This is a great hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and modern and the bathroom is spacious (picture included). Room also includes air conditioning, which as an American I find important. The view from the room is of the Alps, which is incredible. Plenty of restaurants and bars near the hotel, but still quiet. The hotel itself also has an excellent bar as well as a sauna and gym.

The hotel is nice overall and has a lovely location. However, we were extremely frustrated that we paid extra to have a "mountain view" and got a room where you could see the edge of the mountains, the photo here was taken from the corner of the room with my stomach touching the TV, so realistically there was no mountain view. Our refrigerator also was broken and we weren't able to get ice in our room, so we had to give anything refrigerated to the service desk and then pick it up, which was extremely inconvenient traveling with a child who needed milk. When I asked the reception for a discount given that we didn't have access to our own fridge for 3 nights, she told us that having to drop it off at the desk (which meant waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby every time) was acceptable because "we were offered an alternative"

We arrived by train and was close enough that we decided to walk to the hotel. People with a lot of luggage or small children may feel it’s easier to take a cab. We got checked in quickly and got right to our room. We were surprised at the size of the room. It had the “bedroom” area, a sitting room where we hung our clothes and kept our suitcases, and a good sized bathroom. We were really happy with how clean it all was. Then we opened the curtains to a beautiful Mountain View. The hotel sits right on the plaza with all kinds of options for shopping and eating. We really fell in love with Innsbruck and this hotel. We never once felt nervous or afraid of any of the areas. We walked everywhere from this hotel. BTW….there is a beautiful park near by. Walk over and have a picnic while you’re there.

What a joke of a hotel. Our first room had an air-conditioning unit that made loud, constant noises (see attached video). After reporting it, we were moved to a different room, but things only got worse. The second room was much smaller, had a tiny bathroom, barely working lights, and a lovely view of the dumpsters. The aircon there also made noise, just slightly less often. We asked to return to our original room once the issue was fixed, but were told that was “not possible since they are fully booked” and that we should be happy with the new room because it had a “view.” The only good thing about this place is the location. Everything else was frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Don’t bother booking a room with a view because they’ll put you in a room where you stare at a cement wall with windows so you have to keep your curtains closed a majority of the day unless you want other people staring directly into your room which is only a few feet across the way. The service is subpar. They don’t care to listen to what you have to say about how you booked your reservation. The air-conditioning does not work here, so it is very humid in the room and you cannot open a window.

Great Location, But Falls Short on Comfort Stage 12 has an unbeatable location right in the heart of Innsbruck’s old town — perfect for exploring the city. However, the hotel itself feels quite basic despite its modern appearance. The bed was too soft for comfort, and the air conditioning didn’t work well, which was a letdown especially during warmer days. I booked a mountain view room but mostly saw the building opposite, which meant keeping the day curtains closed most of the time. A bit disappointed overall, considering it’s a relatively new hotel. It’s decent for the location, but don’t expect too much in terms of comfort or amenities.

The hotel is beautiful and in a really good location. However, we found the check-in process overly complicated, and the reception staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Due to this, our experience was a little awkward and I believe it could have been smoother. We hope this will improve as the hotel itself is flawless.

The crew that hosted us was the best example of hospitality I’ve ever seen. Special thanks to Luticia, she made us feel truly home. The hotel itself is also great (location, very modern and stylish) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended
