You definitely need more bartenders specifically on a Thursday. The bar was not even full and I had to wait a long time to get acknowledge. On my first time on Tuesday was amazing of course there was not many people. For such a luxurious place in Palm Beach they should take it a little more seriously about that. In the other side the busboys at the bar are amazing and super helpful and friendly. We need more bartenders like them.

Yay, the menu has gotten better!!!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and WOW it was sooo good. We went on a Friday evening, no reservation, with a nice mix of diners. So clean and great decor with downtown own and intercoastal views. The mojito was on point for me, a tad bit sweeter like I like it!!! Don’t miss the lobster rolls they were Delicious!!!! The skirt steak was juicy and tasty, along with truffle fries. Will try their dessert next time. Service was just right, checked on us but not too much. Definitely give it a try!!

We celebrated my friend's birthday here. There was a bit of a hiccup regarding the table, which was resolved, but it took some work. The menu is quite limited, but the food was good. The hummus was delicious as well as the lobster rolls. The drinks were also delicious but slow. They were nice about the cake and serving it for us, which was appreciated. The views are also very nice. I would recommend for a date night, but not for a group outing.

This was my first time going to Spruzzo in West Palm Beach, FL located at the Ben Hotel. But keep in mind that a reservation is required for entry. First off, in order to get there, you must take an elevator up to the restaurant. After checking in, our table overlooked the underlying skating rink down below. In addition, Spruzzo has a bar where you can have delightful drinks and dance after gorging yourself with delicacies. Regardless, we had the jumbo shrimp and lollipop lamb chops. They were delicious. So delicious, we even ordered them again. Hehe. I digress. Lastly, our waitress was super nice and helpful. Husband and I enjoyed our night. What a great atmosphere for couples and fine dining. You should too!

As hotel guests, we were excited to enjoy the rooftop bar’s beautiful marina view, but the drinks were a letdown. We ordered an Old Fashioned, Margarita, and Paloma—all tasted weak and watered down, lacking the quality expected from $20 something craft cocktails. The Margarita in particular tasted like it was made with barely any tequila using bottom-shelf margarita mix. To their credit, they swapped the Paloma for a mojito, but again, the mint wasn’t even muddled—just a garnish. We had hoped to order food that evening, but this experience changed our minds. Given similar feedback in other reviews, it’s clear the bar program needs improvement. We sincerely hope management takes this as an opportunity to revisit the drink recipes and training, as the location and setting truly deserve a higher-caliber beverage program.

Google
This rooftop restaurant at the top of The Ben hotel was our destination for this Sunday's brunch. Of course without a reservation, we were perfectly satisfied sitting at the beautiful bar looking over the wonderful marina, what a panoramic view! The atmosphere is buzzing with activity, aided by the live samba music & we started off with craft cocktails which were expertly prepared. I had the burger and my wife had the crispy snapper wrap, both were outstanding & the fries were amazing. Will definitely be returning to try dinner. As you would expect, all of this does not come cheap.

Google
Great rooftop spot offers stunning panoramic views that make it a go-to for a stylish night out. The ambiance is effortlessly cool, with sleek decor and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Service is attentive, friendly. However, the menu doesn’t quite match the rest of the experience. While the drinks are well-crafted, the food selection feels uninspired and overpriced. Still, if you’re looking for a place to sip cocktails while soaking in breathtaking views, this rooftop is worth a visit.

Google
5 stars for the gorgeous views, great atmosphere and outstanding food. I had the roasted Branzino which was well seasoned and gorgeously cooked. My daughter had the Lobster Bucatini which was rich and very flavorful. This was honestly the best meal I've had in a while. Our server was very attentive.

