This is by far one of the most beautiful florist shops I have ever visited. I didn’t know where to start looking. Nestled at the back is Winter Swan Coffee Shop. The sun beaming in through the big windows made the stunning displays even more enticing. The plants, flowers, quirky gifts and cards kept me busy for a long time. They also provide event design services. I can’t wait to place an order for a special bouquet for myself! You won’t be disappointed, this place meets all your needs under one roof. What more could you ask for?!

Ordered flowers for my best friend for her first Mother’s Day. I couldn’t justify the prices I saw on florists like 1800 flowers, so I tried to find a local florist (even though I’m not in NY) Found Stacy K and loved the modern elegant twist on things. Much more bang for my buck. They delivered the “beaming budvase” to her work and the arrangement was delightful. I will def be using them again.

I recently set up a 1800 flower order for a friend post-surgery to be delivered to her locally. The order was declined by 1800 flowers saying that they couldn't find a florist in town to support my request (small bouquet and delivery!) I quickly googled a local florist near my friend and Stacy K Floral popped up. Not only was it easy to place an order online but my order was crafted/delivered to the hotel before my friend checked in post-surgery ... we're talking same-day delivery within 2 hours of placing my order. Not only was the arrangement adorable, but my friends and I agree anytime we need flowers in Roc we'll go to Stacy K first.

A second time I ordered flowers for a friend's mother's day. Their beautiful selection of a flowers in a box with chocolate, and other gifts, small vase and flowers. Upon order I got a quick call as they were out of some items of the box. The young lady over the phone was very sweet and friendly. She updated my order. When flowers arrived they were not to my standard and as soon as I sent them a message they followed up quickly. The following day they sent a beautiful arrangements to my friend's house. I cannot say enough about their collection, designs, and outstanding customer service!!! They are the BEST in town!

Stacy and her team are miracle workers. They did the flowers and decor for our wedding and the flowers in particular were the talk of the night. We really wanted to transform the reception room and Stacy and her team took our vision and made it a reality with a million other amazing touches we would have never thought of on our own. People who worked at the venue said that they had never seen it look so good, which speaks volumes, and many guests who had been to our venue before said it was unrecognizable after Stacy’s transformation. In addition, Stacy and her team did all of the set up and tear down and it was so great to have the added stress that would have caused off of our plate and in the hands of someone so talented and passionate. Stacy was amazing to work with and it was very clear how much time she put into making our wedding absolutely perfect.

I came into Stacy K Floral looking for something that would last for my mom while I was on vacation. Miriam was amazing — she asked thoughtful questions about my mom’s preferences and created a gorgeous arrangement within my budget. When I got back, the greenery was still beautiful, just like Miriam said it would be, and it dried out perfectly. I’ve been going back to her ever since for all my flower needs. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love working with Stacy and the team at Stacy K floral. I love it because I asked them many questions regarding to the event I plan to have. They were superrrrr helpful with everything even they also can make special order if it needed. They have so many options of flowers that we can use for the event. The prices are reasonable and I am so happy with their service. I am looking forward to working with them for my event. I went in to get a custom bouquet for my senior pictures and the workers were soooo kind, caring and helpful. I went in with a different idea of a dark/sort of gothic type of bouquet, and that's exactly what I got! The worker that made my bouquet helped me pick out flowers that were the type of vibe I was looking for, even though there wasn't too many darker options. The price was very reasonable and my bouquet is BEAUTIFUL!!! I 110% recommend this place for any of your flower needs! It also has a coffee shop on the inside that added a nice/welcoming touch! I thank the two workers that helped me today for seeing my vision and helping me leave happy with exactly what i wanted!

Really cute shop but the florist was so rude and clearly didn't want to help me. I had waited patiently and when she was available she couldn't give me the time of day. Too bad, I was trying to buy flowers for a friends 30th birthday and didn't even get what I liked.

