St Peter's Catholic Church

Whilst visiting Caen, I found this Church to be one of the centrepieces that standout. You can often see the church from a variety of directions and it can be used to help you navigate back to a central place. Building wise the Catholic Church has great levels of detail and masonry to behold, it’s worth looking around even just the outside of the building to spot some of the buildings finer details!

Beautiful and unique experience!! A must visit

St Peter's church in Caen is a great religious construction built in 13th to 16th century. It's near the castle. Important historical events took place in the church.

Nice to pop in while in Caen. Check the hours if you want to go inside. It's under renovation.

A must see on your Caen trip ...lovely exterior architecture but inside very plain and sedate.

It was very warm church and quiet place with a lot of peace
