Sprouts Farmers Market

All the people that work at Sprouts are super hardworking and friendly. At other stores I have had many times when the workers refused to help because they were about to close or they helped but with a not-so-good attitude, but I have never experienced it here. Today I had another instance, when the Cashier Teresa put in extra effort to help me get the better slice of turkey from the deli. I am very thankful for her help! Such a great gesture and me and my husband appreciate it a lot!

Sprouts is it man, I’m telling you. They got the right food for my kids and they are nice to you no matter the color of your skin and treat you like a real human being. They don’t judge or treat you like you don’t belong like these other stores. Their people know what’s up and take care of their paying customers.

Solid grocery store. Good selection and the bulk section is useful once you figure out how it works. Friendly people and Shirley in particular is always helpful. It’s been my go-to grocery for years now!

I really want to say that I appreciate you guys for helping my sister out with her refund, she buys my vitamins at your store and was helped by Kayla the Store Manager due to the person that always helps her, Rose being out sick(hope she gets better soon) and Kayla took the time to show her where my medicine was and also rung her up. Normally I wouldn’t do reviews but it’s amazing to see a woman in charge leading by example to her team and helping out those that truly appreciate it. Thank you Kayla and thank you Sprouts!!!

I would like to say that I’ve seen so many rude customers in the store and your employees do not deserve that. They are always so nice and kind to everyone and I love them so much especially Teresa, she is always so sweet and gives so much to her job. Please make sure you’re employees are being taken care of your team.

I normally don't hate in my reviews but they are super rude. Seems like English is a foreign concept in this place. I went in here looking for tamarind seasoning pack from Mamacita's brand and they had every spice u could only imagine across the globe except what I was looking for. Disappointing.

This review is very over do in my opinion. I order weekly on Instacart from Sprouts Market. At times they are out of my favorite cold brew coffee brands. I have to call the store at times to find out more information as to when it would be back in stock. Managers Aiden and Evan have assisted me many times with this issue. I really appreciate their help! With this issue. I love my Cold Brew coffee brand. This store location in Daly City has great Managers and excellent customer service. I spent a little over $400, motivated by the new points rewards program—I'm so glad I visited right away! In the vitamins and supplements department, an associate named Regina or Patricia (apologies if I have the name wrong—your service was unforgettable!) went above and beyond. I told her multiple times how much I admired her commitment to providing the best service to Sprouts' customers. She noticed I was struggling to find products and approached me professionally, asking if I needed help. I enthusiastically said yes! This wasn't my first time benefiting from her expertise—she's consistently helpful and respectful, which is a rare and amazing quality in any sales associate. After years of disappointing one- and two-star experiences elsewhere, she completely shattered my low expectations. Regina or Patricia stayed with me, guiding me to all the vitamins, supplements, and products I needed to improve my health. Because she built such high trust through her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to spend time, I followed her recommendations without question. Over one-third of my total purchase came from her suggestions! I don't mind investing in my well-being when the service engenders that trust—it opens the door to not just the essentials but a fuller shopping experience. A note on why her help was so vital: I have a condition that makes navigating shelves packed with vitamins and supplements overwhelming to my visual system, so her support was a game-changer. Greetings to all, this review is for the Many fantastic items that they carry at Sprouts. Parking is jointly with the surrounding area businesses: B+ Inside the store was a very bright and spacious area that works well for the amount of space purchased in. B The store itself has a Vast amount of Healthy Foods , Beverages and other products. Service was great as usual, Nice and Always friendly. I have not been to Sprouts in probably 6 months. I visited this store over the weekend and was shocked to see the prices are now so high (compared to other stores). I only purchased 1 item and then cashed out. Not going back. I'm giving a second star only because of the great staff.

