I am very disappointed with the way we were treated during our recent stay.
We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a paid late checkout, which was officially approved. To avoid any delay during checkout, I ordered food in advance so we could have dinner on time and leave smoothly. When I informed the manager, Mr. Masood, about this, he responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
Despite us paying for the late checkout, he did not allow us to have the food either in the lounge or in the room. His behavior lacked basic courtesy, hospitality, and proper guest handling. As paying guests, we expected respectful communication and reasonable flexibility, but instead we felt disrespected and poorly treated.
This was a very unpleasant experience and far below expected service standards. I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and ensures better training in professionalism and guest relations.
