The location is excellent if you're headed to SeaWorld and/or Aquatica. They provide a shuttle to SeaWorld, but we didn't use it, so I can't speak to how well it ran. If you have a car, it's about a five-minute drive to SeaWorld or Aquatica. ||The room was nice and spacious - two queen sized beds and a sofa bed. It had a small half bath with a sink and toilet, as well as another bathroom with a sink, counter, and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the shower. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.||The breakfast was overall good - a lot of options. There's a Starbucks in the lobby as well if you'd rather have that. ||They charge $20/day for parking, which kind of sucks, but I think that may be the norm in the area.||The pool is a good size and is shared with the Fairfield next door. There's a hot tub, but I never used it. There's also a small bar and grill by the pool that is open after 4. It's a lot of basic food - pizza, burgers, etc. Good for eating while you and/or others enjoy the pool.||It was generally quiet, but I did hear the toilet in the next room every single time someone used it.||My only real gripe about the place is that there was a guy at the concierge desk offering a free gift. It's basically just a coupon for a free photobook from Shutterfly. That's fine, but then he tried to rope me into a timeshare presentation. Luckily I was traveling without my spouse, so he couldn't present to me anyway. But, I didn't appreciate that since I was already staying at the hotel. You can buy tickets to SeaWorld and maybe other parks at that desk, but I'd guess you probably also get badgered about a timeshare presentation when you purchase them there.

Great location. Breakfast had many choices and the staff was friendly. We have stayed here often through the years but it seems the rooms are in need of an update/deep clean. Room was not very clean. Huge stain (looked fresh) on bedding and when staff came to clean mid-stay they still left the soiled bedding on. Offered a $10 food/drink credit with my booking but didn’t honor that on final bill.

Lovely hotel, great distance to the park. The paid parking wasn’t a high price. The front desk manager was super nice and helpful. The cook got upset at us when we asked if they had plain eggs and their system was down for the shuttle, but they gave us a website to use on our end. I would recommend staying here.

Google
First time staying here. Definitely much nicer than the Hilton SeaWorld hotel. We found no bedbugs like the Hilton one we recently stayed at, which was super nice. The rooms were comfy, the AC was nice and cold, the bed was soft and the pillows were nice. There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but it did not seem to work.

Erica White

Google
Positives were that the staff were friendly, and the hotel felt safe. AC in room worked great! We loved the proximity to Sea World! Cons list was lengthy: We were not made aware until check in that there is a $20 a DAY parking fee! Breakfast was SLAMMED with people daily, hard to find a table, and the food was not great at all. The pool was packed with rowdy/loud guests and had a dj pumping music until 10:30pm. Definitely a party atmosphere, including the smell of weed from our room and pool deck. The rooms were updated, but wear and tear visible in multiple areas. Moldy shower caulking, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

We booked this hotel as a one night stay before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. However this hotel is located across the street from seaworld. We arrived by rental car, and it does cost $20 plus tax to park per night and you get a hanging tag. Upon checking in our key card did not work and we had to go back down from the top floor and get new ones from the front desk. Our room was clean upon arrival. It is a standard springhill suites with a mini fridge/coffee area, and a desk area. This layout had one toilet room separate from the shower room so it was like two bathrooms which was great. The lobby has a small starbucks coffee area to the side, and the breakfast area to the other side in the lobby. The breakfast area was quite small and the flow of the layout would be difficult if there were a lot of people. We went right at opening time so it wasn’t so bad. I have stayed at this springhill suites years ago and the breakfast options have seriously declined. I have also stayed at other Florida springhill suites as well as other around the country and they even have a better breakfast selection than this. It has an oatmeal/yogurt topping bar with very few toppings and only strawberry yogurt, no other flavors (We went at opening mind you so everything should be fully stocked). Then there was a person serving you the eggs and fixin’s if you wanted a breakfast taco or just toppings on your eggs. The waffle station was off to the side, with no extra toppings other than the oatmeal toppings. Truly disappointing when compared to even other springhill suites in the Orlando area. There is a shuttle to Universal and Seaworld, but inquire at the front desk about what that looks like as we did not utilize for only staying one night. Overall this hotel was only…okay. I enjoyed the split bathroom feature, but I did not enjoy the $20 plus tax for parking.

