Google
Such a cute ice cream shop! Hands down the best cookie dough ice cream I’ve ever had. Owner was super friendly and gave great tips about to area. Fun fact-a lot of celebrities have visited. You’ll see photos on the wall such as Michael Jackson! You have to check this place out!

Mark Hemley

Google
I love this place. Makes me feel like a kid again. Fantastic ice cream. Fun fact, the food dye in the "C is For Cookie" ice cream has a very low metabolic absorption coefficient, so be ready for azure defecations.

Google
I was looking for a new lunch spot and found it. Great soups and sandwiches that are fresh and chef-prepared. Great for quick lunch. The ice cream looks great too. Service was very friendly chill spot

Denise C

Google
The icecream is soo tasty! On my recent visit, scoop size was bigger as compared to my last visit and always big on flavor! Right in the heart of Palm Beach, a quaint little shop with outside seating. Pricing is comparable to other higher end icecream shops in South Florida.

R S

Google
Wow, super great ice cream. First place with toasted coconut that tastes like real coconuts. Great customer service, guy behind the counter had a great personality! Prices are gourmet but well worth it.

Michael Convery

Google
This place has a very small selection of flavors, but it is part of the Palm Beach experience. It is a great place to enjoy your ice cream outside and watch all the unique cars of Palm Beach drive-by. I had orange, mango, and raspberry sorbet, it was a pleasant way to start my day. ( :

Brad Reid

Google
Great ice cream spot. Has sorbet for anyone who can’t have dairy.

Emmy Orlicek

Google
Great service! A kind employee named Josh helped me. 10/10 would return!

Yelp
Thank you Julia, for our ice cream masterpieces! Although the ice cream isn't made in house, it is still local. Just looking at it you can tell it's fresh, not your typical hard serve Hershey's. I ordered the cookie sundae. It came with a huge fresh, homemade cookie on the bottom.. two scoops of whatever ice cream you choose, homemade whipped cream, chocolate, and Carmel. This was the best ice cream I've ever had! Julia's philosophy "ice cream is art" - yes!

Stephanie B.

Yelp
Great ice cream! Highly recommend the butterscotch bomb!! So good! Definitely check this place out! Great staff!

Hanna M.

Yelp
I love sprinkles and so does my daughter. Cute shops and fun flavors! One of the must see when visiting palm beach

Michael D.

Yelp
The ice cream and shakes are outstanding. You have to try the creamsicle shake. So many varieties of ice cream. They even have moose tracks which is hard to find. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to please you. But it's not only ice cream and shakes. They have coffee and tea too. While your waiting for your ice cream or shake you can shop at the many local artisans whose work adorn the walls and shelves. This was a really pleasant experience for my family.

Sophia L.

Yelp
the people in this refined establishment are so kind and caring of the customers needs. the employee by the name of Parker really did it for me, she satisfied my needs in all ways possible. I've never seen anyone milk a milk shake like her. truly marvelous experience. if you are ever in this shop please ask for Parker if you want the most quality experience .

Cherie B.

Yelp
Just recently discovered Sprinkles. Not only is the ice cream yummy but the icing on the cake is the hand made waffle cones and bowls made on site. Very friendly staff and the new owners are working to make it a unique experience by adding local art and hand made gifts. Stop in, you will be glad you did!

Carly L.

Yelp
Friendly service. Decent ice cream. Hefty sample portions which were great. Would recommend the moose tracks and chocolate chip.

Maria H.

Yelp
Friendly service, good ice cream. Average toppings selections. Whipped cream was not homemade as advertised. Pricing deceiving. Almost $40 for 4 ice creams is a little crazy.

Colleen A.

Yelp
The staff is amazing and so welcoming! I was able to taste as many samples as I wanted! All of the flavors were delish but the coconut was my favorite ! My daughter ordered a vanilla milkshake (almond milk) which was also so good! I already have my next order planned, I'm getting the creamsicle....can't wait to go!

Kendra S.

Yelp
NEW OWNERSHIP brings a whole new meaning to ice cream! clean and fab and a must-stop when you're in the area !

George S.

Yelp
Great toasted coconut ice cream! Very quaint and judging by the pictures of celebrities on the wall, very popular!