Yelp
We have been to Spruzzo a couple of times: once for a birthday party at night in one of pool cabanas and most recently for a friend's birthday brunch. The appeal of Spruzzo is the spectacular view of the intercostal overlooking Palm Beach and the Breakers, the cocktails, and the food items such as the lamb chop appetizer and the lamb burger that you can order with gluten-free bread. Given its location across the intercostal at the Ben Autograph Hotel in downtown West Palm Beach and being on the rooftop, you will see pricing that you see for cocktails and food at restaurants in Palm Beach. Some of the appetizers such as the lamb chops will be above $30. Overall, our experience was good outside of the occasional slow speed of putting in new drink orders and receiving our food orders. I felt our server could have been more attentive when walking past our table when we needed drinks or the tab.

Yelp
The vibes are nice. The music is nice. The views are nice. The service was horrible though (I do appreciate that the waitress knew to ask if I wanted Irish cream/Bailey's in my espresso martini which tasted good). We had issues with the portion sizes of our drinks that weren't remedied the right way. Heads up if you want to sit by the pool, your cups will look like this or a Wine glass looking clear plastic This used to be our go to place but it seems like there's been a change of management or the staff hasn't been trained as well as they used to be. I'm not sure what changed internally but it's felt Hostesses are expected to extend a warm welcome to all patrons, ensuring that each guest is greeted with a smile, irrespective of their frequency of visit. The uniformity in beverage offerings is essential, regardless of the guest's standing or preference. Servers are advised to exercise patience before clearing menus from tables, giving consideration to the possibility that guests may still require them for reference. In instances where a drink concern is voiced, it is imperative that any replacement maintains the original quantity and composition, adhering to the standard serving size. The prevailing ambiance, as reported, is regrettably characterized by feelings of discrimination and discomfort.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday around 6:00pm, you could tell people had been partying pool-side for a while. Seems like a great place for a Sunday drunch pool party vibe, with cabanas and tables along the pool, as well as little tables along the glass half-wall facing Lake Worth Lagoon/ Atlantic Intracoastal. There was very loud music being played by a DJ around the bar and the initial entry area. We wanted to be able to have a conversation, so we asked to be seated further away, which was not a problem. They sat us on the far end of the pool and we were able to enjoy the ambiance from afar while catching up. Our server (Sabrina) was very helpful in describing all the options from drinks to the food menu. If there was anything she didn't know, she would go inquire and quickly return with an answer- one member of our party was gluten free, and Sabrina was very patient and accommodating to inform her what was and was not an option. She also informed us that due to changes with the executive chef, the menu was in the process of changing. Again, she was knowledgeable and friendly in describing what was the same, what was different and what was *better* than before. She was extremely helpful in all our choices and didn't steer us wrong. Pretty much everything we had was delicious. Prices are what you'd expect for a nice rooftop bar in downtown West Palm- expensive. We shared 3 appetizers, 2 entrees and had about 2 drinks per person and it was around $400, gratuity was not included. For those of you wondering about the menu changes- it looks like these things are part of the *new menu* (sorry I didn't get any pics of the menu, but it's transitional anyways. I would probably order everything again, except the chicken wings- for me, these had a little too much unrendered fat, and seasoning/sauce was just okay... literally only thing left on the table was a single wing. But who goes to a nice place for the wings? I would definitely order the lamb chop lollipops again and the churrasco steak (not pictured). Frosè is a pass, espresso martini is always a go here.

Yelp
The front desk of The Ben hotel are the nicest! Cheerfully welcoming us and even escorting us to the elevators for Spruzzo. Love their awesome, welcoming energy! The bartenders in Spruzzo are nice and the drinks are deliciously stiff. We enjoyed our nightcap. Beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with great views of Palm Beach!

Yelp
Rooftop bar at The Ben. Great views on the intracoastal and the Atlantic. Bar is cool with great cocktails and the menu for food is awesome. We had a bowl of gazpacho that was delicious. I am sure everything is great. Service was fast and efficient. Great place to sit and chill and take in the West Palm vibes

Yelp
The food, ambiance, and the vibes are spectacular! I love coming here. Blandine and Elle are great bartenders.