I was impressed that Stacy the owner took the time to read my YELP review and reached out to me and wanted to make it right. The new arrangement was up to my expectations. I'm glad this business AND OTHERS LIKE hers, care enough to read YELP reviews and want the opportunity to make it right.

As you know they have moved over to Russell Street a few years back. It's a big, lovely location and they have all kinds of flowers and plants; lovely gifts for friends, family or yourself. The arrangements are beautiful but be aware of the delivery fee depending where it's going. Staff is easy going and helpful, if you see something online from their site they can do it but it may not necessarily be the exact same flowers due to what's in stock.. no worries as it will be beautiful. Give them a whirl. Street Parking or shared lot by Nosh.

I love Stacy K's offerings, gifts, and storefront so much! I always know I will find something adorable and they have a ton of floral varietals at a number of price points. They were the florist for my sisters wedding and I honestly have never seen anything so beautiful. They went above and beyond and provided rentals and so much more. Our bouquets were lovely and the centerpieces added so much to the event. Forever classy and classic. Every staff member I've interacted with has been lovely and helpful. Stacy herself is big on community partnerships and always ready to share her expertise and knowledge with the greater community. My mom ordered me a floral arrangement from here for my birthday. She accidentally gave them the wrong address, and then gave them the right one, however my address is very confusing for delivery drivers because it doesn't actually have a street sign. Despite this, the delivery driver tried for almost an hour to find my address, even though it was past their closing time. I absolutely would not have blamed this company for giving up and trying again the next day, but they did find me and I got my arrangement! It is so pretty and came with yummy macaroons and a really nice hand cream. Shoutout to Tyler for getting my arrangement to me despite the address mixup, and to Stacy K Floral for the beautiful flowers! :)

I was supposed to be able to be with my bestie to celebrate her birthday in-person, but COVID19 got in the way of travel plans from Chicago to Rochester. I still wanted to make her birthday special while also supporting a local/small business, and found Stacy K Floral via its positive reviews. The gift box Stacy put together was PERFECT in any circumstance... I gave a price point and some suggestions of what I knew my friend would like, and the box was beyond what I ever could have expected. BEAUTIFUL flowers, awesome cookies from Scratch Bakeshop, a lovely candle and handcream and all kinds of goodies. Just a super amazing and special birthday delivery. Add to that the thoughtful approach to the need for contact-free delivery at this strange time, the ease of ordering, the great communication, etc., and this is an easy 5 star review to write! I wish I had more people in Rochester to send flowers and gifts to so that I could continue to support this awesome business!

We hired Stacy K for our daughters wedding at Genessee Valley Club and it was spectacular. I never expected the flowers to be as beautiful as they were, and all our guests are still talking about them. Plus all the candles, candelabras and vases she provided were spectacular. More than we hoped for and she is a delight to work with. Thank you Stacy and team for your incredible creativity.

Just had my second great experience with Stacy K. I don't live in Rochester any more, but mom still does and I've sent her two arrangements from this florist, each lovely and creative. The flowers last a while and the containers are always unique. Online ordering is super simple and the photos are true to life. Thanks a for helping me make my mom feel special!

Ok bridal shmidal, stop in here for really cool gifts and house embellishings. Sales are great, they have table items and an area in back that looks like a fabulous place to host a lil something.

Twice now, I've ordered small designer's choice arrangements from across the border to be delivered to my friend in Rochester. Both times, the bouquets were absolutely stunning, and completely reasonably priced, even with the foreign currency exchange. I can't get over how long the first bouquet lasted, and I'm sure the second one will have the same longevity. You really cannot go wrong, If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would.

I don't know too much about flowers or arrangements, but the staff at Stacy K Floral were great with their guidance and suggestions. They asked for my price range, a style preference and proceeded to take care of the rest. This resulted in a beautiful arrangement. The staff was friendly and they were also very quick with putting it together. I would definitely return.

