"The square of Batignolles, with its 16,650 m² is the biggest green space of the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
Since 1862, this English garden welcomes onlookers who come to enjoy the vegetation, the waterfall and the river. A good place to escape the urbanism, and start and endless conversation with many quacking ducks.
You will find there space dedicated to kids that will love playing on the carousel or looking at the various birds on the river.
People come there to enjoy the calm atmosphere and the beauty of the place. You can relax in this intimist place, a breath of fresh air for (stressed) city dwellers." - Brand Brothers

Enjoyed our time hanging out and strolling through the square des batognolles park. Across from the train station so very convenient. Carousel and little snack stand. Places to sit and paths to jog. The water features were a bit stagnant at this time and there is a stream that flows through it. Petanque courts near the metro side.

What a lovely little park. A stream runs through it with lots of ducks and wildlife. I grabbed a sandwich and pastries from a nearby boulangerie and had a picnic lunch. Plenty of places to sit and even a couple of water fountains. Well worth a visit

An absolute dream! Full disclosure, I love ducks and wildlife, especially when in different countries so that makes this right up my alley. This part does not allow dogs because they have a variety of ducks that hang around. The atmosphere is great, it's a smaller park and most people were enjoying a casual lunch on a bench. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is a true gem! Right in the centre of Paris, a real garden in hidden. Full of colourful flowers, ducks and greenery. You can sit on the grass or event play games. For kids there is also a lovely go-around. Close to cafes and the RER station. Worth a few moments of your time - since it is quite small, if you're in a hurry it won't take you more than 10 minutes to walk through it. Really nice discovery.

Really nice and cozy square, great for kids from 1 to 6, of older would recommend Martin Luther King's for the playground are much more suited for them. Lovely pound, lovely wildlife.
