I’ve ordered Acai from here multiple times as it’s near home and unfortunately the staff often forget parts of my order. On more than one occasion I’ve had to drive back to get my order fixed because it wasn’t taken correctly in the first place. The staff seem quite young and lack direction or proper training. This business really needs better management and attention to detail to improve the customer experience.

Positives Delicious range of ice cream, goodies from abroad, cookies and cakes as well as drinks sold here and abroad 5 out of 5 Customer service lovely as always. Negative Hence the 4 star rating. Their block of Dubai Chocolate Pistacchio - price of $34 too much for what I got. I have tasted many brands of Dubai Chocolate and this isn’t it. Chocolate wasn’t tempered (didn’t seem that way) uneven on inside so amount of pistacchio filling uneven inconsistent. There was no kataifi. When checking closely and with taste it tasted like cornflakes too hard. Like the ones in Afghan biscuits NZ biscuit. Underside had ground pistachio which wasn’t pleasant. Water stain on edges and sides of chocolate were bare showing the filling. I’ve bought Dubai Chocolate from here before and they were better and used Kataifi but tonight - this block wasn’t it.

My Daughter loves this store. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my daughters birthday ice cream cake was exactly what we needed and everyone said the icecream tasted beautiful and asked where i got it from. I told them with pride where i got it. Cannot thank these guys enough for their help. Was a perfect outcome. Much much appreciated.

Extremely fast paced ice cream and sweets shop, I was taken back at how small and tucked away the shop was and how busy it was! Loved the ice cream we got and kids, sweets were a bit pricey but I assume they are imported and popular overseas foods

Best milkshake I've ever had. They're very generous with their ice cream servings and they open late. It's really a hidden gem. Wouldn't have known about this place if it wasn't for my friend who lived locally.

Great friendly service. Loads of ice cream flavours and lots of lollies and soft drinks that are hard to find anywhere else. I had the Dubai committee too and it was amazing.

This is one of the best places in Melbourne for good quality creamy ice creams. They have a wide range of ice creams and lollies. The ambience of the place is very good. They offer a good range of flavours. Moreover, the quantity of serves is awsome. Their ice-creams are good value for money. A must visit place to make oneself happy. Always busy place; so parking needs to be off street. I would highly recommend. - Range of creamy ice creams. - Wide range of lollies. - Good quality and quantity. - Great customer service. Great store for some American products. I'm a big supporter of Aussie made and owned, but kids theses days with their tictok's, wrist rocks & face's book's. Want all the American stuff the see in their fancy screens. This place has it all and if they don't they can probably get it upon request. Prices may seem a little higher then your everyday confectioner's. But you gotta remember they had to ship it over here, all.the way from the US of A. I'll bring the kids back they were excited.