I previously provided an unfair review. While the arrangement delivered no way looked like the photo on the website, it was beautifully done. I selected the arrangement on the website as it was unique. I would call in the future to confirm the what will be delivered.

If there was 10 stars I would give Danielle and her crew at Stacy K that!!! I was planning our wedding from California and that in itself is extremely stressful! She made it extremely easy process and always answered my (many!!) questions quickly and without making me feel like I was asking too much. What can I say about the flowers?? Stunning!!! My bouquet was so so beautiful! And it smelled amazing!! It was a combination of roses, lilacs, peonies, Ranunculus, and some other beautiful flowers that I know that I am leaving out. They were also able to use part of my mother's wedding dress and wrap it around the bouquet stems. Absolutely beautiful!! I never want the flowers to die. We had a smaller order: 2 church pieces, 2 bouquets, some corsages and boutonnieres. I also ordered 60 white hydrangeas so I could do the table pieces. My friend lives in Rochester and I wanted to send her some flowers so I found Stacy K online. The flowers were beautiful and the ordering process was super simple. The florist even fulfilled my special request to have the flowers put in a mug instead of a pot. My friend's address was also not easy to find (it was within a school building), but the flowers got to her with no problem!

I just found out that my boyfriend has been getting me beautiful, custom, exotic flower arrangements from Stacey K! Thank you Stacy for providing such an amazing selection. They also know what they're doing and carefully package appropriately to combat the weather. I grew up in Latin America where I was so accustomed to exotic flowers everywhere And I had no idea this was such a luxury. I am a new customer and I thought I would treat myself to a beautiful bouquet of flowers! The bouquet cost $48, and contained 6 double two-toned green tulips, kangaroo feet and greens...exquisite! I was told the tulips would open in a day or so, but after 4 days with no movement, I called the shop. I was told to dip the flowers upside down in warm water for 15 minutes to help them open. I did this, as well as the usual protocols of trimming and changing the water daily... but the tulips never opened. When the tulips began to rot half way down the stem, I returned them. A rude and cynical woman in her early 20's -- tall, thin, auburn-haired--told me, "We have new employees that don't know a lot about these tulips. They don't usually open much." She continued saying, in her arrogant voice, that the only thing she could do was to replace the tulips. She gave me 5 ordinary white tulips to replace the 6 exquisite, unusual double green imported tulips that were $5 or $6 a stem. I asked about the greenery that was turning brown and she insisted it was alright and sent me on my way. There are two issues here to address: a rude, arrogant employee and the poor quality of the product. A disappointed customer, never to return. Patricia R.

I recently ordered 2 floral arrangements to be delivered to a dear friend who would be performing with the Rochester Philharmonic at Kodak Hall. Through a series of mishaps, the bouquets ended up locked in an admin office over the weekend. At that point, I thought I was out of luck in getting them delivered to the dressing room. When informed of this, Marty and Walt at StacyK immediately suggested that they return to Eastman School of Music and see if the flowers could be retrieved from the locked office. While not easy to accomplish, Walt was able to retrieve the bouquets and went to the extra trouble of delivering them to my friends at their hotel to ensure they received them. They did and were absolutely delighted with the 2 beautiful arrangements. I'm very appreciative of the efforts by Marty, Walt and Riley who also aided in trying to get things "just right."

They are the cutting edge when it comes to flower arrangements. I adore the team at Stacy K! I've done events with them and they're so dynamic and bring a great educational approach to making something so intricate easy to do at home. In addition, their shop on Park Ave is lovely, tucked behind Apogee Wine Bar. I'm not a pro when it comes to flowers and they made it so easy to put together a bouquet for my mom. We gave them a price maximum and a color scheme and Danielle went to work on it. The end result was gorgeous. They mix really cool flowers among interesting looking fillers like a lilly pod (who knew what a lilly looked like before it bloomed!). Those special touches enhance the bouquet or arrangement to make it extraordinary. They also sell some cute trinkets, gifts, hats, jewelry, headbands, and more in their shop. Plus, a good mix of unique gift items and decorations like ornaments during the holidays. If I ever need flowers, Stacy K Floral is my first stop. You'll pay a little more for the arrangement, but it will be unlike any other bouquet you've ever seen.

