I will never forget the experience of being around this sacred place.
Beautiful Ashram with a serene atmosphere that helps one connect to divinity.
Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by a very kind lady working in the accommodation office, who gave me the keys to my room in a beautiful gated complex just across the street. (Shown in the pictures attached.)
The guest rooms were neat and simple, equipped with all the essential furniture one would need. They truly made my stay comfortable.
Moreover, when you're staying at their guest houses, you're considered a "guest" and therefore you can have breakfast, lunch, milk/tea at 4 PM and dinner in the dining hall. The food is great, all the dairy products are produced by the Ashram's very own cattle farm and the experience of eating and conversing with like-minded seekers is just priceless. 👌🏼
As a guest, you also have access to a library containing more than 30,000 books on the teachings of supreme wisdom and various other topics. A lot to learn!
My favorite place in the whole Ashram is the Old Hall which is nowadays used for silent meditation. I loved the very calm ambience, the beautiful painting of Bhagavan put on his couch, the sight of the candle flames, the incense burning...Found my peace there.
The Skandasramam(the cave where Bhagavan lived from 1916 to 1922) is also an equally powerful place to meditate in.
Truly, what the president, DR. Venkat S. Ramanan, and all of the staff are doing is admirable! 🙏🏼❤️
When I thanked the accommodation lady for their hospitality and efforts in keeping everything well-maintained, she replied "We're not doing anything, Bhagavan is behind(doing everything)". That is wisdom and humiliy! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
