“They don’t know me, son! Who’s gonna carry the boats and the logs?” – that’s what was running through my head in the last few meters.
This fortress has the fewest reviews of all, yet it’s the nicest, biggest, most interesting, and has the best view. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves hikes, views, and history.

Well worth getting the combined ticket for 3 forts. Absolutely worth €13 for the views alone

Very good, although it's quite far, but the view is incredible and the entrance is free.

Amazing view in front of the entrance.
I think this fortress is the best among three fortresses (Barone, St. John's, St.Michael).
I truly recommend to visit this place just before sunset.
Entrance fee is 11.5 euros for adults, including entrance to Barone fortress.
But you can visit three fortresses for 13 euros.
There are also a large free parking lot.

There is nothing to see inside. You have only the views. The ticket is 11.50eur, considering the price. It's not worth the visit as there is nothing to do more than a view.
They charge on every single tourist spot in Croacia, even parks and it's very pricy. I understand that conservation is important but they go to far with tourist

St. John's fortress was made in the 17th century and in combination with the Barone fortress repelled the Ottoman attacks on Sibenik. Historically significant and with beautiful views it's a must visit place in Sibenik. Along with St. Mihovil fortress and the Cathedral.

Great views and everything, but there was completely no effort made in making this place accessible for people with low mobility.
No signage, no wheelchair access, steep and busted up road/path, gravel everywhere.
