St. Joseph's Cathedral

Nice place for mass on Sunday. The church is quite before mass start. The parking is many. The structure building of the church is quite amazing and nice for prayer and worship. Thanks god.

A beautiful and peaceful church, perfect for prayer. Plenty of parking and very near the city for those staying in town. The priest is friendly and welcoming. Truly a spiritual place.

Very nice architecture. A week before Christmas

The beduin style tent architecture is unique. Previously it was open air style reflecting the vow of frugality and chastity. Due to the increasing weather inclement, the aircond was introduced. It made the space more comfortable. Truly it is a great culmination of heritage and modernism.

There are 4 masses on Sunday which started at 7.00 am early morning for English Mass follow by Mandarin Mass at 9.00 am and Bahasa Malaysia Mass at 11.00 am. Evening Mass at 5.00 pm in English. There is a Sunset Mass at 6.00 pm on Saturday in English language. Live streaming Masses broadcast in YouTube for 3 Masses in the morning.

I go to Saint Joseph's Cathedral on a weekly basis, I personally think it is a great place to attend mass. Usually there is enough parking space unless there are more people attending on that particular week(such as Christmas weekend), in that case, plan your trip nicely.

A strong 5 Star rating to this huge but very charming Cathedral with a majestic appeal too. Unlike the many old cathedrals, made of bricks and mortar, this St Joseph Cathedral has lots of wooden structures. Very high wooden ceilings, rotating ceiling fans with a unique roof structure to add to the traditional appeal. Wooden seats and pews, with seating capacity of easily 800 members(???). A lovely church.
