We can't speak highly enough about our stay at St . Ebba |Warm and welcoming rooms, the guest lounge is a delightful environment to relax and drink in the views, while I'm on the subject of drinks, you will be spoilt by a choice of quality tea coffee and Tunnocks biscuits in the room. It's -5 oC outside this weekend but the rooms remain warm and cosy, lovely high ceilings and period features add the the ambience. Newton thr host : Kristine made us feel welcome from the start, we ordered brekfast with a wee text message, and it exceeded my Dads very high expectations, I had haddock....good moce it was the best meal i had on the island. i look forward to bringing my family here in ther summer |.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Kindly moved us to a sea view room for the second night onwards. Rooms were clean and spacious with great shower. Lots of locally sourced ingredients for well cooked breakfast and plenty of choice. Eaten in a breakfast room overlooking the sea. Even had vegan sausage and bacon for my wife. Kristine and staff were very friendly and it is in the perfect location for exploring the island. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed over for a wedding along with a friend. Due to the timing and the event, we arrived very late. Extremely grateful checking us in the early hours. The rooms were lovely and clean. Special thanks to Kristine for serving us a well needed delicious locally-sourced breakfast! Couldn’t recommend this place more for their impeccable care for each guests and high standards.

We have travelled to Rothesay on the beautiful island of Bute many times, however this was our first visit to St Ebba B & B.. It certainly won't be our last. We were in a party of seven and we all had really nice rooms. All recently and very nicely decorated with excellent and new en-suite facilities. The whole house was spotless and the breakfast choices were excellent.|Kristine and her staff were very pleasant helpful and attentive, many thanks.|We will certainly be back again soon..

Stayed here a couple of years ago, so had no hesitation booking again for this time and wasn't disappointed. Friendly welcome, very clean and quiet, and also very accommodating. Stayed in room 3, and like last time, I am still wondering how tall you need to be to get in and out of the bath 🤔 Lovely shower though so didn't attempt it. Will definitely look to book here on our next visit.

We stayed here for a week. The room was very spacious and clean with a great sea view, and the Scottish breakfast was very good. Kristine was helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend St. Ebba to anyone visiting Bute!
