I only spent a long weekend here but it was remarkable.||To start with, Michael greeted me with a big smile on arrival. He talked me through the important bits before I moved into the room.||||The room is spacious, I stayed in an ensuite double room. It was reasonably equipped with the most necessary kits. My window was facing the road and the church across the street however I've not had any issues with noise. The room was clean, I found the duvet suitable for my needs and there was adequate adjustable heating as well, which I turned on when the temperature dropped.||||The hotel had a little parking space which is cleverly managed so people could freely leave the carpark whenever they wanted to. ||I highly recommend the breakfast. It consist of local fresh produce and homemade bread straight from the oven. Theres plenty of food to start the day with and it definitely worth the €5.||||Landsberg is a beautiful small village with a bunch of great local restaurants and beautiful scenery. I did not have the time to discover the surroundings but it captures you from the moment that you leave the train station.||||Other than the local entertainment, Munich is roughly 1 hour away by train. You will need to change at Kaufering but you have trains every 10 minutes or so and its pretty straight forward in both directions. Michael was helping me out majority of the time, he even looked up the cheapest way to get to Oktoberfest, he's genuinely a great person.||||In general its a lovely place with an amazing host, the room was comfortable, I can only recommend it.