Located in Gellert Marketplace on the corner of Gellert & Serramonte Boulevards, Sprouts is rapidly growing on me. ;-) Sprouts reminds me of a more navigable version of Whole Foods, which I really like! Their fruit & vegetable produce is, I think, the best of any major supermarket chain in Daly City. Absolutely fresh and organic whenever possible. They also have a great deli area with a meal cooler where you could literally get a different reheatable dinner every day for weeks and not eat the same thing twice. Their vitamin supplement section is hugely comprehensive, and even carries Life Extension products (I use Life Extension regularly as I love their philosophy and dedication to quality). I'm going to start shopping here on a more regular basis!

I've been a customer of Sprouts for years, but I hadn't tried their holiday prepared dinner until this year. I ordered the turkey dinner for Thanksgiving and my family loved it!. The turkey was well seasoned and delicious. The sides were very tasty and easy to heat and serve. I just added a few more family favorites and the dinner was complete. I ordered online, and picked up the day before thanksgiving. The store staff were ready and expedient the pick up. We were in& out within minutes. I will ordered again and highly recommend this dinner. Also the price can't be beat.

staff is really unhelpful. It's convenient to be able to do Uber eats or any other delivery service. However, if there is an issue with the produce or the meat they are very unhelpful and just direct you to the delivery take any responsibility for the expired product. A Chinese woman answer the phone she was very rude and dismissive and spoke very poor English. I expect more out of sprouts to hire competent workers irrespective of their ethnic background.

I go to sprouts every now and then for the vitamin section and sometimes "healthier" snacks. I always knew they had a deli, but never stopped by. I finally did and boy was I upset at myself for just trying them now! $5.99 sandwiches?! The total for a chicken salad sandwich and the dollar extra for a bag of chips and a bottle of water was $7.09. Where else can you do that at? I'll wait... (Katt Williams voice) lol The sandwich tasted good as well and everything was fresh. I am def going back when I need a good simple lunch if I am in the area.

Today there was so much chaos in the store on Sunday, I saw the cashiers stressed out and working their butts off but that did not stop them from keeping a smile on their face that lit up the whole store. It was beautiful, and that's what I love about shopping for my food at Sprouts. They are different and their food is #1

I am very pleased with my Sprouts experience. Over the phone, I asked to speak with the dairy person, and the store manager named Adrien answered and was more than happy to help with my questions about several products. He recommended Kefir Raw Farm, White Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt, Mother-in-Law's Kimchi, and Happy Eggs. Adrien was patient with me and made sure I understood the differences between certain products. I am so glad that he recommended those, and this morning I enjoyed my very first Kefir, which I surprisingly liked. I really appreciate Adrien taking the time to introduce me to these nutritious foods! Hopefully, this review will encourage more people to shop at Sprouts for these quality items because I am very pleased with them and the service I received. Gertrude

Cool place for some unique food finds Rotisserie chicken is tasty Majority of the pens at the self serve by the pound sections are missing, broken, or out of ink. Only found one that worked out of maybe 6 pens.

Love the $5 sandwiches. Convenient when needed, wish they had better bread quality but you get what you pay for. Service is ok.

I used to be an occasional customer of Sprouts simply because they carried my favorite organic milk. Thanks to a fellow Yelper, I've become a regular customer. The reason? $5 sandwiches. The sandwiches really are a good deal. My favorite is turkey salad with red onion and mayo on multigrain bread. Deli surface is a bit slow, so drop your order off and go shop. And on Wednesday they have $5 sushi. Don't be scared. I tried it and it's good. Not gourmet, but good. A couple of other things they do really well- The bakery section has some good options if you like quality hamburger and hot dog buns. Brioche and such. They also have fruit pies for $7 that I think are a bargain. Interesting hamburger patties at the meat counter with flavors like Cheddar Jalapeno. Rotisserie chicken tastes great and is $10. Some competitors have cheaper chicken, but my experience is that most of it tastes like cardboard. This is a smaller store, so the selection is a bit limited compared to your Safeway, but they do have some things that I can't get elsewhere. Service is friendly and the overall shopping experience has always been fine for me. A friend of mine once forgot to finish paying at the self-checkout and the staff member handled it politely. Sprouts does have a member club. You still get their best price if you don't join, but joining allows you to earn points towards discounts and rebates. Worth it if you shop there regularly. Also, check their website for coupons and weekly specials. Sprouts is a good regular stop, but probably won't have everything you want for your full grocery list. I'll keep coming back for the inexpensive lunch. Give it a try.