Yelp
Located on the top floor of the Ben hotel, Spruzzo has stunning views. The food leans more towards Mediterranean but they are known for The Ben Burger. I had Chicken Milanese. It's a breaded chicken cutlet served with arugula on top. The arugula salad was refreshing. But, I wish the server had told me the chicken was breaded and fried. For some reason, I was thinking of a similar Chicken Piccata dish (not breaded) when I ordered it. The service was a bit slow due to a few large parties sitting up there ordering bottle service. There were quite a few tables with political buttons and hats. It looked like a fundraiser was going on that night at the hotel. The crowd gathered upstairs into Spruzzo after their event (the noise amplified soon after). Overall, the location is great, but the menu could be revamped to add a few more healthier options.

Yelp
The experience of The Ben was incredible. 10 out 10 service. Dani, Elle, and Blandinne were THE BEST bartenders. I had an espresso martini, which was WAY better than Lynoras. The service was great, the bartenders were so attentive. The atmosphere was awesome, great views of the water from the bar. The drinks were fantastic, garnish's in every drink. 10 out of 10 Spruzzo. So happy I came when I visited West Palm Beach and I will definitely be staying at The Ben hotel next time I come, just for Spruzzo. Clean bathrooms and clean restaurant. I love it here

Yelp
Spruzzo is a decent place to visit when out for a night on the town. The atmosphere is very chic in the Ben hotel with lots of pretty decor and swanky people to match. The elevator up the rooftop is one of the fun parts with its open view to the intracoastal. It was crowded when we went and it took us a little while to get seats at the bar. The servers were friendly and as attentive as they could be with a full bar. The music was very loud, but it fit the Saturday night vibe, although not conducive to much conversation. The cocktails were good, but definitely overpriced. Essentially paying for the ambiance rather than the product. Overall a good time. If for nothing else, go for the view and people watching. Just sip slow.

We love the pool bar the staff and poke bowl ............:::) :)super fun spot Thank you

Yelp
Went for drinks after brunch, the ambience was nice. The DJ played house music the whole time, which is good, if that's your vibe. My one star is because the manager received several complaints (even from their own staff) about opening the canopy mid day in the Florida heat. Several people were getting sunburnt and several tables were requesting it to be closed. Please keep it closed during the day or at least invest in umbrellas for the tables where people don't want to be scorched in the sun. Nonetheless, great city view.

Yelp
I had eight people with me made these reservations about a month ago to go and eat in the restaurant in the Ben-hotel upstairs. Beautiful view of the intercoastal when the pool deck when we got up there we got the menus and we all ordered and the waiter came back and told us that that was the wrong menu and they didn't have anything like that on their menu now have a tapas like menu !!!Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed but I must say the manager came up and took us downstairs to his other restaurant proper grits it's open for breakfast and lunch. I wasn't aware of that. It is a very expensive lunch. The waitress was very nice but actually the food came out little bit at a time. and it really wasn't busy It would've been much nicer if everything came out like it's supposed to. So we could all eat at the same time instead of waiting for everybody to be served The food was good, but quite pricey

Yelp
Saturday night was my first time to Spruzzo. i had heard so many great things about it but needless to say I did not have those great things. I will say they make good drinks and the food was great! The service on the other hand was terrible. Starting from the hostess. Their don't give a shit attitude to talking to the wrong table about a hiccup in our reservation.
google avatar

Francesca G.

Yelp
With a little help from our server I had a great visit. Her favorites were the lamb chop, wings and the flatbread and she didn't steer me wrong. All were great and you can't beat lunch with a view. We stopped by later closer to happy hour and it's definitely a popular spot for after work cocktails.

Yelp
A few friends and I visited the rooftop bar Spruzzos for dinner. This spot is decorated so nicely and it's conveniently located in The Ben where Proper Grit is. For the appetizer we tried the honey wings and it was amazing. The sauce that came with them is to die for! My tequila based drink was very strong (more bang for my buck)!! My entree was a fish sandwich which was delicious as well. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive. She recommended we try the carrot cake ice cream sandwiches for dessert and they were a 10/10! I can't wait to return for happy hour during the sunset or weekend brunch!

