Well worth the steep walk up the hill! Cafe is lovely and the sandwiches, cake and coffee were all excellent. The setting and scenery is amazing. We visited during the well- dressing festival and there was lots going on!

The building itself is beautiful, although the decor inside could be nicer.
Was lovely to learn of its history & to sit in the area outside.
Limited basic (vegan) menu & only filter coffee.!
The toilets were filthy, & had no paper.
Steep incline to reach the cafe, fine for buggys & wheelchairs. Parking in the main town and about a 10-15min walk.

This is a beautiful little tea room on the walk up the Malvern Hills. You can feel the history of the building invade you as you step inside and see the spring in front of you running with the famous Malvern Water.
On my visit I was satisfied with a cup of tea and some cake which was delicious 😋 and tasted all the sweeter after a 12 mile hike around the hills! Easily my new favourite tea room!

I did write a review, and it's disappeared.
But St.Ann's Well cafe is still there.
Have visited many times over the years ( when it's been open ). And it's well worth the climb. ( though it takes me longer nowadays ).
Always a pleasant welcome.
Good tea and coffee and soup if you want. ( other meals available ).
If it's winter , and cold, warm up inside , but if it's fine take in the view outside.
We were fortunate and had our tea and toasted tea cakes with the sun on our faces.
Recommend.

Quirky little vegan cafe up a single steep track on the side of the hills, behind Belle Vue Terrace, Great Malvern. Great spot to grab a drink & cake before heading up to The Beacon. Ideal for dog walkers.

A nice start/break point for Malvern Hill hike. The only place you can find bathroom and refreshments for the hike (or you need to go into town). The coffee is not too bad. There are a lot of outdoor seats and also a cute pond there, very kid and dog friendly.

We only had a lovely coffee cafe in the Malvern Hills. Tables set out amongst the tree. Very friendly lady serving.

The walk up to it isn't for the faint hearted..very steep and winding. No car access. Limited food and drink available due to covid, but what we had was nice. Outside seating fantastic views. Men and ladies toilets were locked so one disabled toilet for a so not ideal.

Yelp
This is a lovely little cafe that can be reached after a short, but steep climb. You really feel like you've earned your fayre when you reach it. It has a simple menu of delicious soups and baguettes, but the real treats are the cakes, with the vegan chocolate cake being a favourite. It is also a delight to be able to fill your glass directly from the spring. The only downside is that it is closed during the week in the Winter.

Yelp
This is like some kind of fairytale elves house, built into the side of the Malvern hills. It makes a particularly nice place to take a rest from your walk in summer, as there is plenty of outdoor seating available, which is just aswell because inside there is only seating for about 12 at one time. There is a pretty little pond out at the front that children and dogs love to play in, and the views across Worcestershire are beautiful. There is also a spring that spouts pure Malvern water out of fishes mouth into a giant seashell which is free to drink and most welcome on a hot day. The food is almost all home made and delicious, even if there isn't a great deal of choice.

Yelp
Located on a steep incline leading to the top of the Malverns, this offeres a well deserved rest on the way down, or a breather on the way up. Simple food for most tastes with an excellet view provide a haven for hardcore ramblers and families alike. Shame about the limited opening hours