I live in California and looked for a local florist to send flowers to a co-worker who just had a baby. First off, when ordering they were so friendly and helpful. I suggested a budget and they were terrific with coming up with the right arrangement. Unfortunately when they attempted to deliver the flowers, my co-worker had been discharged. They immediately called me and wanted to know how to handle. Fortunately I was able to get in contact with my co-worker and called Danielle at Stacy K and she coordinated a redelivery. They were so patient and helpful and since I am not in Rochester, they allowed to work through the issue. This is an example of a company taking a challenge and taking care of the customer. I would highly recommend Stacy K Floral for all your florist needs. A great company!

Stay away. You can do so much better nearly anywhere else. I ordered a small fortune (well over $400 worth of products) for valentines 2017 because they had a decent selection and some cool vases and I simply ran out of time to run around. Unfortunately when it came time for delivery the flowers were destroyed (smashed and flattened, broken and wilted), and one of the arrangements was the laughing stock of an entire office. My 3 year old could do a better job. I ended up having to re-do the succulent planter by going to the garden factory and spending $35, 10% of what the whole thing cost. Highly recommend Arenas, Wegmans Pittsford , or Flower Power.

I had been meaning to stop in to Stacy K for a while and I finally got my chance when my husband and I decided our weird foyer opening was screaming out for a hanging plant. It doesn't get much light, so the Internet suggested air plants. We bought a fun terrarium online and went to Stacy K to fill her up. (Once we got there we realized we could have purchased a terrarium in the shop.) The clerk was helpful once she discovered we have no clue what air plants are. Are they real? Do they need to be fed by hand? Should I sing to them? (Yes, no and GOOD GOD NO.) I am a major sucker for a well curated boutique and this place is that. Cute candles and lotions and other gifts are stacked throughout the well lit store (though obviously flowers and plants get the star treatment here). I wandered while my husband paid for our new little buddies. I will be back for flowers, of both the real and engineered variety, to keep this plant lady kick going strong.

If you live in the Rochester area and need flowers (or some other clever off the beaten path gift) there is absolutely no other place you need to go. First of all - Stacy and the rest of the girls that work there are all amazing people, incredibly friendly, and great at what they do. Every time I go in there and buy flowers or anything thing else they spend so much time with me (because I ask 1000 questions) figuring out what goes well together, what looks good, what is new, etc. Then they take what different flowers I have picked out (or they picked out for me) and work magic with them twisting them all together into an amazing looking arrangement. They always have different random kinds of flowers and plants from all over the place, different stuff all the time, all different colors and anything else you could imagine. And above all - I am never shocked by the price that I pay at the end. With the type of service that they give I always expect it to cost about twice as much as it actually does. Everyone I talk to I make sure to tell that there is absolutely no reason to go anyplace else.

I only use Stacy K. So creative so beautiful. Not cheap but there is an argument that you get what you pay for.

We hired Stacy K for my sister's wedding. I plan weddings in Los Angeles so I was in charge, which is a lot of pressure!! My sister wanted Game of Thrones style and I wanted it to not be cheesy =). Being that I'm not local it was really difficult to coordinate a lot of the smaller details. After one phone call with Stacy, we hired her immediately. She was able to translate exactly what style we wanted into the elegant, wooded, whimsical feel that my sister wanted. My sister isn't a "flower" girl. She really had no idea what type of florals she wanted or didn't want. After communicating that to Stacy she came up with an AMAZING overall theme, using organic elements, vines, branches, lanterns, anything that would translate into our theme and she NAILED IT!!! The girls bouquets were absolutely stunning without being too floral and every element felt like it fit perfectly together without being too match-ey. I honestly don't think you can do better than Stacy K. They're the real deal! Professional, responsive, flexible, the whole shebang!! I couldn't have asked for a better florist!