Google
Good location near SeaWorld. A mile or so from the convention center. Fair value. Clean. They only had 1 person working the desk at rush hour so check-in line was long. Someone went into my room while I was out during the day, even though I had the do-not-disturb tag on the knob and it wasn't a house keeping day. Never did figure out why.

Google
The biggest perk of this hotel is the convenience of having SeaWorld and Aquatica less than 5 minutes away from your stay. Other than that hotel has plenty of room for improvement. The bathroom linen is gross. Words of advice: look at your towels and wash clothes before use. Some either need to be replaced or need to be washed. I'm not sure if they are using towels that a previous guest may have used but left neatly folded or if they just were in a rush. But that was disgusting. I didn't take pictures because I cringe at those situations and try to get the situation fixed before having a panic attack. The breakfast was the same everyday. Breakfast burritos, waffles and other continental breakfast food items during my stay. The breakfast was alright. Something your children would appreciate if they don't have picky appetites.

Yelp
We love this Springhill! Let me start by saying - this 5 star review does not mean this is a 5 star hotel....so don't confuse the two. This is 5 stars for a Springhill Suites. First let's talk about the location - on international drive with access to everything! Close to the airport, Disney, seaworld, universal - you name it! Then let's talk about how literally within feet there is all a family could need....CVS - last minute things you forgot or need! BWW, Fridays and a Mellow Mushroom if you want dinner after a long day rather not drive another second anywhere! Then add Starbucks and Panera - literally all within feet! It makes this location awesome! Then the hotel - the rooms are bigger and with a family a five we can survive for a few days. The hotel rooms aren't over the moon nice - but the rooms are clean and I like the separate toilet/shower - so families have flexibility of two people using a sink separately! Then the pool and pool bar are perfect! But big or anything - but just what you need! The pool bar serves up some great cocktails and good bites. Add the free breakfast and a small Starbucks inside the hotel - at the price range - this place is awesome! And this is our second stay here!

Yelp
This is exactly what you pay for, the TV is quite small and the shower was pretty dirty, but the rest of the room was very clean and pristine, our room attendant, Gabriella B. Was very ignorant and left a little mess, but besides that, it was a great experience

Yelp
Rented two rooms for one night for a family stop over in Orlando after the FUN Coin Show. This hotel is now tired, old, in need of better leadership and care. Both rooms were on the 3rd floor. Both rooms had clean sheets and towels but needed to have all touch areas recleaned by guest. No covid cleaning was taking place in any area and did not appear to be a priority for a high turnover hotel near a big attraction. Breakfast was shared by multiple hotels on same property. Not a single piece of fruit was available from start, even after asking. Employee was playing on phone versus setting up. Expect standard waffle machines and powder type eggs. Coffee was located completely across the lobby in market area versus in breakfast area, most thought it was not even offered. There way to force clients to use the Starbucks machine in bar, at additional cost run by Marriott employees ??? As a Marriott Rewards member we got survey and then a form type email reply "hoping" we would revisit again and find it better. What ??? What are you offering to change or update ??? What happened to hospitality ?? You pay for parking but have no patrol and share parking with multiple hotels, restaurants, and CVS. Parking lot was not cleaned and trash was found in several areas. They tried to get us for two charges (one for each room) and we had to speak up as we only had one vehicle. This might not be the worst on the strip, and location is decent, but clearly shows employees and leadership do not truly care.

