this Sprinkes is just the absolute best!!!! you can never go wrong with it every time i go i'm always very happy and leave even happier. An employee named Haydar is just an outstanding person he is just full of joy and is never stingy with the ice cream scoops and i absolute love that. The business itself is wonderful its very clean, the shelves are always stocked and the food is honestly the best. So what i am trying to say is go to this sprinkles and ask for Haydar and you will not be disappointed. John Baker xo

LOVE LOVE LOVE the choice of flavours. Proper home made ice cream without parmalat rubbish or powder in it. Moved away from the area a few years ago however I make the trip back when craving a good ice cream or sorbet

I’ve been coming to Sprinkles for many years and it’s always been my favourite weekly treat. The previous staff knew my order and always filled my 1-litre tub right to the brim, especially with my go-to flavours: Strawberry Cheesecake and Tim Tam. Sadly, with the recent staff change, the quantity has really dropped. I paid around $17–$18 but the tub was barely half full, which was really disappointing and not the value or consistency I’ve always enjoyed. It genuinely makes me sad because I’ve been such a loyal customer, but if this continues, I may need to go back to my supermarket ice creams Connoisseur or Ben & Jerry’s where I know what I’m getting. I hope this can be looked into, as I’d love to keep supporting a place I’ve loved for so long.

Positives Delicious range of ice cream, goodies from abroad, cookies and cakes as well as drinks sold here and abroad 5 out of 5 Customer service lovely as always. Negative Hence the 4 star rating. Their block of Dubai Chocolate Pistacchio - price of $34 too much for what I got. I have tasted many brands of Dubai Chocolate and this isn’t it. Chocolate wasn’t tempered (didn’t seem that way) uneven on inside so amount of pistacchio filling uneven inconsistent. There was no kataifi. When checking closely and with taste it tasted like cornflakes too hard. Like the ones in Afghan biscuits NZ biscuit. Underside had ground pistachio which wasn’t pleasant. Water stain on edges and sides of chocolate were bare showing the filling. I’ve bought Dubai Chocolate from here before and they were better and used Kataifi but tonight - this block wasn’t it.

I don't really care about others opinions but I love the ice cream and cookies combo I reckon best in the business 👌🏽 They got plenty of stuff in stock too my family loves it. On top of that it's halal 😋 Yes of course it's a business people mess up here and there it's human nature.

This is a special shout out to Manager, Youii @Sprinkles in Point Cook for his great service. I live in Sydney, and wanted to purchase my nephew a voucher @Sprinkles Point Cook site (his favourite ice creamery) for his birthday. Youii was polite, friendly, professional, and easy to talk too - he directed me around best way forward. He managed security around my credit card very well too; and text me voucher to my mobile so I knew what it looked like after he had finalised it. Thank you Youii for making this process so easy on me. Sprinkles are lucky to have you! My nephew will come in tomorrow to pick up voucher with his Mum. This means they will miss you because its your day off; but they will be back numerous times in spending voucher I'm sure, so there will be a next time. I’ve ordered Acai from here multiple times as it’s near home and unfortunately the staff often forget parts of my order. On more than one occasion I’ve had to drive back to get my order fixed because it wasn’t taken correctly in the first place. The staff seem quite young and lack direction or proper training. This business really needs better management and attention to detail to improve the customer experience.
