Almost great. I've been visiting St Michael's for the last 20 years for various corporate, family and friend gatherings, and even solo sometimes. My last visit frustrated me. There have been numerous changes to the hotel over the years. Its first impression now is nothing short of impressive aesthetically. It feels like a very special place to be, and escape, a luxury. The food is brilliant too. I especially enjoy the brasserie, although I don't think most people require so many menu options. The thing that lets the visit down is that, in my opinion, the customer service does not match up to the ambience or the price tag. Staff chatted with each other from across the room and could be a bit more professional and attentive to guests. When the customer service impresses, the food tastes better, and the whole experience leads one to book again and again. If this element could be elevated a bit more, I would not hesitate to visit regularly. I'll always choose the place that makes you feel welcome, not a burden.

We had a fabulous stay @ St Michaels Resort for our wedding anniversary. We stayed for 4 nights on a B@B basis. Our room was very clean and well furnished. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally good. We ate in the Brasserie and in Nourish and we were very impressed with both. Food was freshly cooked and very well presented. The location of the hotel was fabulous. We paid for the hydrothermal experience and this was well worth the money as it was a lovely spa. Overall a fantastic break away and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at St Michaels Resort. Right next to the beach with experienced staff on hand to help with anything we needed and 2 lovely restaurants on site with the best produce on offer. The lovely modern swimming pool and Health| Club was available to all residents and the pretty garden was a relaxing place to sit overlooking the bay. So many wonderful places to visit nearby such as St Mawes by boat, Trebah Gardens a short car ride away, and the magnificent St Michaels Mount Island easily reached. Truro Cathedral was a memorable day out by train, the station being a ten minute walk from the hotel. The highlight of the holiday was watching Falmouth Lifeboat crew bring their brand new lifeboat into the bay for the first time to the cheers of the Falmouth people who had welcomed us so warmly.

I recently stayed at St Michaels Resort in Falmouth and had a mixed experience. The resort is situated in an excellent location, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. My room was quiet and provided a good night's sleep, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. However, there were some areas for improvement during my stay. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with the hot water supply in the morning ahead of an important business meeting, which was quite inconvenient. The customer service was not up to expectations, as I found the staff to be less responsive and not very helpful with resolving issues. Furthermore, parking was a challenge due to very limited spaces available, making it difficult to find suitable parking. Overall, while the resort has some great qualities, there are areas that need attention to enhance the guest experience. I hope these issues are addressed for future visitors.

The Spa facilities were excellent. Staff in spa were amazing. |Room 28 was shabby, with stained floor, peeling paint, dirty kettle, dusty and not very clean. This was a "pet friendly" room but price was too high for what we received. Wardrobe contained extra bedding and robes so little spaces for belongings.only one bottle of water provided. I was really disappointed with room. The buffet breakfast was good but the cooked breakfast was horrible with a tasteless sausage.|Pizzas were nice which we ordered to room when we arrived, and the majority of staff were kind and helpful. Need dog waste bins if you are dog friendly

St Michael's Resort is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The decor, the many place to sit and drink, the rooms, the breakfast (lots of choice and a cafeteria of very good coffee) , the spa, the gardens are all high spec and the staff are a delight - helpful, kind and chatty. My best friend and I were so well looked after. |I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We recently provided a few items for a wedding here. We've been to hundreds of venues and this really was a cracker! Beautifully set, lovely and clean with really helpful and friendly staff. A great place for a wedding. Would recommend for sure.

Yelp
Tell anyone that you're going to Falmouth, Cornwall for spring break and they might wonder why. But when you live in London and just want to get away and relax for a bit, this is the perfect place to go! A friend found St Michaels and was able to get us a 3 room suit for a very good deal. Our room consisted on an en suite bath, small sitting room, large master bedroom with a king size bed, and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The staff was helpful and got us our dinner reservations and the food was delicious! The waitstaff was so attentive and actually declined the tip that we gave them since our dinner was supposed to be included in the price of our room. One evening we inquired about room service, and after giving us some run around, they brought us some sandwiches. They were terrible and cost quite a bit considering they were just white bread and cheese! Unfortunately, despite what they told us when we booked the room, they were not able to fit us in at the spa except for one of our group who wanted a massage. We also didn't get a chance to use the pool, which would have been nice.

Yelp
Fab pool. Good staff. But the most important thing is the location. Right on the beach. Food = good We love this hotel the most it has everything

Yelp
We usually escape to this excellent four star hotel at least once a year. We have never been disappointed. The staff are first class, the spa, restaurant and public areas are great and we have always had a superb room. Parking is usually available. The beach is about 200 yards away and pleasant walks abound. Very good value, especially if you can catch one of their offers. Very helpful if guests have an allergy or diet restriction.