Yelp
The only reason this property gets any stars is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Other than that awful. Nickel and dimed us to death the entire stay. Don't think u will get coffee at the onsite Starbucks. Only open from 6-10 am. They say the front desk staff will get your coffee after ten but they don't serve coffee!! U can get any other drink except coffee. Ridiculous. Free breakfast is mediocre and closes immediately at 9:30. They also put away the coffee and hot water carafes completely. Gone for the rest of the day. Any other hotel leaves them out in the lobby 24/7. Terrible. They hide plastic utensils etc behind the front desk. Last but not least after booking a package that I thought included parking I was charged an additional $500 for parking and resort fees. Self parking! I questioned it and was told I misunderstood and that I only had free parking at sea world. Will never stay at penny pinching Marriott again

Yelp
Flight was canceled same day and had to scramble for a place last minute. Tried this place again and omg still as bad as before. Rooms smell horrible and they are not cleaned properly at all.

Yelp
I was able to check in early since my train arrived in the morning. I was able to be on the first floor which is super convenient when traveling with a child. They had a sundries store and a Starbucks on site. Breakfast was nice. However, I wish they had dairy alternatives for milk. I like cereal and it would be great to have almond or oat milk available. The room was spacious. The bed was huge and SO comfortable. I had to get the bedding for the sofa bed from the closet. The bathroom was split. One room had the toilet and a small corner sink. The other side had a Shower and sink. They offer a shuttle to the parks, but my daughter was sick so we didn't use them this time. I was able to use my Sea World pass to get a discount here. Definitely would stay again.

Yelp
Great service. Clean rooms. The place and linen smelled like sweet churros. I would've given 5 stars but the breakfast layout and quality of the food - didn't match the luxury the place presented. Some fresh pastry's from a local bakery and maybe something making fresh eggs. The eggs they used were definitely from a carton -- but they were cooked :-) Waffle machine were nice Also it was very nice not to have to pay for parking. Wish I could give this place 4.5

Yelp
***do NOT stay at the SpringHill, go to Fairfield next door! The front desk staff is incredibly rude and inefficient. It's worth it to stay at Fairfield right next door. There is zero respect for being a Marriott Bonvoy Member, zero respect for being a Sea World Silver Annual Pass Holder, not even compassion for being a small child celebrating your 5th birthday a few days after losing your grandfather. This Springhill does not match my experience at others across the US. Moldy showers, broken lights and doors that do not close, room not ready, disrespectful front desk staff. Again, pay more and stay at Fairfield next door. Same pool, same access to Sea World and I-drive. At $99 a night, you get what you pay for...or in some cases, you almost don't get it at all! Even booked directly through the app. Terrible. Will not be back. *****happily updating my review, the breakfast, coffee and AM staff are 10/10, and Caleb working the front desk was amazing. YMMV

Yelp
Housekeeping skipped over me one day and the property is a bit dated, but it's clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. I had to ship a TV in advance for a conference and the people behind the counter were so accommodating in fetching it and getting it into my uber. Despite catering to kids, it was quiet at night and everything I needed it to be. Also, nice view for $100 a night!

Yelp
Hard to beat this for business or vacation. Super classy and modern room for the price. Pretty good breakfast and the room was comfortable. Very new staff that needed a bit of coaching but they got the job done. Touristy location but we knew that going in.

Yelp
I visited this location on vacation for about a week in Orlando and really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a pretty central location so we were closest to SeaWorld but were also in a good location for the many other theme parks in the area. They have a Starbucks in the lobby that is 24/7 and offer free breakfast. The breakfast(eggs/meat/potatoes) was alright flavor wise but they had good middle ground options that anyone can enjoy like cereal and waffles, and the fact that the staff are so helpful and keep the area clean and stocked is a huuuuge plus. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and very helpful! Big thanks to Eileen for helping us out when planning for a potential extended stay due to a hurricane. There's a nice pool that's SeaWorld themed along with a hot tub, they were busy but not super crowded. The gym was nice and clean, it was small but had everything you would need for a solid workout no matter what type of fitness activity you enjoy. The rooms were pretty spacious and had good accommodations for a family trip. Everything felt clean when I walked in, and when the cleaning staff came the room felt brand new each time. Next time I make a trip I will definitely stay here again! Pro tip: You get free fireworks shows every night because SeaWorld is across the street

Yelp
Really enjoyed our stay here during a family vacation in Orlando. Service is great, rooms are kept clean and there are pretty views from the hotel/rooms. Pool was big and had a shallow area for small kids, along with splash zone (our kids had a lot fun!). You can order food and drinks from the pool area, something I always enjoy while staying in a hotel (same goes for room service!). We had an annual pass to SeaWorld so staying here was perfect, as it is very close to the park.