Michael P.

Yelp
I love this Ice cream shop I was freaking out because that's the very Floor Michael Jackson walked on in 2003 I'm such a HUGE MICHAEL JACKSON FAN I asked the worker if she was there when Michael came she said no but still omg I wish I was there when Michael was there

Rob L.

Yelp
Very poor service. Not interested in selling ice cream. She was more interested in eating!

David M.

Yelp
I do not know how you can make ice cream taste bad. I thought I would treat my friend in town for short visit. First clue is no sample spoons! We had to throw it in the garbage!ICE CREAM!! I wish there is a lower rating.

Melissa S.

Yelp
Ice cream here is pretty standard. Cute little shop, but extremely overpriced. Got a teeny-tiny come with a scoop of regular ice cream and it was about $8. Given you're on Palm Beach, it's not that surprising... but still, at least give me something that's maybe worth that.

Courtney L.

Yelp
Best Ice cream & the service is awesome.Julia is so sweet! Cute little place with great shakes.

Monica L.

Yelp
I thought the triple chocolate supreme ice cream was really good.

Alexa C.

Yelp
When you're in Palm Beach, it's almost inevitable to whip out that crisp chambray shirt and take a stroll around the island. Sprinkles is a casual ice cream shop offering the usually traditional flavors seen in your grocers freezer section. People don't come here for the amazing ice cream but for the experience instead. If you're into more alternative flavors and mixins, this might not be your spot. However, the traditional setup in here makes it feel like a movie of some sort with all the photos of celebrities posted on the wall enjoying their ice cream. The prices are certainly high for the plain style of ice cream they serve but I guess that's just what Palm Beach embodies after all. I think it's more popular for its location instead of the actual flavors and ingredients used in their ice creams. I guess if you top it with enough sprinkles then it doesn't really matter.

John John S.

Yelp
No samples policy is ridiculous. Ice cream is hit or miss. Girl behind the counter acted like she didn't want to be there.

A T.

Yelp
We went there on 12.20.20 in late afternoon. There was a line of tourists waiting at the door because the employee decided to take a break. We waited half hour, with our 2 year old. Then the employee decided to open the door and let everyone in, so we could wait another half hour behind the throng of loud tourists. Then we saw there was no soft ice cream. Then we decided to go just to Publix around the corner for ice cream at a quarter of the cost. We have been there before, ice cream is just ok and too expensive. Good luck!

Leah L.

Yelp
Great little place. The girl working was so sweet. Wood come back. The ice cream is flavorful and creamy.

Melissa S.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. Dirty. Not a lot of variety of ice cream. Cluttered with super random candy? This place is NOT worth it. It's depressing inside. I'd run to Publix and get a pint, bring it home and eat it. If you are a hiring manager, hire people that actually want to work there and represent your company with a happy spirit.

Juan M.

Yelp
I lived in Palm Beach for many years This place was great I visited today disappointed tables were dirty lots of garbage on the floor plants were dead-needs a little lift up Ice cream was great!

Linda G.

Yelp
The ice cream was very good but not good enough to be named best in the country. It's very small and the 2 people who worked there were not at all friendly and seemed quite overwhelmed. My son got a hand packed pint of raspberry sorbet and caramel ice cream. The texture of the sorbet was chunky but the taste was excellent. I got one scoop of vanilla ice cream with raspberry swirled in it and chocolate chips and it was excellent and quite different. Too expensive but I would visit again.

Kevin L.

Yelp
As the only customer on a Sunday afternoon just before 5:00 I did receive a hello from the one employee working. That was the only highlight of the visit. Direct eye contact and pleasant tone of voice was not enough to get responsive communication, or a correct order:( Now any issue one has with ordering ice cream in Palm Beach is truly a first world problem and not a topic of great social concern, but like others before me I will share. Drive anywhere else, they do not want your business.

Joseph M.

Yelp
The ice cream tastes exactly like nothing and it's expensive! Like over $8 for a small cone that was melting before I even paid. That should have been my warning to walk away. The place wasn't clean and the help was less than helpful.

Priscilla B.

Yelp
Your typical ice cream and candy shop. Big fan of the oreo ice cream!

