Another fabulous weekend at St Leonard’s guest house, Keith and Lia are fantastic hosts. This was our second visit this year, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Largs, home from home here, lovely comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast, keith will make anything you want, weather wasn’t too kind this time but we are used to this weather in Scotland so not big issue, Keith invited guests down to breakfast room for amazing home make soup and hot rolls at lunch time until weather got but better, and never charged us, lovely gesture and greatly appreciated, see you again next year again Keith, thanks again.|| Best wishes, hope you both have a lovely Xmas end enjoy your holidays||Christine and Teresa.

The weekend stay was excellent. Keith was a wonderful host. The breakfast was very good and had lots of choice. The twin room was cosy and the shower was amazing, very large and modern. Loved the garden at the front. The accommodation was very near to the station and east to get to.

What a great find. We arrived early & Keith gave a warm welcome, allowing us to park in the small space at his property. He gave us great advice on the local area & the ferry across to Cumbrae to go walking. This guy knows his stuff. We were in Arran room which is a very neat, tastefully decorated twin room at the front of the house with em suite bathroom. I will say if the windows are open, there's a busy road outside which was a bit noisy - fine with windows shut tho. There's everything you need in the room incl a fridge with fresh milk which is a nice touch. If something isn't there, Keith will go out of his way to get it. Really comfy beds, and a tasty breakfast where there's basically everything to suit all dietary needs. Mrs Keith is a whizz in the kitchen & keeper of the beautiful flowers surrounding the house. We took a ten minute ferry across to Cumbrae to go walking & it was perfect, so was the weather & thanks to Keith's advice we were able to make the most of our day. He will also give info on places to eat - we had a delicious meal at the Indian. Sorry for leaving with the key, it's in the post & thanks again for a great stay. Would highly recommend. Jo & Jez.

What an absolute gem in Largs. Keith's hospitality is exceptional - going above and beyond and I was made to feel very welcome. My stay couldn't have been more pleasant and although I had a little bit of concern at sharing a bathroom, it was very clean and modern with an awesome walk-in shower and felt like my own. The bedroom was spotless and bright with some wee extras I didn't expect. Breakfast was all prepared and cooked perfectly with plenty of choice and fresh local produce - overall, this stay exceeded expectation and I can't wait to visit again.

This B & B was extremely comfortable and Keith was a brilliant host and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Largs and we used this B & B as a base to visit the Open Championship in 2024. We would return to this property without any hesitation.

We stayed at St Leonard’s last Sunday and couldn’t believe how lucky we were. Not only did we have arguably the best room in this superb guest house, but we were blessed with a beautiful blue sky and warm weather all day.||Keith and Lia have been running the St Leonard’s guest house for a few years now. It’s rated the best in the town and it’s easy to see why. Lovely, well decorated and furnished rooms and two people who can’t do enough for you. There’s even a small fridge in every room with fresh milk and water in it! You won’t find many guest houses in the country that will provide that for you. The breakfast we had before we left was superb and well cooked. Filled us up nicely for the journey home.||St Leonard’s was full when we were there, it’s really popular and only a 10 minute stroll into town. Such is the popularity, I would advise booking well in advance.

As someone that travels a lot, usually for business and stays in a multitude of guest houses, hotels etc, this is the best. Well designed and very clean rooms, bathroom and shower room. Service was second to none. Breakfast was superb. Keith the proprietor was attentive and helpful to the extreme. It's a must if you're in the area. I will certainly return.

Great all round. Amenities, facilities, location and personal service. Breakfast excellent with choice of fresh fruit, complementary croissant and range of breakfast cereals, full Scottish breakfast or own choice. Highly recommend.