Yelp
I would leave this hotel zero star review if I could. The first night we were there the pull out couch had dirty sheets with candy wrappers in them. We called the front desk and they said while we were at dinner they would send someone to make the bed. When we got back the sheets were the same and the bed was made over the candy wrappers. So still dirty sheets and still had garbage in the bed. The next day we had our room marked not to clean our room, but they came in anyway. They used our socks to wedge the door open, they left them there all day, we did not return til 9 pm , so our room was left open from 8:15 am til 9 pm . We only received a 1 1/2 day comp which in my mind is not enough for having our security at risk of anyone having access to our room all day and dirty linen. Also the showers had an extra set of jets that were gross, they said that was just the way they were, I disagree I think you can clean this with a little baking soda and vinegar.

Yelp
Joint hotel to the Fairfield hotel we stayed in, shared the pool area and the gym with them. The gym here had a heavy chemical smell as if something electrical had been set on fire and was very uncomfortably warm. The Starbucks only open in the morning hours made me sad.

Yelp
Fantastic experience, Hotel location is excellent, clean, good sized rooms very neat place. Staff was friendly, helpful, professional, customer service is excellent. In my experience of traveling I encounter the most amazing staff specially Amanda and Brittany (from desk) Liliana (housekeeping) Location is excellent with many places very close by. Sea World is few blocks away, several restaurants, I can say fantastic things about this hotel. Would definitely highly recommend.

Yelp
I had such an awesome experience staying here this past weekend at this hotel where they had a nice complimentary breakfast buffet and a not to high parking fee. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and very accommodiating to say the least. The staff here makes you feel more at home than like guest you forget where you are for a second. Upon checking in we were greeted by a friendly staff who not only met our needs but exceeded them by exchanging our standard room to an accessible room with no hassle. Their accessible standard room came with a sofa bed, two queen beds, microwave, regfrigerator, plus separate shower, and toliet combination. This room was the best accessible room I've had so far that has accommodated me and my wheelchair and rollator(walker). We will definitely be back in the future this time with the kids because I'm sure they too will enjoy it.
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
They are not like the pictures. They surprise you with a security fee that's returnable after 7 business days. Mold. But the tv remote was sanitize and placed in a bag.

Yelp
I stayed at this establishment for 6 days and had a great time. The hotel is clean and the rooms are newly renovated. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff greeted us with a smile as soon as we arrived. They are very friendly and warm. The hotel provides free breakfast every morning from 7:30am to 9:30am, which consisted of eggs, sausages, waffles (make your own), various pastries, various choices of cereal, and many other things. They also have a Starbucks cafe on the premises. That was a big plus! The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Every morning, they greeted the guests with a pleasant "GOOD MORNING!". The hotel's pool is divided into 2 parts: the adult side and the Splash Zone. The Splash Zone is an area designated for children. My son absolutely loved it! In the evenings, they have an open bar where the parents can hang out and unwind. My Suggestions I wish the hotel provided safes in the room. However, they provide safes downstairs at the front desk but they are only able to fit very small documents like a passport. The next thing I wish that the hotel provided was a later breakfast time. Since you are on vacation, you may not want to get up early. If the breakfast time was extended until maybe 10:30am, it would help out a lot - especially for those of us with children who have a hard time getting out of bed! Other than that, our stay at SpringHill Suites was a pleasure and we enjoyed every minute.

