St. Mark's Hotel Bengaluru , a member of Radisson Individuals

After much review, chose the St. Marks Hotel for location and the great reviews across multiple review platforms. And I was definitely not disappointed!|Excellent property, well kept, clean, maintained, clean sheets, great service, hearty breakfast and just a few steps away from Church street, MG Rd, Residency and so much more. Approx 15mins to MG Road Metro in case you prefer to use that mode of transport. Check-in and out was a breeze. Staff are friendly and welcoming. ||I had booked the more spacious Executive room for the family of 3 and it was super nice. Only drawback for men who shave is the absence of a shaving mirror in the bathroom. For a few rupees more, this useful feature can be added. Additionally, the ceiling in the bathroom really low, and the taller folks need to be aware of this.||Breakfast had a good selection and remains more or less same every day, except the south indian dishes.||Overall, very happy with almost all aspects of the St. Marks Hotel.

Nice and clean hotel! They allowed early check-in, which was very convenient. The rooftop restaurant is amazing — great ambiance and good food. However, I’d suggest avoiding the seafood; the quality wasn't the best, probably because Bangalore is quite far from the sea, so freshness can be an issue. This is not the hotel's fault.||Rooms were cleaned on time, and the overall service was quick and efficient. Special mention to Manoj, who I believe is new — very polite and helpful.||I’d definitely consider staying here again… if only Bangalore traffic gets a bit better!

We had a family get together a few days ago at the St.Mark's hotel. The overall experience was really awesome, starting from the arrangements at the function hall, the splendid Buffet at the restaurant for our members, to the personalised approach to our members till the end of our function. The co ordination for each minutest of requirement was well handled by Managers Mr.Suresh and Mr.Jayakrishna, and executed to perfection by their team Tukaram and Prashant. The food varieties did justice to both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food groups, and creativity and taste was simply superb. The icing on the cake was that the hotels Senior Vice President Mr.J.P.Menon took time off from his busy schedule to meet many of our members to take feedback and find out if all was to our satisfaction. We told him it was beyond our expectations and we will return for our next event, or visit their restaurant for yet another memorable experience, as we were very happy with this event of ours. Kudos to the management team !! Keep up the fantastic work !

I love this place it is extremely convenient to walk around from here. Situated near the hub of the city walkable to brigade , MG road and also a variety of top good restaurants and great food and friendly crowd. The hotel staff and managers are extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are clean, elegant , stylish and most of all extremely comfortable. Loved it. Probably will be my favorite place when I visit Bangalore.

I had a great stay at Hotel St. Marks and felt very comfortable throughout. My room on the 3rd floor was cleaned thoroughly every day – big compliments to the housekeeping team! Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the staff member, otherwise I would’ve mentioned them personally. Update: His name is Mohan. The breakfast was also excellent – fresh, varied, and delicious. A special thanks to Ms. Vijaylaxmi, who made every morning brighter with her friendly and helpful attitude. She really made a difference and helped start the day on a positive note.

Best part of St.Marks hotel is the staff. Kudos to the way they keep the hotel spic n span, serve with a genuine smile and help out in need. Highly appreciated! Service/Food/Hygiene - 10/10

This is my first home since 2014. I didn’t experience better service than St. Mark’s anywhere outside including both India and international level. ||They have the best of staff members who take care of the guests. |Also they are setting a benchmark leadership for some of the international hotel group for their in room cleanliness and maintenance.|Overall awesome experience 👏👏👏

Full marks for location & accessibility. Convenient for both business & leisure needs. Sumptuous, authentic food from multiple cuisines. Excellent, modern infrastructure & amenities. But the best part is the intuitive, responsive service by the cheerful & competent staff. A pleasantly memorable experience.
