We had a very nice 3 night hotel stay in a superior room with breakfast. ||The staff in reception, the bar and the restaurant were all very good and made us welcome. ||Breakfast was ample and full of choice - there was a good spread on the buffet with options to choose from the menu. ||The room was large and very comfortable. Great views across the bay. ||We were unlucky with the time we chose to stay as on the Saturday night there was a celebration event with loud music. It didn’t go on for too long but was very noticeable. There was also ongoing work on the front of the hotel which meant that one of the angles of view out of the room window and the view out of the bathroom was of scaffolding. ||Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely return.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Once inside we were greeted by a gentleman who quickly sorted out our room key. The room was fantastic; there were a few minor issues which were resolved impressively quickly when we informed the staff. Our meal at the hotel was divine and the staff all professional but friendly; we can't wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff including the lovely spa staff.

Very nice. This hotel is situated in St Brelade's beach right in front of the stunning water. This hotel has great amenities like a tennis court and a state of the art gym (DW). Would recommend this place for a cheap and cheerful getaway! Top tip: the afternoon tea is amazing! Must try while you are there.

Another great staycation here. Not great choice for GF Pescatarian like myself but was accommodated. The hotel had to change our original booking for my hubby’s birthday so very kindly upgraded us. There was a shock however when we came to pay the bill, for every drink they bring to you at your table they add 10% plus 10% on the food. Extremely disappointing that the hotel management has decided to go down this route, takes away from experience and lef5 us a little disappointed.

The best hotel we've stayed at in the UK. It's an old hotel with a long history, but it doesn't feel in any way jaded. Food is outstanding. Views and grounds are lovely. Relaxing areas are exceptionally comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We'll be back again and again.

What a delight! You must go for afternoon tea. Personal attention when the selection was detailed to us but I noticed no cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches. Could they be added? No! chef made sandwiches this AM. Would have had throat cut if requested of perfectionist chef. He would see what he could do: they arrived w/o throat cutting. Yummy sandwiches, right-sized perfect scones jam and cream. But the cakies! Mouth-sized perfection. And a wonderful view of the bay😊. Been before and will go again!