Yelp
* It was hard to get this spot with the view - it said reserved & this spot actually was not reserved. Thankfully, the man next to me said I could sit there & the waitress had to finally let me sit there with the consent of the person next to me (Why put the reserved sign if the seat is not reserved?) * Falafel Burger was incredible - 10/10. Sometimes restaurants don't have great veggie burgers, but this one was surprisingly very delicious * The drink was refreshing because it's a frozen vodka drink but then I got a headache after * View is beautiful & the way to get to the rooftop is through the elevator on the outside of The Ben * Overall, the burger is what got this rating 4 stars + the view
google avatar

Yelp
The VIEW is everything! I think it's the best view in west palm. Overlooking the marina with the beautiful yachts and seeing palm beach is breathtaking. The drinks are always good but the Herb marinated skirt steak is my absolute favorite steak! My friend and I always go and split the steak because it's huge and they plate it separately. Go for the vibes and the view but definitely don't skip the food. All of the food is delicious
google avatar

Greshka P.

Yelp
Great rooftop atmosphere, nice view of the intercoastal. Have only been here for drinks, which as expected, where a bit pricy but really good. Service was excellent. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the host, helped to find a spot to sit, and a bartender was with us almost immediately. When our drinks were done we didn't have to wait long for them to offer us a second one. For me it's a great place to pregame before dinner or date night drinks
google avatar

Dominique M.

Yelp
Beautiful rooftop bar. I had the best espresso martini here (with Baileys & reposado tequila).
google avatar

Amanda W.

Yelp
Didn't get the food here after reading the reviews, however the cocktails were amazing and the rooftop view in itself is a reason to come here!
google avatar

Corey D.

Yelp
The view is the experience. Service was polite but we definitely waited for a while to be attended to and it wasn't particularly busy. The lollipop lamb was so good and drinks were solid. It was a relaxing spot to grab a snack when staying at the hotel after a long day.

Yelp
Great vibe, good food! Had a reservation for Saturday evening and got seated immediately. It started sprinkling and we could feel the rain and they then proceeded to open the roof all the way. Then the rain came down hard and people were running for cover. Lol, not a smart move on their part. They had to move several people to tables that weren't soaked. Our waitress was ok...she didn't check on us much to see if we wanted more drinks or food. Oh well. The food that we did have was good. We ordered multiple appetizers to share.

B K.

Yelp
Great service, food & atmosphere! In town on a business trip and will definitely be back.

Cat C.

Yelp
We really wanted to enjoy this place but we left after we were yelled at by the manager for complaining about the slow service and asking for our drinks to be comped. Waited an hour for a salad and a burger and were ignored when we tried to flag down a waiter or waitress. One of us had to follow them into the kitchen to get their attention. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks (that we got served in plastic cups) and then we, the customers, were blamed by the manager for the terrible service. Mind you one of the waitresses overheard us talking about the manager in the bathroom and apologized on his behalf, so I will give one star to her and her only. Not to mention there was a throuple making out on top of the table next to us causing all of us to lose our appetite.
google avatar

Mark R.

Yelp
Had a very pleasurable experience here over the weekend. Stopped in for lunch and was shocked at how nice this place was ! The views are incredible, the ambiance is welcoming and the food was great. Got to try both the lamb burger and the Ben burger and loved both of them. The Ben was slightly better and something I would definitely get again. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. My only knock would be that it is a bit pricey but worth it for the views and food quality in my opinion. Would love to come back here for dinner one day
google avatar

Yelp
Spruzzo in West Palm Beach offers a delightful dining experience with its attentive service, diverse menu options, and reasonable pricing. The rooftop location with a breathtaking view adds to the overall ambiance, making it a memorable dining destination.
google avatar

Yelp
We rented a Cabana at Spruzzo and we were delighted with the service. Our waiter Mario was very attentive and had helpful suggestions. The food was delicious, I recommend the Octopus which was cooked perfectly. The ambiance is top tier and the music was on point. This is where you'll find a more upscale Miami crowd. You can't beat the view, which overlooks the water and Palm Beach Island. The cabana required that we spent a minimum of $500, and a deposit of $250 (the deposit went to the overall bill at the end of our service). Make sure to arrive around 11 because the pool lounge chairs are first come first serve. The pool staff was very quick to help us find seating so that our group was next to each other. Katie handled booking the reservation for us and made sure we had the best cabana in the house. She was extremely helpful and patient. Overall, I can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Sara P.

