I purchased a townie e bike from Jake and his fabulous team today and I could not be happier. I love the bike but the service was top notch!! He was on point for the time it would be ready, he made sure I had everything I need but most importantly, he went on a ride with me, noticed the way I was riding, made changes, and made sure I understood how to use the bike and different modes. Could not be happier!! Thank you!!

Phenomenal selection and service. I walked in with my son needing a new bike for me and a tune up for him. Jake gave great advice on bikes and accessories while Phil and David fixed an issue with my son’s bike and got me set up. Could not have been a nicer or easier experience. Highly recommended.

There's a lot to list but let's start of with the nicest and easiest e-bike I have ever rented. The staff is outstanding! I had a slight crash on the bike, and they came immediately with water, antiseptics, towels and a ride home. Once at the shop, they cleaned me up and gave me the bandages I needed. They actually really cared! I'd go back or recommend them in a heart beat!

Last Sunday myself and three friends rented bikes from St. Helena Cyclery. We had an absolutely perfect experience. The bikes themselves were absolutely amazing and in perfect condition. They were really fun and easy to ride. But what made the experience incredible was the additional help we got from Henry and Phillip. Both of these guys went over and above to help us map out a safe ride and provided support upon our return that was way beyond anything we could have expected. While I know that there are other bike rental options in the area, you would be making a mistake not to try these guys!
