was the Red Line whizzing by every 14 minutes. This doesn't give you any option to sleep in, since beginning at 8 AM the trains get to go faster on the weekends. Jing was at the front desk- he let me know there are a few rooms that face west, towards Wentworth and maybe the sound would be not as prevalent. Took me 2 years to become sensitive to the city noises. I used to be able to sleep through the marathon crowds. My thanks to the entire team here at this property. I was in love with the area when I lived here, going to the bakery up the road and did so again this past weekend. I'll be looking to stay here next time I come into town for sure.

Yelp
Springhill Suites Chinatown... What a hidden gem! Hotel is immaculately clean, offers FREE parking, breakfast is robust and included fresh Liege waffles (wow), good and friendly customer service, and it's sitting right on the main street in Chinatown. Views on one side are of Chinatown, on the other side is the highway and Chicago. Technically you could walk to downtown from here but I would not recommend it unless in a group as I've heard there are some not safe areas on the way. But, public transit (train) gets you into the downtown in less than 5 minutes, and scooters along with Dizy Lyft bikes are prevalent. Uber to downtown costs about $15-20. Chinatown stretches a few blocks and has plenty of (Chinese) restaurants. If you are trying to save a bit of cash by not staying at a downtown Riverwalk hotel, it's a great choice! I didn't feel like this was worth ticking off a star, but was surprised that they did not offer free water bottles at check-in. Most Marriott properties do. There is a water station with cups but that's it and often it's running low. I had to buy a water bottle from their market to use to walk around, which was a bit inconvenient and seems like an easy win for them to offer.

Yelp
Stayed here for one night so that we could check out guaranteed rate field for the night. Which I highly recommend doing. It's a 7 minute walk to the train station, and it's just one stop down to Sox-35th. Coming back was great because of how fast it was. I also got a room with a nice view of the highway and also the field in the distance. So we actually came back early and watched the Friday fireworks from the comfort of our own hotel room. The parking situation here is a bit annoying it's really a public parking lot that they use so it's not even associated with the hotel. You have to pay the lot separately, and it's basically not manned so you have to use a credit card and park it yourself. $25 for the day/overnight. Pretty tight in there too. Another complaint I had was that there was no elevator to go down from the 2nd floor of the parking that was designated for hotel parking. We had to carry our luggage down from the second floor. So if you have a lot of stuff, I would suggest stopping at the front door and unloading before parking the car. Staff members here were wearing masks at all times. They were also super nice. The place is pretty new, probably a couple years old. Very clean. We got a King room and it was awkwardly shaped, but it has what we needed for the night. I did feel the building shake quite a bit when the train passed by. The other complaint I had was that there's only two elevators, and they ran a little slow. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in town just to check out the White Sox!

Yelp
4.5 stars. We enjoyed our stay. I've stayed at many spring hill suites and I've enjoyed the cleanliness, familiarity of modern amenities, and friendly staff. We choose to take the train in as parking would be limited and parking is not on site. There is free breakfast and it's near the red line and walking distance to all the Chinatown restaurants and stores. This hotel is right across from a hot pot place called happy lamb.

Yelp
Room was spacious and beautiful but faced the Dan Ryan and a dirty alley. Could hear the Metra every now and then. Pullout couch proudly has a West Elm brand. Keurig coffee maker with two pods ....two. Bathroom has barndoor and has the smallest sink I've ever seen. The space is narrow and long with toilet at one end and shower at the other. Parking is a trip....literally. Either you risk and park on the street (6.75 for three measly hours), park five minutes away for $10 with in and out privileges or a few doors down from the hotel for $25-WITHOUT in and out privileges. Seriously? Last but definitely not least, we were awakened at 6am, SUNDAY July 4 with the sun glaring into our eyes while lying in bed. What a unanticipated and unwanted wake up call. So we cancelled our second night and relocated to a spot near Midway airport.

