I had such an exceptional service by Manoj and Mathew. Their customer service was amazing with all my visits this month. They definitely were above average with the service. They always made sure I was taken care of for dinner and made sure I was happy with the room service and quality of food from the restaurant and bar. Thank you for making me feel welcome and making a lasting impact to remember about coming to Bengaluru. I’ll definitely return to this hotel.|To the other staff members in the house service thank you for bringing a smile to your face and mine every time we passed one another.

I have stayed twice in St. Mark's Hotel. The experience has been nothing less than exceptional. |- The staff remembered me from my last visit that I didn't expect. They all welcomed me with a warm smile.|- The rooms are clean and comfortable.|- They have an excellent team of chefs, whose preparation reminded me of home. Plz try poori bhaji and daal chawal. That's pure love served on a plate. |It's always a pleasure to speak to all the staff there. They hosted a cocktail for the guest that was a great opportunity to meet other guests and Mr JP Menon,VP, who is humble and extremely hospitable.|Mr Krishna Murthy, the duty manager always greets with the most genuine smile.|I wish I could name each staff member, but they all live up to the brand name they are associated with. This place is recommended anytime and everytime for a home like stay.|

My son has visited this hotel and had stayed for three days along with his school group. They were there to |participate in a nation wide music competition. I must say that he had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. The way the hotel staff had welcomed them, celebrated their win, provided them with a secured yet fun full environment, delicious food, the amenities, each and every kid was being taken care off by the hotel staff. It was more like their own home for those three days. i am thoroughly grateful to each and every hotel staff and the management for providing such a wonderful warm experience for the kids. A heartfelt thank you to all....I would always be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

We had a faboulous stay at the St. Marks hotel between the 6th to the 9th of August 2025.We were a large group of 22 students and 12 parent who had come to participate in a national level interschol competetion called CADENCE held by St. Jospehs boys High School. Since most of the guests were children the Hotel had arranged a spectacular experience for us and welcomed tthe children with chocolate drinks and snacks as soon we arrived in the afternoon along with specia llucky deaw games for the kids. || Firstly they were amazed with the ambiancce and loved the hospitality.We had one Lunch session and one Dinner sesion at the restautant that was crafted with mouth watering Delicacies and the children loved it. And what so say more this stay was so lucky for us that we won the entire competition and took home the Rolling Trophy!!! along with 8 Awards. On our victiry the hotel greeted us with a grand victory welcome and the kids were enthralled there was a vitory cake , vctiry message on the screen and all......it was truly a memorable experience our stay at St. Marks Hotel. Thankyou!! from the bottom of our hearts|| A special mention about the victory party we had at their Ball room with music, fun, frolic and a specially catered menu for our Champion childern...we also deeply appreciatied the hotels congrtulatoy speech which was so toughtful and warm.||Rating : a full 5/5|Will Defineltly be The palce to Stay next time any one of us visits Bengaluru.|Believe me : Yo dont need any otheer place in Bengaluru if you Hve St. Marks Hotel.Keep up the good work and GOD BLESS. |Special menton to Mrs Amudha who helped us plan out all the bookings and arranged all the events at the hotel. Lovey stop for the first night of our tour of South India. A good selection of Indian cuisine self served in buffets throughout the day. Our room had plenty of space, a comfortable large bed, excellent shower. The Staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you.

We had a wonderful stay and had a great experience of your service right from the checkin to check out. We were group of kids and parents who came for cadence participation . Your staff made us feel safe with kids doing practice and running around in the lobby. The room service we ordered and the lunch and breakfast were top class . I will surely visit the restaurant soon if not for stay this . Kudos to your front office, F&b and housekeeping staff .
