I've picked this hotel for the night of New Year's Eve as the ones where I usually stay in Zurich were fully booked. I start with the positives. Location is super central, 10 minutes walk to the city center and the lake. Parking lot has many slots in front of the hotel. Room is big and well organized, maybe a bit too hot and pillows not the best quality, but these are details. Staff is kind - they gifted us with some chocolate and complementary water, which originally was not included in the rate. Negative aspect: the rate. I know this is Zürich but that rate (367 CHF) was just overrated vs. the quality and the type of hotel. I travel the world and, for that rate, I typically stay in 4-5 stars hotels with luxury and many services! Even in Zurich I typically find much better for less. I think this was really because of the "special night" of New Year's Eve but I would not come back to be honest. I would eventually book in advance in other hotels. Breakfast was ok-ish - limited options, mainly salted (no sweets, cakes, pastry).

Nice little hotel in a very quiet area of the city. Maybe a bit too expensive for a 3-star hotel, but all in all ok knowing this is Switzerland. All staff I had to deal with were extremely nice and helpful, whether at the front desk or the breakfast area. The room was ok and very clean, just like the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was simple but nothing you would expect from a continental breakfast was missing.

My husband and I spent here 6 days on holiday. We chose this hotel because of its location, near to the city center but calm enough to sleep in silence and have nice and quiet evenings and mornings. We weren't disappointed at all, the street in which it is located is down the university, so we almost only saw students walking around. The room was so comfortable and cozy, full of everything we needed. It had a boiler, a range of teas, milk and sugar, a big TV, a hairdryer... the shower was great and the views were nice too. Special mention to the big, warm and comfy bed, it made our nights and rest perfect. The breakfast was served in a nice dining room, and offered a wide variety of food: coffees, teas, breads, cheeses, vegetables, pastries and fruits... At the front desk, the attention was lovely, from the check in we felt at home. They helped us to install at the room and provided us a map signing the most relevant places to visit. Of course we would stay here again in the future. We have no doubt we won't search for any other place. Thank you so much for making our stay the best possible.

10 minute walk from Zurich station this hotel is incredibly well located, away from the main road so pretty quiet as well. ||Check in with super simple and the staff were very friendly and pointed out areas of interest on a map which I was given. ||I was in one of the junior suites in the adjacent building, room was super spacious and comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Bathroom was great and the shower had excellent water pressure. ||Bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet in the evening and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. ||Breakfast was served in the main building, full on continental style with ham and cheeses, et cetera ||Absolutely would stay here again as I really liked the convenient location.

I spent three days here, and I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit. The front desk service is amazing. For example, I asked a question about tax refunds for shopping in Switzerland and didn’t expect an answer, but they went above and beyond—spending a lot of time and effort researching how to claim the refund, printing out documents, and explaining everything to me in detail. That’s truly outstanding service. Usually, when you ask a hotel front desk something like this, they just say, “I don’t know.” The room was also excellent and very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you!

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The location, bed, cleanliness, awesome staff, and I must say the breakfast is absolutely outstanding! Unfortunately I was unlucky with the temperature in my suite during my stay on September 25. The hotel had recently turned off the air conditioning due to the seasonal weather change. It was around 15°C outside, but my room was still quite hot. The staff kindly suggested that I leave the window open, so I opened both a window and the balcony door while I was out. That did help a bit, but at night I had to close them due to the noise outside, and the room quickly became too warm again, even with the heating turned off. As someone who lives in a colder climate in Canada, it was impossible to sleep comfortably under those conditions. Also, the washroom and shower were tiny! I would go back, but never without AC!

Amazing place with amazing people. They treated us like family. They helped us wherever they could, and the quality of service they provided was exceptional. The food is amazing, the room is kept spotless, the location is excellent, it is close to ETH, historical landmarks, great restaurants, etc. We would love to return. Thank you very much to all of you for everything 🫂❤️

This hotel is outstanding. The rooms are modern, luxurious, inviting, and clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. The staff are exceptional, and they went above and beyond. This is also a fantastic location, close to everything. I cannot recommend it enough!