Katie W.

Yelp
I love sprinkles but they have a MAJOR mask issue. They have a sticker in the window saying mask required but I guess the staff aren't empowered to enforce this rule bc every time I have been there I see people go in with no masks to order, or even if they have masks they take them off while in the store to eat the ice cream (and in one case to sneeze repeatedly). It makes me SO uncomfortable and I feel so so bad for the poor servers who deserve to be able to tell people honestly to get the f out if they wont mask up. I wish the owner would help to enforce this rule. I prob wont be going back until covid is over.

Viorica R.

Yelp
I love this place!!! The best ice-cream in Florida, they have a lot of varieties of ice-cream and their waffle-cones are home made, the place looks very clean and the stuff is very friendly. Definitely my fav' place))

Matt R.

Yelp
Typical small ice cream shop but top notch ice cream Helpful staff that oblige multiple sample requests. I had the pumpkin and wide had fat free peanut butter cup. Pb cup definitely had an almond milk base or something similar due to its almond essence. Pumpkin pie was like literally eating and ice cream pumpkin pie. Haven't found anything in a shop like that before, only 4 star restaurants. Yum If I could fill a freezer full of that stuff to last me a year I'd be a happy fat man.

Greta D.

Yelp
Meh. Customer service awful. Ice cream okay. Sugar cones stale. Huge price tag because you're on Palm Beach. Do yourself a flavor, and go over the bridge to Sloane's City Place or Clematis.

Liz W.

Yelp
This place was so bad. We were in Palm Beach for vacation and wanted a soft-serve cone. When I got it, it looked off so I asked them if this was frozen yogurt and they said no. So I tasted it, and asked why it tasted "off". It's DAIRY FREE. It was TERRIBLE. I ended up throwing it out. It wasn't even edible. It was so expensive and really disgusting. Don't even bother!

Tjm M.

Yelp
Best service today at Sprinkles! The young man working was so polite and welcoming and made an amazing ice cream sundae! It's nice to have such a great experience -- it seems to be hit or miss lately but this was a good day.

Leone V.

Yelp
My kids are going nuts over this place. Peanut butter chocolate is my son's favorite. English toffee is my daughter's favorite. Great location, too - fun to walk around or swing by after a dinner in Palm Beach.

Melissa M.

Yelp
Gross. I went there with my husband the other day. After he ordered and was waiting for me to decide I noticed a dead moth in one of their flavors. Overly priced too.

Rani H.

Yelp
Go for the ice cream, but think twice - er, think *price* about the lunch. Sprinkles is THE Palm Beach ice cream spot. It's cutely decorated, has a nice flavor variety, and is in a wonderful location. Service is also great, always very friendly, cheerful and attentive staff when I've been. The lunch menu however... Conclusion: What the lunch menu says and what you get are not the same. Second conclusion: The care and quality of the lunch is not on par with their ice cream. First example: Flatbreads are described on the menu as being made with pesto sauce. Out came a large tortilla (literally, a tortilla) with red sauce and toppings. By the way, the red sauce didn't taste like pesto either, more like tomato. Tasted average as you'd expect. Cost about $9. Second example: Greek salad is described as being "topped with feta cheese" and other items, along with a "cheese crisp." Barely any feta cheese, just a sprinkle, and no cheese crisp at all. Tasted average as you'd expect. Cost about $9. In all fairness, I must disclose we didn't complain to the very nice staff working that our food items were so different from the descriptions. (Couldn't think of a nice way to bring it up, and we were in a rush.) I wonder if they would have addressed the matter, or at least given a discount if they were running low on ingredients. Note: This is primarily an ice cream shop, only took off one point for the lackluster lunch.