Yelp
Initially, I was a bit worried about being placed here for six weeks. The moment we walked in, we had nothing but a great experience. The front desk attendants were polite and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The hotel is fairly new. I was happy to see that the rooms too were new and in great shape. Breakfast is served every morning. There's quite a variety to choose from. Whenever I needed housekeeping, I would call down and they would be up in no time. This was a great stay. It's in the middle of Chinatown; plenty of restaurants and shops down the road. I would definitely visit again.

Michael W.

Yelp
Great stay ruined by terrible and rude assistant manager Kevin W. Initially check in and interactions were amazing with the front desk staff. Shoutouts to Jing and the African American ladies. Kevin W, the assistant manager, however, was extremely rude and lacked any sort of empathy and acted in no way acceptable as manager in any capacity. Our flight home was delayed by 6 hours until midnight, so my partner and I were just sitting in the lobby trying to pass the time. That night in Chicago was particularly cold for us Arizonans, with temperatures dropping to low 40s with high winds. The lobby that night was also very cold. Kevin, at that time, was at the front, loudly complaining to his coworkers (who were trying to work and not answering him) about his personal issues and his gross health issues. I knew they had thin blankets in the back so I asked for one. Kevin immediately interjected saying that they can't have homeless looking people in the lobby as it harms his image. I proceeded to tell him we are guests, we checked out earlier and just needed a blanket for an hour or so. He interrupted me with an scowl and an "I know" then turned around and immediately walked away. His behavior is absolutely disgusting and is completely unacceptable -- especially as assistant manager -- and makes me wonder why he would've been promoted over the other amazing people in the first place. Also it's mind blowing to see a white male "manage" a non-white staffed hotel in Chinatown and be rude to non-white customers. Not sure what upper management is thinking. Also, kevin apparently likes to report/delete negative reviews on yelp. Buyer beware!

Yelp
I booked a 3-night stay here a month in advance for a conference nearby and the day I was supposed to check in, they tell me they have no rooms left and I have to stay in another hotel for 1 night. This put a huge wrench in my conference plans because then I had to worry about checking out of that hotel and into this one the morning before a busy conference day. I understand overbooking is common in the hotel world, but I put a lot of time into choosing this hotel and expected them to honor my reservation. They graciously paid for my night at the other hotel and for breakfast since the new hotel did not have free breakfast. This was an appropriate accommodation for leaving me room-less at their hotel and it ended up being a fine trip. They tried their best to help me, but beware of booking here during busy travel times because they overbook their rooms.

Yelp
I almost don't want to write a review because this little gem is Chicago's best kept secret. This super hotel is located in what used to be the Chinatown library. It's clean, safe, and the breakfast is terrific. Located just two blocks from the red line, we were able to get all over the city quickly. We also enjoyed Chinese egg custards and donuts for breakfast and late night noodles before bed. There are some improvements that could be made - like ear plugs for anyone with a room directly above the Interstate and eye masks for anyone sleeping with someone who might get up in the night and turn on the bathroom light - it's a glass door and bright - or maybe small nightlights in the bathroom. Overall though - we enjoyed and will return.

Yelp
This is such a great hotel! I'm usually more of an Airbnb gal myself, but we needed a place to stay on short notice, had some Marriott points, and found ourselves here. It's super new (their oldest review on their website is from 2 months ago, to give some context), and you can really feel that. Everything is sparkling, clean, smartly done. It's not a huge hotel, but it feels just the right size to me. Small, cozy, like a home away from home. We got a room with two queen beds in it. It was huge! The shower alone was big enough to put a pack n play in, so there was plenty of space for us plus our 6 year old in her own bed and our baby with a room with a door in it. Shower pressure was surprisingly strong and I was able to take nice hot showers while I was there. The view was really beautiful too - overlooking a gorgeous cityscape. Customer service is friendly and helpful. They will open wine bottles for you if you BYOB! They also have wine bottles for sale, along with some snacks. The price of this Marriott seems in line with the price of other Marriotts in the city, so I supposed the difference between them mainly (other than parking availability and pricing) comes down to which part of the city you want to stay in most. There's a small (tight) parking garage about 2 businesses down from the hotel, but they don't validate parking. Still, it's not too bad, especially for the area - $25/night. If you can leave before 8:30 each morning, you'll save yourself $10, only being charged $15 for overnight parking. The hotel is ridiculously close to Chiu Quon Bakery, where you can find yourself and your family a huge, happy, fresh, filling breakfast for unbeatable prices. We were able to feed ourselves (a family of 4) for breakfast, snacks later, and snacks the next day, for a grand total of $10.34. So you're in a hotel that's clean, new, easy to work from with large desks in the rooms (or at least in ours), and amazing food nearby at unbeatable prices. WiFi was super fast too! So fast I was surprised. There's no password, so I'm not sure if there are any security risks to consider with that, but it felt like a happy safe space to vacation, work from, and relax. Very comfy beds too! This will be our go to hotel for Chicago from now on, and the one we'll recommend to friends and family should they ever need a hotel in the city.