Yelp
Came here for an anniversary lunch & it was great! The waitress was very attentive and the ambiance and vibe was chill but upbeat. The food was super good and very tasteful. Decent portions as well!
google avatar

Lesley F.

Yelp
Ambience is a 5, love rooftop water views! Bar area gets a 5, the bartenders were on their game this busy night. Dinner: Ricotta balls were delicious. My salmon burger fell a little short. My friend really enjoyed her clams and mussels. It is a very fun place , menu is good with lots of Mediterranean options, seafood and pasta. The tables and chairs need some deep cleaning. I will come back.
google avatar

Natalie F.

Yelp
The service, view and ambiance of this place is AMAZING! We loved sitting outside, looking out to the intercostal. Our waitress was absolutely lovely too. The drinks were great, a little on the pricey side but we still really enjoyed them! The tuna poke was really good. But the artichoke flatbread was eh, we didn't even finish it. All in all, definitely recommend this place just pass on the flatbread. Can't wait to come back!!
google avatar

David Z.

Yelp
Bar/Scene: Perhaps the best views of WPB and the island - located at the roof top of the Ben Hotel. Miami vibes at night time. Food: oysters were small, and the lamb burger hit the spot. The grilled calamari was delicious.

Reiko S.

Yelp
Service was great. I feel like our server was very attentive and she answered all of our questions about the menu. Ambience was nice. We waited about an hour for our food to come out. The kicker was the tables surrounding us were only sat for 20 minutes for their food to come out. I understand the kitchen could've been backed up, but it would've been nice for a manager to table check on us! Secondly, I ordered the "Crudo Trio" which stated items in the dish that didn't actually come with the food. The server mentioned it was only a garnish but it was no where to be found on my plate. Overall I feel like we spent wayyy too much time waiting for small plates that were pricey....
google avatar

Samantha Y.

Yelp
I went for the view and was pleasantly surprised by the charged octopus I ordered. I will definitely be coming back

Yelp
Although I had a less than ideal experience with the bartender last time, I returned to West Palm Beach to celebrate my 45th birthday with my cousins. Where is the best pool, i asked... The Ben, Spruzzo! We arrived and let them know we had reserved a cabana.. Everyone was very nice but also very confused & frazzled. We were asked no less than 6 times by 6 different people our name to confirm the cabana. We were soooo annoyed. We finally got to our cabana & while the pool area is rather small it was lovely. Our waited was sweet & all the food we ordered was good. The later it got (& the more we drank) the funner it got! The crowd was not really my bag... Very little diversity. My family & I were the only hispanics as far as I could tell (oh! our waiter was too) so there's that... but the music was good & the sun was beaming! Had such a good time & would definitely come back. Just hope they're more organized next time & don't repeatedly ask who we are upon check-in, lol.
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
The hostess is the first point of contact and she was very nice, told us the wait time and took our name and info. Upon being seated our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and assure she checked in with us. I informed her about my allergy and she accommodated with my Gluten allergy and checked with the kitchen before proceeding with my order. Though pricy the drinks were amazing the food was great too! I had the Salmon 10/10 recommend, would go back and just get this! The ambiance was cool, a little compact but overall good vibes dj was playing good music & lighting was lit enough to enjoy your meal. The downside was the wait time, nearly 1hr waiting for the food to come out. The other tables that had been seated after us with the same amount of guest had meals brought quicker and two out of the four meals were appetizers.... Over a decent experience, maybe I'd come during the day or their slow hours due to the long wait time.
google avatar

Trina S.

Yelp
The ambiance & view is amazing. We came here once for my birthday and once for my son's 30th birthday. Both times the service was really good. For my birthday the food & drinks was good however for my son's special day we all had seafood & it was all overcooked.. I was so disappointed because he really wanted to eat there & after my birthday experience I thought it would be perfect for him.
google avatar

John D.

