Nice little hotel not too far from the city centre. You can walk there if you want to experience the feel of the town, or there is a tram line a few minutes’ walk away which runs between the railway station and the beach. The room was a reasonable size, and nicely furnished. It was very clean. The bathroom was modern and had a good shower. There was no air con but a fan was provided. The staff were friendly and there were nice touches such as lemonade and snacks in the room and free coffee downstairs. And the price was very reasonable. I will look for this hotel group in the future when I am travelling.

I've stayed here a couple of nights at the end of march this year. The location is great. The staff was very polite, friendly and tried to make my stay there and in The Hague as comfortable and nice as they could. The room was like in the photos. They provided towels, shower gel and shampoo and they cleaned the room daily.

Her thoughtfulness and passion for guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Tania, with her warm and understanding nature, helped me immensely when my flight was unexpectedly canceled. She not only assisted with a late checkout extension but also graciously waived the additional early check-in charges, showing an exceptional level of care and generosity. Her wonderful smile and calming presence made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. Each of these incredible women embodies the very essence of world-class hospitality. Nice hotel, well connected with the bus and tram. Room was spacious, a bit dusty though. All in wall what made the place great is the service and hospitality of the staff. Room prices are ok for the Hague.

A very beautiful and lovingly designed hotel with modern and clean rooms. We would come back again and again. The selection of free snacks and coffee/tea is also a nice touch. What stood out to me the most, however, was the friendliness of the staff. I lost something on my trip that holds great personal value to me. Although, unfortunately, it wasn't found, the hotel staff was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the process.

Quaint/cozy "boutique" hotel, probably need to reserve 2-3 weeks in advance. Super-friendly service. Complimentary coffee machine next to dining room with wide range of options (espresso, lattes, macchiato, cafe au lait) available 24/7. Fire alarm was triggered by a guest at 4:16 am last day, but it took about an hour to get the whole thing resolved. Rooms: Not entirely self-explanatory how heating and cooling works (heating system is based on steam boiler and is separate remote control on the wall ). Be aware toilet is sans sink and separate from washroom & shower. There was no curtain or door on the shower.

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and were very service-minded. Our room was a little small, and the toilet was on the other side of the room from the sink and shower, but despite that we would rate the hotel 10/10. It was very old-fashioned and lovely.

Nice hotel. Great staff! Good breakfast. Our room had e very small separat toilet an you couldn’t open a window, so it was a little bit sticky air… but we would come back if we had another room.