I wanted a beautiful sympathy arrangement for a friend's father who had passed away but I live in Canada and needed to find a florist near Rochester. Almost all the other florists I found were so cookie cutter, they even used the same stock images for their arrangements! Stacy K floral is innovative, beautiful, reasonably priced and the staff was courteous, knowlegable and lovely to work with. If I lived in Rochester, I'd use them for my wedding and any and all occassions! I wish we had a florist like Stacy K in Toronto, Canada!

I'm always in a hurry and I actually don't know much about flowers and flower arrangement. But they helped me choose and made a lovely bouquet in just 10 minutes. I was amazed :) Will think about getting flowers for my wedding here :)

I cannot say enough good things about Stacy K. She flawlessly made our wedding venue spectacular! We didn't have a real clear picture of what we wanted for our wedding day flowers aside from a few colors and flowers we knew we liked (and didn't like)- Stacy and I discussed the overall feel we were going for and the rest was up to her. When I arrived for our final consult I was SO excited. As soon as we walked in to her (awesome) shop, I spotted an arrangement and said I hope that is for us because that is exactly what I was thinking! She knew just what I wanted without me even being able to explain it. Stacy provided all of our flower arrangements from bouquets and boutonnieres to centerpieces, ceremony arrangements and various amazing details around our property. Each piece complimented the next and flowed effortlessly from one site to the next. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful each arrangement was. Friends kept asking how we came up with the flowers and arrangements we wanted and I kept repeating it was totally all Stacy and her creative team! I can't thank them enough for their hard work!! The shop is located in a back building, not on the street front, so it was just a little hard to find but not too hard. There is a small, off street parking lot behind the building. It's fairly large inside and there were a lot of people working and putting things together but someone was able to help me right away. I said I wanted a "just because" bouquet for my wife for around 20$. The person helping me (I think it may have been Stacy K) said, oh I love "just because" flowers. She asked what color or theme I wanted and proceeded to put together a beautiful arrangement. It took awhile but most good things take time right? I was very happy with what I got. There are other things for sale also like air plants, jewelry, and vases. There is another Florist that I really like, but this place is really good too. I'll just have to take turns between them. Give Stacy K a try, I think you'll be very satisfied.

Ordered my wedding bouquet and flower crowns from Stacy K floral. They were beyond my expectations and absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend the florists at Stacy K to anyone. Worth every penny!

I can't thank Stacy enough for the flowers she provided for my wedding. They turned out INCREDIBLE. I feel like I had a hard time articulating throughout the planning process exactly what I wanted, but Stacy nailed it!!! The raspberry bouquets she created looked AMAZEBALLS against the dark grey bridesmaid dresses!!! And my bouquet - stunning doesn't do it justice. The soft pinks were the perfect complement to my dress. It made the entire look feel so soft and romantic, exactly what I had hoped for! And I loveddd what Stacy did with the pieces we put on the ceremony Arbor. They were the perfect pop of color! Amazing, amazing, amazing. :)

If you're looking for artistic visionaries who can effortlessly make your dreams come true, you've found them. StacyK provided top notch services for our big day. From the second we walked into the studio to the time we walked into our ceremony and reception we were in complete awe. They took our style (which we couldn't even fully describe) and brought it to life. I cannot even begin to thank them enough for what they did to create the masterpiece we call our wedding.

We used Stacy K for our wedding flowers. I am very clueless about flowers. I met with Stacy and she was SO helpful. I enjoyed sitting with her and discussing my wedding vision. She showed lots of pictures to help me figure out what I wanted. I left feeling very confident that my flowers were going to fit well with my wedding and would be beautiful. She made me so excited about my flowers! When my flowers arrived on my wedding day, I was truly blown away! They were better than I could have ever imagined! One thing that really stood out to me is that her arrangements are one of a kind. We really loved the results! I was so impressed with Stacy and her staff's knowledge and professionalism. Everyone there is so nice and kind! I can not recommend them enough. I am looking forward to stopping at their store next time I am in Rochester and picking up a few things for my home.

