Sri-pat Guesthouse

Personally I love the bathroom interior (floor and wall) the strong pressure of water just so nice. The bed are medium soft. The wall are quite thin. I can hear people around. Small swimming pool but reasonable with the price and the area. No car park but can park some bikes in front. Staff are friendly and supportive. They have small balcony to smoke or sit and chill. Location is good Overall is good i would come back again with friends or families

At a bargain price, and easily located within the old town and close to many shops and restaurants, this place is a very good option for exploring Chiang Mai and its surrounding areas. Staff are friendly and speak good English, and can assist with tours and excursions. The room was spacy and comfortable, and had hot water, wifi and complimentary drinking water. And finally, the common areas are very nice, especially the pool!

Sri-Pat Guesthouse may sound like a cheap charlie lodging but actually it's a cozy little hotel tug in a small peaceful lane and located in the center of town. Rooms are clean everyday, front office staff are friendly and communication is easy. Short walking distance to tons of affordable F&B outlets, 7-Eleven and Ming Muang market. Stayed there for 2 nights, happy with the humongous size comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and peaceful sitting area at the lobby. Swimming pool is a bonus but not a necessity. Good thing the management did not mark up the room rate just because of the pool. Overall, the rooms prices are well worth staying if you want to hang around town.

Very cute guesthouse, great location, so many different types of restaurants in the area. Room was very comfortable, nice big bed and cool little balcony for relaxing. No elevator but was okay for us. Would definitely stay again:)

Sripat is a wonderful guest house. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and very well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and drinking water. The location is great with restaurants literally outside the front door. My daughter and I loved our time here and hope to return one day! The best part for me is how clean the place is!

Great location in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Couple of issues. The swimming pool gets little to no sun and the walls are very thin, felt like you could hear every door close and the people in the room above me.

Was great for the price but I accidentally found out that my key worked in other peoples rooms as I drunkenly tried to enter someone else’s room - and my key worked! This is a major security risk if everyone is given master keys, which I didn’t check but is still concerning Fantastic location

My bf and I stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it!! The family was lovely! We had good laughs with them during our stay. Room was great. Simple, spacious and clean with a cute little balcony. The pool area is really pretty with a nice big tree and lots of greenery. Perfect location! Easy to move around on foot or by taking a Grab. 100% recommend!
