There is a very good exhibition about the 1989/90 year, when the wall came down. It's only documentary films on 10 huge screens and the sound comes from headphones. The best scene for me was, when former GDR border police dismantle the passport check booths inside Friedrichstraße train station - it's like they just cleaning up after a 28 year long, bad theatre performance...

Came here for the 'Dekoloniale – what remains?!' The exhibition is housed inside a church where many key figures from the colonial era are buried. This choice of location is both provocative and powerful—it unsettles the authority of official histories written by colonial states and invites viewers to question whose stories are remembered, and how.

Well worth a visit to this amazing piece of history. The exhibits are clearly explained and there is a lot to see. The guides are all really helpful and friendly.

It's good to learn about Berlin during the medieval era, it also displays contemporary paints. You can climb the stairs and see the huge organ super close and have a nice view of the church's nave from the top. I rented the audio guide (2€) but honestly it doesn't worth - read by yourself as not all numbers were available on the audio guide. Other than that, I had a good time and enjoyed the visit.

Loved how well preserve they have this place. First thing, if you're student, you'll get a discount. The place is not very big, but there are some things you can spend your time while in here. On the second floor you'll have a great view of the place. Also they have a couple of sets of headphones you can use to listen to music that normally was played here. They also have a coin/token collection which is really amazing how preserved they are. If you're interested in religious history this is a great place to have a look.

Totally worth the visit before or after visiting the church. Loads of history in a small package. It takes more or less 1hours if you take the time to read a bit.
