Sprouts Farmers Market

I've been shopping here for two years and really appreciate the cozy atmosphere and fresh produce. The service is great overall (with the exception of a few cashiers). Special thanks to Esther - she's always friendly, helpful, and full of good energy. Esther, you're the best!

Tonight around 9:00 p.m. I just had a pickup at the Daly City Sprouts location and wanted to share how impressed I was with the associate who assisted me. I don't know his name. He was bald. There was a glitch in the app when a person clicks “I’m on my way,” the app notifies the associate that Im already there, even if you aren't. This led to the associate standing outside waiting for me, which understandably could have been frustrating. Please fix your app from the stores end. Despite the situation, the associate remained incredibly courteous, patient, and professional. When I finally arrived, he helped me load the groceries into my (honestly, very dirty) car without hesitation or judgment, which I truly appreciated. I left in a rush then realized I had accidentally forgotten an item. I had to turn around, he continued to be kind and accommodating to smooth over which could be a very bad situation. On top of that, whoever picks the orders at this location deserves recognition everything was accurate and fresh, just as I requested. Thank you to him and the team at Daly City Sprouts!

I am so grateful to Evan the Manager and the Sprouts team to help us through an ordeal that happened at your guys store. He was so kind and professional, me and my wife are so excited to shop here at Sprouts. As a Veteran of this country it warms my heart to get the love and consideration of the Sprouts family. Thank you so much Evan and happy birthday. Other retailers could learn a few things from Sprouts.

I adore Sprouts!! They’re more like a Trader Joe’s than anything else. Their produce is better and cheaper than Safeway. They carry bulk foods, excellent meats, and are in general, more healthy, and better quality than a huge supermarket

good service deli counter took time to go over what veggies spinach, red bell peppers, carrot shred , to chose from sandwich meal deal excellent value and overall positive experience.

Good selection of everything from organic veggies, dairy, and supplements! Friendly staff, notably Teresa who assisted me with check out! She was courteous and patient.

Truly one of the only stores I’ve been to that doesn’t have a customer service. When I walked in and asked where the Customer Service Department was, one of your managers Evan had informed me that everyone was customer service and is happy to help. I was done with my refund so fast that I did some shopping and ran into another worker named Chris, he helped me pick out the right apples that my wife needed. Truly top grocery store for me, thank you guys for everything.

I always shop at this store because their products are really organic and delicious Lucy who works at the checkout is really helpful and I would like to thank her especially Norman, the cashier, is a really good cashier who is always helping people.