Yelp
I love this place for the weekend DJ, views, and ambiance. However the food... I've been endless times for the food and it's underwhelming each time. The lamb chops always come out over cooked. Octopus rubbery or has weird flavors. Oysters taste and look extremely questionable. Defiantly not fresh. Drinks are pretty mid ..sometimes good on a slow day for the bartenders but for the price ($20 a cocktail ) I'd rather enjoy a cocktail on the island or better restaurant. Also, the bartenders have become extremely snappy lately & to love to chat about drama. Food quality & more hospitality training defiantly needs to looked into
google avatar

Mel P.

Yelp
My husband and I went to grab a drinks here after having dinner at Proper Grit. Drinks were really good, service was great, the decor is beautiful and views are great. I'd definitely go back. I'd love to go for brunch and see it during the day.
google avatar

Jennifer V.

Yelp
Sorry, but I wasn't actually very excited by this place. I thought the food was pretty good, but not incredible. The ambience was very nice and has a very pretty view of the water. The service was also very nice and the portions were great.
google avatar

Erika Johanna R.

Yelp
I love the place ! Music food is amazing at night, we ate the lollipop lamb chops the taste really good, great food, drinks also very good fish well cook, I really like it at night to enjoy the view !
google avatar

Andrea R.

Yelp
This rooftop is the perfect vibe for a drink or dinner with friends. The DJ plays a variety of music, but it's also not too loud. The drinks and food are average. However, I highly recommend the tuna tartare. Delicious!

Jaclyn K.

Yelp
The menu online is NOT the menu you get in person. The menu in person is about 1/3 of what you see online. BUT the food and drinks were delicious. One of the juiciest burgers I've ever had. The service was amazing! My friend has celiac and the waitress was super knowledgeable and really prioritized her allergies to make sure everything was safe to eat! The ambiance was gorgeous!

Calvin B.

Yelp
definitely went downhill. If you like seafood I recommended a different spot. Ordered a petite tower and it came with what looked like a half bitten stone claw. Drinks are good but don't recommend the food. Waited over 30 minutes for service.... Food took over 45 minutes for a burger, mozzarella burrata and a petite tower. I do not recommend this place. They changed their menu and since they have fallen off. Diogo walked over after we had to call for a server that disappeared after giving us silverware. Better to go downstairs and go to a restaurant that will serve food that will actually be enjoyable and not overpriced. My last time coming to this place.
google avatar

Mateja K.

Yelp
We loved the view, ambience, and food. The portion sized were generous, our server was excellent, and it is such a great romantic spot! Despite the fact that it was a busy Friday night, the service was excellent, and the food came out perfect. Great work! I will return again.
google avatar

Mary L.

Yelp
We were excited to visit this place. We arrived around 7 pm last Saturday expecting will be quiet but it was pretty busy. Place is nice, service is great, and food is great but drinks are ok. I don't think I will be visiting this place again because the drinks are not amazing. I definitely recommend make a reservation and try to get a table on the pool side so you can enjoy better your time. Parking is on the street or valet parking. We parked on the street but took us around 20 minutes to find parking since this bar is on west palm beach down town parking is crazy here.
google avatar

Ray C.

Yelp
We had heard that going to the roof too bar at Spruzzo's which is located on top of The Ben Hotel was a must see view. This turned out to be true! As we just wanted drinks we sat at the bar and enjoyed the view and some outstanding old fashions and martinis. Jeff our bartender made excellent drinks and was a delight to talk to. I must say he gets an A+ for the old fashions.
google avatar

Alice D.

Yelp
Amazing vibes. Waitress was phenomenal, we bonded over being from NYC. Food was delicious.
google avatar

Kendall C.

Yelp
Very cool rooftop! The food was good tapas style. The view is pretty and the staff is nice.

Ashley K.

Yelp
1000/10 ambiance, 3/5 food, 5/5 service - some apps were over cooked Highly recommend for a fun night out!
