Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is terrible. I came to Ukraine to eat some perogies, they told me to go to the cafe but no perogies. Then they told me to go to the restaurant but no perogies. Then they told me to take a taxi to a different restaurant, but no perogies. I went to 4 different restaurants but found no perogies. The room is very dirty, SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!! You have to bring your own towels because they charged us for using the towels... I will repeat that again, they charged us for using the towels!?!? They charge per day for using a blanket. They try to squeeze everything they can from you. The staff is very rude, they try not to help you, they are very lazy. When we checked out, the staff was sleeping at the reception desk. I left a gift for my friend at the reception, they want to charge him money to pick up the gift that i left him. This is an embarrassment to lutsk and to Ukraine. I hope this hotel can learn from this review.

The location was great. Just a short drive to the Port City Mall. And all the main roads. Was in a quiet area. The restaurant on site was great and they even have menus in English. Will stay here again when I come back. Rooms were large and the waterfall shower heads are great! Highly recommend.

Rooms are great especially for this price, place is quiet and might be very cozy in summer and spring. Nice and clean territory with playground for kids. There are restaurant and cafe. Dishes are tasty and rather cheap.||The only con in the list of pros is breakfast, there is poor choice, however, it should not make you not staying at this hotel.

Visited wedding party, approximately 70-75 guests. Really liked it, nice quisine, delicious desserts, well trained and polite staff. The very venue is great, conveniently situated near the transit road, nice parking, complex also includes cozy hotel, sauna, etc. Highly recommend

Hotel has 2 buildings located in the forest area with pavilions and a children's playground. Rooms are very good. Buffet breakfast has very limited choices and is always the same. The service level in cafe and restaurant is terrible. You have to call via cell-phone to ask for menue, to make an order, ask for receipt. The food is not very tasty, and you have to wait for it for a very (really very) long time!

A clean, well maintained hotel. Great hot showers, well maintained grounds with winding path to hot buffet breakfast. Delicious food choices for dinners too!||Ask front desk to prepare your bill ahead of time... hard to accomplish on the spot.||I’d definitely go back again!

Good hotel to stay travellers with auto. Located near urban access, with big parking place. New build, with clean and big rooms. Any slippers, so need to have your own. Also, breakfast is in another building and poor and meager. Better say that it is a good Motel.

New two-level apartments of the hotel in a separate building are really luxury. Good location with green territory, quiet and very nice views. Breakfasts are OK for a short stay. No problems with service.
