Good hotel in the center of Chiang Mai Old Town, perfect to discover the city and its neighbourhood.
The staff is nice and discrete. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.
However, a few improvements are needed to really deserve the 3 stars: the pool area has no proper laying area (only a few chairs), so it's not made to stay for a whole day. Also, we felt like the equipment in the room could be better: no hairdryer, no soap bar for the sink, no hand towel for the sink, and no tea (only coffee). Also, a little welcome drink would be nice upon arrival.
The don't offer laundry (but next door does), breakfast or any food. There is a little smoothie/juice shop in front of the hotel, and many shops around the neighborhood.
