Stayed 4 nights and we have no complaints. Room was clean and had all that we needed. There is a coffee station in the communal area where you can top up the tea/coffee supplies if you need to. The wifi is fast and works throughout. The location is ideal, overlooking the seafront, with bus stops right outside. There are also several bars & restaurants within 1 minutes walk. A very enjoyable stay.

Good size room which looked newly decorated, including a new carpet. Lots of storage space. Tea/coffee making but no safe. Lovely breakfast basket delivered earlier than expected which was good as it meant we had it each morning before we left. Short walk to the town/port but buses are very frequent if needed. Would recommend.

Last night here and a fantastic stay! Lovely room, clean and neutral. Tray services and extras available if needed. Substantial breakfast basket which is perfect and very good value for money. Perfect location and customer service has been amazing from the start. Will definitely come back here. Friendly, warm and comfortable. Loved my stay.

Beautiful location, Newly refurbished all clean and fresh bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was presented beautifully in a wicker basket left for us in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitly be back x

Wonderful find definitely coming back. Loved the view of the sea and breakfast bar in the room where we enjoyed the breakfast basket each morning. Only a 10 minute walk from the town made seeing the islands attractions easy.

I don’t often write reviews but feel St George’s guest house is worthy of one. As like the other reviews, we found it to be comfortable, clean, & well equipped. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room one. This pleasant room with the view of the harbour, is at the top front of the house, there are a few stairs to be climbed. Lovely & relaxing sitting at the table in our room each morning, having a very substantial continental breakfast overlooking the view of the harbour. So handy having the breakfast brought & left outside our room in a wicker basket. The easy walk into St Peter’s Port took us OAPS about 10/15 minutes. There is a handy supermarket nearby to the guest house. As we didn’t have a car we traveled by bus, it was so convenient having the bus stop so close by. Ask at the bus information shop in town regarding buying a special ticket which for each journey, only cost 75p pp instead of £1-25. We recommend Christie’s restaurant in town for an evening meal. Information for various things is in the helpful black folder found in the room. If we have the opportunity & there’s availability, we would definitely stay at St George’s Guest House again. Thank you to those concerned for all your hard work in making this a pleasant place to stay.

What a wonderful little find, I shall be back. I was in room 11 the first door on the left as you go into the establishment. Room very clean and fine for me and a five year old. Towels and room cleaned every day. The room is on the corner and as the building was built years ago! Expect to have an odd shape room/ shower cubicle. Shower fine, the toilet has a special pump that makes a noise, could be an issue if you had someone with sensory issues, but for us we were ok, we are working on noises, eg: hand dryers in toilets. A tv on the wall. The breakfast baskets are fine, we loved opening it and seeing what we got! Beyond excited. There is no where to hang the clothes, eg a wardrobe- but as a carer of a five year old I don’t care what I look like going out- we aim for clean! I think there is some building work going on but I never saw much/ any disruption. Parking is a problem in Guernsey- I got a parking ticket- you can park directly outside the B&B for 10 hours- up the road look out for “you can only park 2 hours”- also one night I parked on a yellow line, I didn’t know it is dark at night! The road signs when the roads out of order/closed are hand written! I have mobility issues but I could walk into st peters port, I went on the ferry to Herm, lovely place- again if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. I’ve been to Guernsey a number of times as my friend lives there- it is a lovely quaint place- great soft play/ leisure centre, there is more to see and do Everytime I go. If you are thinking of a trip then St George’s is a good spot to start!

Overlooking the beach area and easy to walk to the main part of St. Peter Port. The rooms are lovely, very clean and well equipped. Plenty of tea/coffee resources are available, and because it's only manned up till lunchtime, they leave extra available for clients to help themselves. The only thing I will say(and it's not the fault of the guest house)is because it's on the main road, it's very loud with traffic noise when the window is open. The staff were lovely, really helpful and pleasant, and even lend you towels for the beach ,there's also an iron available for use.Breakfast was delivered in a basket in the morning, with choices for most people ( cereal, yoghurt, fruit, croissant), everything fresh.
