Sprouts of Fenton

I visited Sprouts for the first time on Sunday and I was instantly impressed with this family business. I got these beautiful stacked pumpkins for free, they didn't want them to go to waste before Halloween, i was in shock with such generosity. Because of their warm hospitality and caring spirit I will now be a forever customer :)

Decent selection, very nice staff. Unfortunately, the majority of the plants I’ve bought from them have died or struggled compared to those bought elsewhere and planted in the same conditions. I didn’t want to think this was the case, but almost all of them have followed a similar pattern. I’m not a botanist or anything but this is not my first rodeo, either. Plants were also comparatively pricey making it sting even more. It’s almost like these plants are goosed up with fertilizer or something to make them pop and bloom prematurely, then for whatever reason they fail to thrive. I was bummed that they had mostly starter plants available and not many mature plant options for sale. I wonder if this is why.

We have gotten so many beautiful flowers, houseplants, herbs, and hanging baskets for our garden this year from Sprouts. The selection is wonderful and I could spend hours just going up and down the aisles of gorgeous flowers. The employees are always SO helpful and lovely and really make you feel like family. From now on all my gardening will start here 😁👍🏻

I have been buying my plants here for longer than I remember! Even though they have tripled in size and now are under new ownership , the quality of products ,value for money and top notch service remains the same. These ladies are knowledgeable and always appreciative of your business. This is a perfect example of why we should support our local business’s.

First time buyer here. Oh my so much stuff.. Overwhelming on the eyes haha. Really nice stuff. My only advice for staff would be more attentive. To answer questions, point me in right direction. I had no idea there was major perennial green house in back. But my hands were too full anyway. No carts, no baskets. I would have bought more if I could've had a cart or something. How ever, checking out was great. Loading for me, great!!

Treated like a king! They have people walking around taking your plants up front and staging them for you while they answer questions. It was fairly busy the day I went and they had more than enough people to help everyone in need. Now, for the plants, they have them situated nice and organized in 3 different greenhouses and the prices are below what you will pay at HD. And the selection is much better, So stop here first, you will not regret it.

A great little nursery! I bought Aquapots planters which are beautiful and self watering. I purchased the flowers from them as well. They offered to assemble and pot the plants for me but I declined for ease of movement while unloading. Staff was super helpful and loaded everything in the car for me.

I am writing this review to make sure that anyone buying at this business is aware. I pride myself on supporting local business. I am done so at this business yearly. That being indicated, we have a situation that just changed supporting this business. Last fall, we purchased a blooming tree. This spring it was dead. We had done everything that they had indicated. Including buying additional products that they told us to use at additional cost. Even after doing so the tree is dead. We went in and explained the situation and looked for a solution. We were told that they have- NO GAURANTEE ON ANYTHING THEY SELL. I was in disbelief that they do not stay behind anything sold. I could not believe that for the amount of money that it would cost them to replace that they would jeopardize their name. BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. AN SORRY AND WALK AWAY. So much for caring about their name. Again, I usually write reviews. But, "BUYER BEWARE ". This bothers me to stop support for a local business but they had a simple choice and declined. There are alot of nursery and flower sales that stand behind their products. I suggest using one of them.