Yelp
Very good value for Orlando. Free wifi, free breakfast, free parking. Room rate was good too. Outside pool, hot tub, bar area is on point and is shared with the hotel next door. There is an Orca tail in the pool. The folks working here are genuinely friendly. The room was good and clean. A bit worn, but expected. The place literally is across the street from Seaworld and about a 15 minute drive from Disney Springs. Good clean value. Don't miss it.

Yelp
Be aware the management team at this location does not honor reservations, and will take your money without providing accommodations.
google avatar

Yelp
I recently stayed three nights at this hotel due to a convention and had a very pleasant experience. True, the hotel is outdated and needs a revamp to bring it out from the Eighties to this Century but my room was spotless clean and the staff has been impeccable. I have stayed at 5-stars hotel that did not even compare to the kind of customer service I experienced here. In particular, the reception desk was incredibly professional: Adrianna, Haley Smith went above and beyond to ensure I was promptly assisted when I had a question.

Jordan G.

Yelp
Do not stay here. It looks nice from the pictures and In person but DONT look too hard... I stayed in a king room and it looked like a covered up murder scene. Large red stains in the carpet, sliced up headboard, obvious splatter in the shower that hadn't been cleaned well and the SHEETS!! The sheets were stained with and. They changed my sheets 3 times before I just gave up on them having any clean linen. It is NOT worth it and the breakfast S U C K S.

Chris D.

Yelp
Worst communication ever and Jerry Robinson worst general manager. They rebooked me without any communication and no transportation to the next hotel.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
The rooms are recently refurbished. The king bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel grounds are clean. The workers are friendly. No loitering around the hotel. I felt safe at the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from a number of restaurants. Why only 2 stars? This hotel is managed by idiots who do not understand travelers & are focused on themselves, not paying customers. Companies which do not focus on customers tend to die. The issue is THE HOTEL DOES TELEMARKETING TO THEIR GUESTS. Yes - if you're paying $300+tax/night, the hotel's timeshare group will call you in your room on the room phone to try to sell you a timeshare. Nobody likes getting unsolicited telemarketing calls. Now you check into an expense hotel and yes the hotel will disturb you in your room to sell you a timeshare. I called the hotel manager out on this. He could not articulate to me why customers love to be harrassed by MARRIOTT'S timeshare sales people. He did articulate this is the Marriott policy. I asked him if you have a quota of timeshare sales; why don't you give me a flyer on check-in and if I want to be scammed by the timeshare salesmen, just let me opt-in. Otherwise, I really don't want to pay a premium to Marriott to be bothered by them in my room. Let's see if the non-customer fools who manage this hotel will comment below.

Yelp
Came for the weekend to celebrate my brother's graduation. Traveled with my husband and 3 kids. The staff was very nice and accommodating but the rooms were smaller than expected and a little dated. If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel for a night or two I think this would be fine. It's surrounded by food and other places plus it's close to the highway. If it's just me and another person I'd come back. But if traveling with the kids again I may have to find somewhere else for more space.
google avatar

Jen C.

Yelp
This is the nicest hotel literally across the street from Sea World and Aquatica. The rooms are newly remodeled and perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. We appreciated the shower and toilet areas being separated, pull out couch and lounger to separate sleeping areas for our children and the desk acting as a room divider. Breakfast was complimentary of the normal things- fruits, pastries, eggs and ham/bacon, waffles, yogurt and oatmeal. There was a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a little store for snacks and beverages. We didn't utilize the pool this stay- but had a nice sized splash pad, restaurant outside and great vibe.

Christy H.

Yelp
Very disappointed. The breakfast was the worst that I've ever encountered at a hotel OR MOTEL. The selection was an absolute joke. The so called Covid safety protocol resulted in a tiny room being crowded by around fifty people all trying to get their food. Worst possible scenario for spreading Covid. There was no way to even get any water without waiting in a giant line. I can't believe how mismanaged it is. Also, the pool area is very crowded. The picture is of the gross cracked headboard that I had on my head. For $150 a night just replace something old, cracked and probably germy.
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
This is a good hotel with friendly staff very clean recently remodeled. It seems like they treat their staff well which transfers into taking care of customers. The room was clean the Jacuzzi at the end of the day was a nice end. I really liked the breakfast options in the morning for a Spring hill suites. There's a diverse background of families and business travelers. I thought it would be rather noisy because it's right next to Sea World and I found that not to be true. Good hotel.
google avatar

Yelp
I stay here every year when I go to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal studios. Great hotel! Friendly staff, nice pool, nice rooms, very clean and the free breakfast is excellent!
google avatar

JD K.

