Such a beautiful church! We stumbled upon it while visiting the Friday market nearby and decided to take a look inside. I’m so glad we did — the artwork and stained-glass windows are absolutely gorgeous. It’s quiet and peaceful, with hardly any tourists, which makes it even nicer. We sat there for a while just soaking in the calm atmosphere. A lovely hidden gem in Ghent that’s definitely worth a visit!

At that time, There is an exhibition from Alexandra Cool about Corsica island in the church which show the environment especially rocks from that island. Apart from that, the church is beautiful as always. There is still flea markets nearby.

I felt as if there was Dracula living in the highest tower of this church. Really amazing piece of architecture. There is a market organized on Friday as far as I can remember.