Yelp
I got bamboozeled! Coming from CA, when I read "Sprinkles" I think sprinkles cupcakes, which started opening up ice cream shops around the country. So when my friend and I drove by and saw the sign, we had to go in. Upon walking in, it didnt look like sprinkles... so we asked the employee working the counter and she said, no they were no affliated with sprinkles cupcakes. Darn. But we saw all the wall decor and they were voted #1 ice cream in america by People magazine, so we had to try it, even though this contest happened over 10 years ago, lol. I got one scoop of the toffee and my friend the krazy kake in waffle cones. This came out to almost $11, so that is a point in the negative for them. WAY overpriced for what you get. It wasn't a heaping, spilling over the top scoop, just a modest sized one, which, I guess, in the end worked out because that's all I wanted anyway. The toffee was very sweet. I did get a sample of it, but when you get a whole scoop you get a lot more of the flavoring and I could barely stomach the sugar running through my body. The waffle cone was a basic waffle cone, no fresh smell of cones being made wafting from the shop, nothing special. The texture of the ice cream wasn't creamy and smooth either. It was more of an icey texture which I don't enjoy as much. For being voted numero uno, I definitly think they did not live up to anywhere near their expectations. Granted, I did not try the flavor from which they were voted number 1, but still shouldn't their other flavors and textures be acceptable? I feel like I got tricked and ripped off!

Yelp
This place was recommended to me... So my expectations as an ex ice cream store employee were maybe unusually high.... This place is mediocre... Ice cream is alright. Menus are way too hard to read. I would come back, it wasn't bad. But it definitely didn't dazzle me. They are supposed to be in the top ten of ice cream parlors in America.... Not Even Close to the top 100 I would say. Cute pictures of famous people that have eaten ice cream there were really cool.

Vanessa V.

Yelp
Homemade waffle cones and a great selection of flavors. As the only ice cream shop on this popular street, they could be serving Hershey's ice cream out of stale cake cones and still charging $7 for it, but the standards are still somewhat high and the people are always friendly. Oh, and it isn't full of sticky, screaming children....... usually.

Josh S.

Yelp
Where do you go for ice cream on a Friday night? My girlfriend and I love to stroll from Royal Poinciana Way to Worth Ave. for exercise and atmosphere on Friday nights. We must have passed by Sprinkles dozens of times until I happened to turn my head and notice people sitting around with cups of ice cream outside. Apparently, this place has quite a reputation. They'll tell you that their triple chocolate was voted the best in the nation (or something like that). They have a fat free version that's really too good to be fat free... but I'll keep ordering it, because I really can't prove otherwise. Sit down inside, and you'll see news clippings and photos of famous past visitors like Michael Jackson and Glenn Beck (I'm sure the ice cream brought tears to his eyes....). They're open late (10 pm, I believe), and the pricing is okay. The variety of flavors is quite large (triple chocolate and strawberry cheesecake are my favorites so far). If you're in the area, try it!

Anna M.

Yelp
Cute little ice cream shop with a small but decent sandwich selection. The woman was nice. The signs all said #1 so I was expecting some amazing blow my mind orgasmic ice cream..... which quite honestly it wasn't. It was good and hit the spot on a hot summer day. Nothing to write home about...

Planters V.

Yelp
Definitely hit the spot on a hot summer night. Waffle cones are great. Very nice service. However, when you're "#1 place in America", I expected alot more. Grater's in Cinci gets my vote for that.

Chelsea P.

Yelp
Brownie was burnt, old and stale. Ice Cream tasted like freezer burn. The cookie was alright, and the Coconut cake was dry. So expensive for a terrible dessert. Staff was friendly.

Tonitini C.

Yelp
triple chocolate ice cream is to die for!

Angelica P.

Yelp
The ice cream is okay, the customer service is crap. The manager is completely rude and obnoxious.

CF S.

Yelp
Made a special trip to buy fresh OJ and they were closed despite 8 a.m. opening time. Oh well. Their juice is ridiculously overpriced anyway. Sprinkles you are dead to me.

Jacob D.

Yelp
They have a great selection of ice cream but they were very slow on service even though they weren't busy. The smoothie that we got was not worth the price.

DB B.

Yelp
Apparently the girl (African american)that works there would rather be doing something else rather then pleasantly helping customers. No greeting, no smile!? "hurry up and order" attitude was how she came across. It was the rudest service I've had in a while! I'll never go back and pay my hard earned money to this establishment! Avoid if you can, folks... Or at least the staff...

Marc L.

Yelp
The best orange juice in Palm Beach, having taken over the Tropical Fruit Shop's machine. The ice cream is legendary as well.