Yelp
The hotel is nice as well as the feel. But our room was still being cleaned when we got there, the floor was wet from a ac leak, there was also toothpaste in our sink and a used bar of soap in the bathroom. We were also missing a dresser, and most of the bathroom locks in our room didn't work.
google avatar

Tish G.

Yelp
I had a one night stay at this location, near SeaWorld. I was very impressed with the accommodations and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is very family friendly, they have a splash zone next to the pool. I stayed in a King room. It was clean, spacious, and inviting. There is also a relaxing lounge sitting area outside, in addition to all of the comfortable places to sit near the lobby. They have a great brochure rack with information on all of Orlando's attractions. There is a complimentary bus to Sea World and Universal Studios. This location is within about 45 minutes of Disney and about 15 from the outlet mall, depending on traffic. There are restaurant options within a short walk. The wi-fi was free (the upgrade is free is you join Marriott Rewards). The complimentary breakfast was a good mix of hot food, fruit, and continental. They have an arcade and a fitness center, as well as a destination specialist if you are a tourist.
google avatar

Yelp
Modern decor, nice pool and gym area. The hotel is very well maintained and clean! This particular Marriott will not serve free hot coffee in the lobby area after the breakfast hour is over at 930am. You either have to buy it from the "Starbucks" they have located in the lobby which will not honor your Starbucks gift card or go across the street to the "WAWA" gas station to get a cup. Now with that being said. The service staff all around was awesome! The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the theme parks ( Parking fee at the parks range from $15 and up!) The only downside is it can get pretty crowded. CVS and TGIF's is located just outside the hotel within walking distance. There is also a small strip mall on Central Florida parkway that houses a "Publix" and "Subways"

Yelp
Great location, staff, location, rooms, free breakfast and value. The GM is extremely nice and I have to admit pretty easy on the eyes. When I stayed there I saw her several times during the week at breakfast engaging guests, and other staffers. A lot nicer than some of the other select service hotels I have stayed at in the I-Drive area.
google avatar

Roxana V.

Yelp
It's currently under renovations and no it's not a glamorous hotel by any stretch... but the service and friendliness of its staff, it's proximity to the parks and attractions makes this place worth staying at. This is my second visit to the hotel this year and I think I just may be back here again soon. It's clean, rooms are spacious, reasonably priced, offer a free breakfast, and again their staff is helpful and very friendly. Great family, friendly hotel.
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel close to SeaWorld and Aquatica. Close to restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and great perks.
google avatar

Carol S.

