St. Gregory Spa at Pan Pacific Singapore

TLDR: they mess up your reservation then they offer service recovery only to upset you further after your session helped you to relax. . We received cash vouchers as a wedding gift and made a prior reservation for 2 citing the voucher numbers (as per T&Cs). No confirmation was sent to us via email or any means at all, so we couldn’t confirm the details. When we arrived, they told us the reservation was only made for 1 pax and we had to come back over 3 hours later if we still wanted to go ahead for 2 pax. Nothing was offered to us until the staff saw I was unhappy and said she would check with the manager before our return. . When we returned 3 hours later, she said the management would give us 10% off the total bill (before deducting cash voucher amounts) as service recovery and pushed the figures into a calculator showing -10% then minus cash vouchers value, she then suggested a foot massage add-on when we were contemplating if any add ons were suitable. . We accepted the service recovery and proceeded with the session to relax. After our session when we were about to rush off for our dinner, the staff told us they couldn’t give us the 10% off for the total bill due to the use of cash vouchers (different from what was agreed, again.) and could only give us 20% off the small add-on amount. . So first they mess up the agreed reservation, then they promise a service recovery amounting to $44, only to tell you no after the session and reduce it to $16. . It’s not a big amount, but clearly your promises and words hold no value. How you manage to further upset customers in the process of “service recovery” is very concerning.

Today is my third visit. Had a very good session with Ci Ci and thanks to the spa manager Mr Isaac for the arrangement First visit-The spa is located at the 4th level facing the swimming. Had a very relaxing 90 min massage with Lynn to heal my backache. Very relaxing and felt good after treatment . Ommm 🙏

Had an amazing Balinese massage. The facility was clean, the staff helpful and the massage therapist was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Rough, painful massage by a masseuse who kept trying to talk to me during the massage. Worst massage I've ever had in my life. 12h later, I am still feeling the pain from the massage. I left with My muscles feel more sore than before, and had to pay for this! The spa reception is tiny with only 2 seats. This is not a 5 star hotel spa.

Excellent facial + arms & shoulder massage by Cathleen / Catherine! Very relaxing, upscale atmosphere. Left with toner, sunblock, and lip balm applied. Received personalised advice on skincare routine as well.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience here! Both Chole and Rosa were amazing — they hit all the right spots during the massage. Rosa especially helped relieve the stiffness in my back, and I felt so much lighter afterward. The environment was relaxing, and the service was warm and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great massage experience!

We would like to feedback that we are very dissatisfied with service. We made a reservation almost a month ahead, to celebrate my birthday today. However, when we arrived at St Gregory spa just now, we were told that the system did not capture the reservation, and there is no more available slot for our treatment. The lady at the counter confirmed that they received the reservation via email but this was not captured in their system. This is totally unacceptable and reflects extremely badly of Pan Pacific’s service and reputation. We have been supporters of Pan Pacific. However today’s negative experience made us question our support and patronage for Pan Pacific. We seriously do not hope this happens to any others. Pan Pacific management must review and improve your systems and processes. Thank you.
