Art and Culture in Kiev

"Something is off about this neo-Gothic building, but you can’t quite put your finger on it. Until you learn it’s made of cement and was built in the early 20th century. The cathedral is known simply as kostyol (Catholic church), but it’s no longer just a place of worship. The Roman Catholic Church shares the premises with The National Organ and Chamber Music Hall of Ukraine, so whether you want to take Communion or hear some music, you’ll be able to do it here — just on different days." - MATADOR_NETWORK

Yelp
I used to live down town and attend this Church on major Feast days. Its been a real blessing in my life and you really need to check it out to understand what the Church is all about. Just check it out you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
It was my first experience with this Russian Orthodox Church. And I am so happy. Father opened the door of the Church to bless our (it was just me with my husband and one more couple) Paschal Baskets on Easter, cause we came late. The Church is clean and big. We definitely will be back.

Yelp
We have recently visited this church with a group of Russian students. This is a beautiful example of Russian Orthodox Church. You will find here a lot to admire and to learn about Russian history, art and religion. Father Pavel is the most caring and welcoming priest I have ever seen.
