From the moment we arrived, our stay at the St. Regis Aspen has been nothing short of spectacular. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable, and the staff has been attentive to every request — even bringing multiple humidifiers to make our room perfectly comfortable in the dry mountain air.
But the true highlight of our trip has been our time at the pool, thanks entirely to one of the wait staff, Satya. From the first moment we met him, Satya made us feel genuinely welcomed. He greeted us with the biggest smile, remembered our names between days, and consistently went above and beyond to make our experience special. He noticed the little things — like when we were struggling with a water bottle, he immediately came over with ice and assistance, without us even needing to ask. Every interaction with him was filled with joy and kindness, and it elevated our entire stay.
It’s rare, even at five-star resorts, to encounter service as thoughtful, proactive, and heartfelt as what Satya provides. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality and made our visit unforgettable. He is the kind of team member who sets the gold standard for service, and I hope he receives every bit of recognition he deserves — including a raise.