Yelp
This hotel is in a great location. Check in was smooth and room was clean. Parking was easy. I thought it may be noisy being across from Sea World but the hotel was very quiet and never heard people in the hallway once I was in my room. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and will be putting this hotel in my contacts for future visits as I come to Orlando from Jacksonville a few times a year. I cannot comment on pool areas but in passing it looked like everyone was having a good time. I was by myself and felt very safe. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
One word: Ideal This hotel delivers on great value if visiting the Sea World parks for a few days. Free breakfast, free parking, free internet and free shuttle service provide a value that solo travelers to families of 6 can all appreciate. Being a Sea World Hotel Partner, we also took advantage of the food discounts inside the park and Free Quick Queue at Sea World for the main attractions. The room: Functional. Seperate shower and toilet area. One or two bed setup with a sofa bed. Fridge, Microwave and coffee maker in room . . . Hell the television has a Netflix app to bring your login and watch Netflix while in the room. Room isn't fancy but that is ok. I would say the one negative is no in room safe, did not effect us but I can understand this effecting others. Breakfast: Functional. 7 waffle makers, eggs, a different meat every morning, cereal, oatmeal, bread choices, coffee, four kinds of juices, fruit . . Does the job and not bad tasting either. For the amount of traffic this area has it is suprisingly efficient . . . Busy, but effecient. 7 to 9:30 on the weekends should probably stretch to 10 but again, not a big deal. Starbucks in the lobby, fitness center again functional, well secured, etc. Pool area is a good size, it does share with Fairfield and I can see it being crowded in high season, but it is a nice spot and Splash Bar is a convenient way to chill and has food and drink specials every day. This hotel is next to several family friendly restaurants that make a car unnecessary. Also a CVS and Publix is a 10 minute walk up the block. Shuttle service is quality. It does service other Sea World partner hotels but they are all close and it goes quick. Longest wait was 6 minutes on a Saturday from Aquatica. Everybody was nice and friendly and smiling. Nitpicking maybe the decor could be a little more updated and have your room key ready at all times because every area door is locked and entry requires a key. Both trash cans are in the bathrooms, should have a third in the outside area of the room. No safe and balcony would of been awesome . . . But honestly, none of these can make me lower the star rating because it truly provides an awesome value and really accomplishes everything highlighted in great fashion. Will stay again if visiting Sea World and maybe if doing Disney/Universal as they have a shuttle that goes there as well.

Yelp
My family recently stayed at Springhill Suites and my daughter cut her foot and was bleeding. There was broken glass all over the carpet. It was pretty obvious that they didn't vacuum the room before our stay. My daughter cried most of the night. Thank you Springhill Suites for addressing our concern with a free bottle of water that was offered for our trouble! Very kind of you.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel right next to Sea World ( you can watch their fireworks show every night). Breakfast is included with your stay, and they had a decent selection for a warm or cold breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, and the pool....well the kids will love it! There is a little snack bar at the pool that serves alcohol as well. If you need a change, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings right next door. Enjoy!

Yelp
We chose this hotel because it was in walking distance to the Sea World parks. It's in a good location and had restaurants within walking distance. There was a TGIFridays, BWW's, and Starbucks. Check in was easy. The room itself was pretty good. Spacious enough. It wasn't a super cozy room. You walked in and there was a couch and some moveable tables, a desk and TV. A partial wall separates that from the beds. The bathrooms had sliding doors, and didn't really mask any noises from the bathroom. The place was clean, which was a plus but pretty contemporary as far as decor. Went to the pool for a bit - the jacuzzi was broken and there were leaves all in it. The pool was too chilly to go in - this was October. A decent place and a good location.

Yelp
Awesome location, right next to SeaWorld and Aquatica. Hotel is nice, staff is friendly. Not what I expected from a Springhill Suites. We stayed in a 2 queen suite. Had a small fridge and microwave. Beds are not great but not horrible. Room is large. Free WiFi. There is a pool between the 2 hotels with a grill and bar. Pool is nice and clean and the grill is nice. The bar and grill offer alcohol and sodas, pizza, sandwiches and salads. They offer free hot breakfast with waffles every morning. Get there between 6:30-7:30 to avoid heavy traffic in breakfast line. They also offer free shuttle service to the parks. This hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would have given 5/5 stars if the breakfast was better and the beds were more comfortable. But all in all a very nice stay.

Yelp
Very nice hotel clean rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only things I think need to be addressed pool area furniture is horrible. I'm also not a fan of the fact that you share a pool and hot tub with the Fairfield inn. Kinda strange !!!

Yelp
I left a package at the hotel and Amanda at the front desk was very helpful in not only helping me retrieve it, but helping me coordinate with FedEx to send to the next location. Thank you for being communicative and using great customer service to help me out when I was in need!

