Lovely and clean room. The bed was absolutely huge! Very comfortable too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you're wanting to be within the old town / near the attractions in the city walls!

Great location. Clean. Good housekeeping. Two free bottles of water per day. Away from the main road, so very quiet! Really nice vibe inside and outside by the pool. And the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

We had a great stay at SriPat Guesthouse. It’s not luxurious, but it offers everything you’d hope for in a well-run guesthouse. Cleanliness & Maintenance The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh water bottles are provided every day, and the pool is regularly maintained — everything is cleaned and well looked after. Comfort & Facilities The bed was huge and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly for us — it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to cool the room. Atmosphere The welcome was warm and friendly. The family lives downstairs, which gives the place a homely feel. Location & Noise Our room faced the street, but it was quiet, and we had no issues with noise during our stay. Overall, SriPat Guesthouse delivers exactly what you’d expect from a good guesthouse: clean, reliable, and welcoming. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort without the fuss.

The room is clean, has a small balcony. It may be useful if you are a smoker..The guesthouse doesnt have lift, and the staff doesnt offer help to carry the luggage, so please be aware.I had a train schedule in the evening, and i am allowed to take shower in the shower room near the pool.The location is great, near the market and everywhere basically.

Overall the room is Ok. Only the shower pressure is weak. Nice to have a small balcony to smoke. The TV dun work in my room.

Great value hotel and in such a cool area of Chiang Mai! I would absolutely stay here again. The pool is a nice feature and the hotel itself is so close to a lot of cool stores and restaurants.

Really large beds, rooms nice and internet fast enough for working. Water pressure is good. Pool is not huge but big enough and cold, which was so refreshing as we have had a lot of warm pools whilst travelling in Thailand

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special shoutout to the security guard at the entrance who was so kind and understanding when I forgot my key a couple of times and always let me in with a smile. The pool was a lifesaver on those warmer days, and our room was beautiful, complete with a lovely balcony. The location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back for our next visit!
