Meals were simple but satisfying, especially dinner by the sea with a calm, peaceful vibe. The staff were polite, attentive, and respectful of privacy, which made the experience even better. Our girls' trip at SriLanta was such a great experience. We loved staying in the hillside villa because it felt so private and surrounded by nature. The shuttle team was a huge help, always ready to drive us down with a smile whenever we wanted. Our favorite part was definitely watching the sunset at the beach bar with drinks. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling so refreshed and were really happy we picked this spot for our getaway! We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Staying in the Plantation room was a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. The room is surrounded by nature, with lush greenery and trees creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Waking up each morning to natural views felt refreshing and helped me start the day feeling relaxed. The service was also impressive, as the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized and taken care of, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. This accommodation is ideal for travelers who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a tranquil stay close to nature. 🌿

We stayed at this resort 15 years ago and we were excited to come back and stay again with our children. Sadly the negative reviews are all true. 5* reviews seem to all be from bots and/or resort staff. The communal areas are tired and dirty. Several sun loungers are broken. The pools are dirty- they are both cloudy and greenish- I do not think this is safe for children to swim in- hence they are nearly always empty. The restaurant is also dirty- staff sweep the floor regularly- but there is no mopping- hence stains and spills remain. Breakfast is basic. The coffee is terrible- buy a proper coffee machine(!) The toilets in the restaurant area need a proper cleaning! The rooms are tired- there are paint drips that could easily be cleaned off with a scraper. There is also mould and peeling paint- proper cleaning with bleach and some white paint touch-ups could make all of the difference. The vinyl plank flooring is both dirty and coming up in places. The staff are lovely- one assumes there is very poor leadership. I note some neighbouring resorts are closed down- this place is heading the same way without some urgent attention. Cleaning products are relatively cheap- I’d suggest they buy some and use them. Another serious bug bear- only one key per room. Why? Key cutting costs 30THB per key. Why not have 2 keys - one for each guest? We’d happily spend money all day on drinks and food and spa treatments - but due to the cleanliness - we are spending our money elsewhere. I’m confident we are not the only guests doing the same.

If I had to nitpick, the Wi Fi in the room could be a bit spotty at times. However, the warm hospitality and serene environment made our holiday perfect. We left feeling refreshed and deeply connected.