Yelp
- Physically, this hotel was great. Very spacious, clean, modern rooms with efficient space. Separate restroom and shower room make it convenient. Nice separated desk and living room area that can be opened with a sliding glass pane was a nice design touch. Microwave, Mini Fridge, Coffee maker, hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board..... all the necessities! The only things missing were a luggage stand and in room safe, but those are just extras most probably don't need. Nice couch too! I really liked the little LED Projector wand light on the headboard. That was fun lol. Oh, my favorite part is the shower. It has 2 body jet nozzles!!!! Now I want to install these at home!! - Lobby was also clean, modern, and spacious. - Be aware of their shuttle times to the theme park. I choose this hotel because I called and asked if they have a shuttle to the theme parks. The operator said yes but there is a small fee of $8 per person. Well upon our stay. I found out the hard way there was only 1 shuttle that day. - A concierge desk? A nice and usually an amenity only found at a full service hotel.....So I go ask some questions and try to make plan for dinner show and theme parks. Ah, I discovered the catch... the concierge is actually an Expedia representative teamed up with a Marriott rep pushing specials if you tour their Marriott Vacation homes, they'll give you $100 discounts to parks and such. Sneaky sneaky! At least they were nice and still informative. - Pool was great and fun. I could see it being crowded during the summer, expecially since it's shared between the 2 hotels, but it was nice and empty during my January visit. - Breakfast ended awfully early at 9:30am.... I missed it by an hour. - Front desk staff was OK. Tall guy named....David or Dan? was really nice and hospitable. The ladies were a little more "cold" but no issues. - TGI Fridays is in the same parking lot, so that's convenient. - Sea world is walking distance. - Disney and Universal Studios are about 15 minutes away or about a $20 cab ride. - Orlando Airport was about a $35-$40 cab ride.

Yelp
Great location. Friendly guest services. Rooms were clean and accommodating. It has a convenient location if you're planning on visiting Sea World. It's about a 10-15 min drive from the Orlando Airport. A free shuttle is available to take you to Sea World. A continental breakfast is offered and is better than many hotel breakfasts. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc were offered.

Yelp
We stayed here for three days for business reasons. As this was the middle of September, I inquired at the desk during check in if we could be on a floor without children. I was assured we could take a room on any floor as there were no children in the hotel as school had started. Let's just say liar, liar, pants on fire. All through the night you could hear children running and the SLAMMING of doors. At breakfast--which I found below par--there were tables filled with children. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants on International drive. The rooms are fairly spacious with a sitting area with sofa and desk and a small fridge and microwave are included. The toilet and bath are in separate areas and have an European look to them. I prefer firm mattresses and the ones we had, two queen beds, were pretty well beaten up and way too soft for me. The tv was a large LG that you could rotate for viewing but if you were in bed near the window then viewing was a problem. Our room was clean and well maintained but I will give this place a miss if I need to return to Orlando for business. I am guessing parents with small children are accustomed to their noise and disruptions but if you need a good rest before presenting to a client then look elsewhere.

Yelp
This was nice Springhill Suites location. We had a nice sized room. I liked that the toilet and sink had its own room, and the room with the shower also had its own sink and mirror. The beds were comfortable, the a/c was very cold. The breakfast was excellent! There was a great assortment of items and they had many waffle makers available, even with a large group of people in the breakfast area. The elevators were a bit slow, but I believe that was because of how busy the hotel was. Another positive is that there was ample parking with multiple entrances. It was just a 5 minute drive from Sea World. I would stay here again.

Yelp
Fantastic hotel. Prime location, comfortable, clean and affordable. The rooms are colorful, modern and fairly big. I was beyond pleased with my stay there. The one flaw was that the internet connection was slow. I didn't use the pool or eat the complementary breakfast but from the looks of it all I probably wouldn't have had any complaints. The staff was pleasant and helpful too.

Yelp
Well last night, May 1st, there was a shooting in the building, and the front desk didn't even call up the rooms to tell people to stay inside there rooms nor told us to stay inside our rooms when they were on the first floor. Plus they told us that it wasn't there fault for this situation. For 200 dollars a night this is stupid. I would of left the place but I didn't cause of how late it was. Pick a different hotel to sleep at.