The flowers Stacy K Floral provided for my daughter's wedding were exquisite! The color pallet was cobalt blue and orange. Not your typical flower colors! The bouquets, centerpieces, hair piece, wedding arch, etc. were amazing! Our guest all were blown away by the vibrancy and uniqueness! The prices were great (we compared to several others in the area so we knew Stacy was competitive) and the staff was all super easy to work with! Wish we had another wedding to plan so we could use her again!

Stacy K and her team did such a wonderful job with our November wedding. At the initial consultation, it became very clear to me that Stacy K's vision goes far beyond assembling beautiful bouquets, she has a complete vision of the wedding she is creating. I went to her with some very general ideas and after checking out my Pinterest page, she immediately starting showing me pictures of arrangements, vases, and other decor that I absolutely loved. I was very concerned about the color of the Chiavari chairs that came with our venue (black when I really wanted gold) and Stacy immediately proposed a solution that was not only cheaper than renting all new chairs, but also much more eye-catching. In addition to designing the bouquets and table arrangements, Stacy K and her team also brought in gorgeous damask table cloths, decor for the ceiling, and set up all of the additional decorations that my parents brought in to supplement the decor we rented from Stacy. We put the design of our wedding entirely in Stacy K's hands and it came out SO beautifully. We could not have done it without her. If you are looking for a unique design for your wedding, look no further than Stacy K. You will not be sorry!

An out of town friend sent me flowers from here for my birthday. The arrangement included red roses which were completely opened and had all sorts of ugly greenery and misc stuff hanging down in a very asymmetrical fashion. It looked really spooky and unappealing. I picked everything out except for the roses, which were completely dead within 3 days. The card was sopping wet from the way it was packaged and delivered, and I could barely read it. I didn't want to tell my friend because it was such a lovely gesture. But when I called the florist to tell them I was surprised at such poor quality, the woman on the phone quickly communicated that they don't provide any replacements after the first 24 hours for their flowers - I hadn't asked nor had I planned to. I simply wanted to provide feedback. But I am shocked that any florist would expect only 24 hours for their flowers to last. I'm very disappointed, but relieved that this is not a florist we use or would use again.

I ordered an arrangement for my 24th wedding anniversary. I had some specfic instruction to work aground the theme of 24 years. They were very helpful on the phone and told me to come in to drop off the card I wanted delivered with the arrangement. They told me on the phone that the cost was $125 + delivery and tax.Which is more than I have ever paid for flowers, but they came recommended from a employee from my work. When I got there to drop the card and pay they charged me $177.00 which was $150 + Del + tax. I was in a hurry so I didn't really notice the discrepancy, at first, which is my fault for not questioning the charge. They were suppose to deliver the arranagement before noon at her place of work, I had to call several times to find out where the arrangement was because she leaves work at 3:30. They got there around 3 pm. I was a nervous wreck, thinking that the surprise would be ruined. They did a wonderrful job with the qaulity of the arrangemnet, my wife loved it, but I was upset that I had to spend most of my afternoon wondering if it will arrive on time. Fast forward till a week later, my wife saw the rediculious charge for the flowers and called Danelle to question the price. She wouldn't discuss with her and asked that I call her, which I did today 11/13/14. I explained the issue with the $25.00 difference in the price, and told me I waited too long to tell her about it and refused to credit my card. I am very disappointed that they are willing to loose a customer as well as any furure recommenation over the $25.00 dispute. I have done business with Kittlerbergers in Webster for years, and always had great service and prompted delivery. I will only do business with them in the future and I will not recommend Stacey K Floral.