This Sprouts store has the best customer service I've ever experienced all the employee's and even all the managers and leds are very helpful and friendly sometimes I just come to the store and just walk around and talk to everyone and joke around with the employee's i really like this store and everyone that works in it

I love here . Very organized , clean and practical. Employees are very helpful and nice . Yesterday , the register was super busy and The cashier Lusyana came suddenly to support and helped a lot ! Appreciate you guys!

We mostly come here for the deli and their sandwiches. They are better than Safeway's. However this rating is for the idiot woman who worked there who made her preferred version of the sandwiches available for sale. She liberally smeared mustard all over our sandwiches without us asking for it. The mustard was so much it leaked right through the sandwich. I don't know who I should tell this to but mustard should be optional and with a ham sandwich. Not turkey. The sandwiches were inedible. I had to wash the veggies and wipe down the meat and cheese. The bread was replaced. I emailed corporate but haven't heard back. The lady behind the counter should be moved to meat cutting service. She is not fit to make sandwiches

Love coming here every time with my family, we always find what we need and everyone's very friendly. Store is very well organized and clean. I highly recommend seasonal products.

The manager, Dillion, helped me immensely on the phone with my online order. I am in my mid-70s and not as proficient with iPhone/computer use as the younger generation. There were several times I had difficulty with maneuvering in the app, but Dillion was EXTREMELY patient and kind and helpful, and pleasant while doing so. I so much appreciate how he helped me and the manner in which he did so! He never made me feel rushed or incompetent. I am very grateful for the customer service that Dillion extended to me. Thank you very much!

Very busy store on Sundays! although I almost couldn't get around without bumping into someone, the team members were great and got me to sign up. Even gave me advice on what days I should come by and shop.

Today was the day for shopping for my music event scheduled on Saturday, January 18, 2025. The whole store was comparable to a treasure hunt. So many wonderfully intriquing items. I was greated by the nicest woman, Jackie, who introduced me to a new organic tortilla chip made with avocado oil. The samples she passed out were great - chips and dip plus she was very knowledgable about other items in the store as well. She even made sure my cart was working properly. Kudos to Sprouts for hiring such a wonderfully kind and considerate person to represent their store. Best to you, Jackie.

Always a great place to shop. Clean, well-organized, and full of fresh products. I'd like to thank Lusyana and Teresa for their kindness and efficiency at checkout. They truly make the shopping experience better every time!

***deli review only*** I saw the $4.99 deli sandwiches trending on Instagram so I had to give it a shot, being a sandwich lover! I chose turkey on sourdough with all the free toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, sub dressing, mayo, mustard) and avocado (extra $1). I filled out the form and left it at the order window. It was ready in about 15 mins since they were pretty busy. The sandwich was huge for $4.99, fresh, delicious, and so worth it. 1000% would try these again. Super worth the price point!!!

A few days ago my wife and I went shopping, and Lusyana was a very kind person. I appreciate her excellent service and customer service.

I was actually stunned that the store lets you sample anything in the store if your not sure about purchasing. The manager Dylan gave me a cup of salad with Cherry balsamic dressing. It was so delicious! First grocery store I've been to where the staff will walk you through the store to help you find all the items you need. The cashier Grace was very sweet and asked me follow up questions about my sons. The staff here really care. This will be my home grocery store going forward. Great job sprouts!

I shop at sprouts once or sometimes twice a week. I really like their selection. I especially appreciate their cashier Lusyana, always provides a warm greeting and excellent customer service, she's such a joy.

If you live near Daly City, then this Sprouts location is a great market to go to. It is also the closest Sprouts location as the next closest is in Oakland. It's also in a great location with the Serramonte Mall nearby. Plus a Starbucks and In-N-Out closeby is a plus too. There is usually plenty of parking to be found too because the lot is huge. Although getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle during prime hours. What I love the most is also their sushi wednesdays where they have a promotion they offer where customers can get their select oumi sushi rolls for only $5 which is a great deal. For sushi that you get at a market it's honestly pretty good for what it is. I always get the Krispy Krab Roll. It's basically a California Roll with fried onions on top and teriyaki sauce, but it is so satisfying to eat. It's not on the same tier as an authentic Japanese restaurant's, but for the price you can't beat it. I know there is also a lot of hype for the deli sandwiches because of the price as well and people on social media love posting about it. The quality of their groceries are also very good as well. Overall, this location is great and all the staff are friendly as well.

Good ole Sprouts I noticed you right after fresh and easy and The farmers market at the end is what really drew me into the store. The service at this location is exceptional with the cleanest filter water station inside the location for those that buy filtered water at the machines. Great selection of produce and products, beers , wines , pretty much a one stop shop. The sales here on fruit and veggies are definitely worth the trip here. The deli here is awesome. Rotisserie chicken for 8.99 There is also a self check out lane which ideally makes the whole process smoother. I like places where it's in n out No wait in lines and the staff and management here makes that happen. Yunno when you go to Safeway and gotta wait cuz there only 1 person actually working.

Today, I needed to purchase several vitamins recommended by my doctor, but I wasn't sure where to start. That's when I met Kaylie in the vitamins section. From the moment I explained my situation, she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. I needed about 6-7 different types of vitamins, and Kaylie patiently helped me research each one to ensure they met my specific needs. Having worked in customer success management for over 20 years, I truly appreciate exceptional service--and Kaylie's dedication stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed, turning what could have been an overwhelming task into a pleasant and easy experience. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to Teresa, who is always incredibly resourceful, helpful, and consistently provides excellent customer service. It's because of team members like Kaylie and Teresa that this Sprouts location continues to be my primary store.

First off, their deli sandwich area makes delicious sandwiches. I really enjoyed my bacon lettuce and taco sandwich. But it took over 20 minutes for it to come out. Sandwiches cost about $5 so it's a great deal. Apparently, the work on a system where you put in your order on a piece of paper, drop that off, shop for 20-30 minutes and pick up your food after. They have a wide selection of groceries and premade food. There's plenty of parking space outside and lots of other shops around too.

I went to Sprouts few weeks ago I just want to say the store is so clean and organize and the employees are so accommodating! A special thanks to Esther for helping me during that day she did a very good job in helping me!

Very nice employees JOANNA and JOSEPH to name a few, serving snacks and smiles to hundreds of people in line for a nearby special event. The line wrapped around Sprouts and even though we weren't actively shopping at Sprouts, these super friendly people treated us very well as we stood out there for hours. Thank you!

This store is a hit or miss. The first time I rolled around here, I picked up some ground venison and this store has pretty decent selection on produce and meats at not too expensive prices. The cashier that helped me took me to a separate register in the front of the store and gave me the VIP treatment on a busy Sunday afternoon. He was a very nice guy and deserves a raise! However, I came back the next week on a Sunday night pretty close to closing time and it was the opposite. Several of the shelves were not stocked and it was more disorganized, perhaps from struggling to keep up from the afternoon. But when I was about to pay for my items, the cashier closed her register and briskly walked away, harshly stated "We're closed. Self checkout!" Then, the self checkout stopped working and i had to ring up and employee and its the same rude lady coming back and rolling her eyes and "fixing" it, only to have it crash again. On my way out, I saw her arguing with a customer outside. A complete mess. In summary, the lady that works Sunday nights is extremely unhelpful and arrogant. The least you can do is pretend you give a crap about your job. The eye rolls, the sighing, the short answers, this lady had it all. Hire more people like the first cashier and less like the second one.

Great store with amazing products. The staff working at their deli/food area are amazing. I particularly like their tuna sandwich which according to their advertisement is $4.99 including chips and a bottle of water; add $1.00 if you want cheese. I've gotten the same combo for a long time until I realized they are still charging extra for the chips and the water. I'm not ok with that. Sadly, the people working at the registers don't have empathy or people skills. I brought it up to their attention and they got very upset. Not just that, they were unable to do a simple math to realize they have been overcharging me. I won't mention names because I feel that reviews should help businesses improve their services, and make sure they are not inadvertently stealing people's hard earned money. I spoke with the manager and he stated that in fact, they are changing more than their advertised price.

Love the selection of Johnny Pops! They had everything on the order and allowed me to add items after I placed it. I recommend ordering through Uber app to avoid crowds and what some customers claim is bad or rude service. I had always been the kind of shopper that looked for the best deals and quality, going from store to store on foot. Now being in my sixties this has become difficult, so get delivery. I was able to get everything with only one item needing replacement, smoked turkey to roast turkey. If you are older I recommend Sprouts.

Customer service is great. I always go to Lucy(cashier) she friendly and welcoming. She always ask how I'm doing and have a nice day. I appreciate this type of customer service

I'd read that they spray their produce with a chemical to keep it fresh looking. Wasn't sure if it was true so I asked someone in produce and he confirmed. They usually do this at night so it "looks" better in the morning. He said (what its called) is something you can buy for home use. . . . I think not! Be double wary of the leafy greens - those get his hardest I'm told. Their cheese department is something they should be ashamed of in our foodie Bay Area. It's small and they have a worse selection than a Safeway - now that takes effort. The wine department is sparse too. They don't have wines in sections such as California, French, Italian, Organic. I had been curious about Cameron Diaz's brand Avalina and they had it so I bought the table red which was awful. The organization is crazy. Cheese wasn't anywhere near dairy for one example. I parked in handicapped and when I checked out I asked for assistance. 4 people were doing goodness knows what and finally someone volunteered. The place just feel right. It doesn't feel particularly sparkling clean. My husband warned about how scuzzy it is - he was right. I'll stick with Rainbow and Mollie Stone and of course the farmer's markets

The manager of the Sprouts really needs to step it up. I absolutely love shopping at Sprouts but dang has the customer service gotten really bad. You really need to tell your employees to start treating people with respect and kindness. I remember when there were all really helpful, nice and friendly employees working there. These people shouldn't be given a job if they give attitude. The light skinned girl with fizzy hair in a bun is extremely rude her name is Trinity.

One of my favorite grocery stores. Location is perfect. I always feel good and relaxed when I shop here. I staff I dealt with so far are very nice and helpful. The prices are fair and you can find deals. Other than Costco and Trader Joes's, Sprouts is my favorite place to shop! A lot of items they have here can't be found in Costco so this place has the advantage in this regard.

Emphasis on organic, gourmet, specialty and other high-end products. Very popular with professional shopping services, so often very crowded. Good quality, extremely high prices Not a good choice for most family shoppers.

I love shopping here! It's clean and organized, and the staff are super helpful and polite. Adrien, the manager, is a lifesaver - he knows his stuff, answers all my questions, and is just a really friendly guy.

I always love coming to sprouts but today going tot he vitamins section was amazing! Pauline was so helpful and kind with making sure I found the exact protein powder I wanted and even gave me some samples to try! Great customer service! And very organized store!

This store is incredible so much to offer wow i couldn't believe the kindness and welcoming I had just walking into a grocery store i had stopped by the bakery and i was greeted by a kind young lady named Amber she was super helpful she went out her way to help me find everything I needed in the bakery section I've never experienced such great customer service thank you Amber for your kindness and for helping me find everything I needed it's much appreciated !!!