Yelp
We specifically checked, "parking included" with our filters and parking is not included. Breakfast is grab and go: oatmeal, muffins, bagels, chewy bars, oranges, orange juice, yogurt - carb heaven. The room is great. Nice fluffy pillows, the a/c works fine and is not noisy, big TV, lots of USB plugs, nice modern design, clean look, clean room. Refrigerator is in an enclosed cabinet. If you want your food to keep, you should probably keep the door to the cabinet open. Good staff and reasonable rates. Checkout at noon, late checkout at 1pm.

Yelp
Wow! Much nicer than I expected given the moderate price compared to other nearby national hotel brands. I frequently stayed at many of the Marriott brand places but this was a first fot Springhill Suites. Very conveniently for visiting Chinatowm and other places in this part of Chicago. The room was new and nicely appointed. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate and the hotel workers were very nice. Also, perhaps the only place with complimentary parking, albeit a 2 block walk. This is the first time that I have travelled withot a rental car but I was considering renting one for a day or two so I researced. Much better than the mandatory $59/nite valet parking at the other closeby hotels. Thanks to the management and staff for a surprisingly nice stay!

Yelp
I loved my room. After I finally got in at 12:30 AM. The room was in my clients name (and I told the gentleman that this was possible when I tried to check in at 3pm), but he wasn't friendly or much concerned about me, so I could not get into the room to shower, iron and dress... Instead, I had to go strait to a wedding, change into my wrinkled shirt and pants in the bathroom, and look and smell terrible all night. The situation was straightened out after the GROOM. Had to personally drive to the hotel to Square it away for me. At 11:30 PM. Now I will also lose some sleep too.

Yelp
Our room was very comfortable and clean. It has recently been redone and is very nice. Also close to delicious eating!

Yelp
Great place to stay! Moses was the front desk attendant when we arrived and when we left. He was welcoming and efficient, gave us great directions, and explained the parking to us. He remembered us after we checked in, wishing us happy anniversary, and commenting on our plans as we had shared them with him. The hotel was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Our room overlooked Wentworth and we saw the hustle and bustle as the neighborhood awoke in the morning.

Yelp
Lovely rooms in a very interesting and convenient part of town. The staff was more than accommodating and the parking lot was just fine. The train is a quick five minute walk to the red line. The local food is incredible (triple crown). Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed a week in Chicago and this place was my favorite thing to come back to, staff was extremely accommodating and kind and the rooms were extremely spacious and clean. We had a great view and every morning breakfast was served and was delicious. This place was pretty nice for the price and was closer to a lot of the tourist attractions in Chicago. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago! Parking wasn't a concern since we Uber everyday but I don't know how it would be like for those who have car rentals. Overall this place was a great stay!

Yelp
Clean rooms and common area, friendly staff, great neighborhood, walkable to public transportation (we took the red line home from the White Sox game and felt completely safe), and above average breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here. We were able to find street parking to leave our car overnight.

Yelp
A+. Clean sizeable rooms, hospitable attentive staff, and tucked away while still only a few blocks from the train station with all that Chinatown offers right outside the door. I visited for a 'staycation' to refresh during a weekend getaway. I did not use parking so I can't comment about that but in my experience it sets a high bar for all other Springhill Suites and I look forward to returning. Thanks!
