Stagecoach Inn Motel

Random find. Went by price. One night passing through. And had good reviews. |Room was large, king bed, modern renovated standard motel unit including bathroom, clean, microwave, dishes, good quality linen and towels, and air con heating that worked fine. Loved to be able to park by the door, easy unpack, repack without having to drag everything to a carpark. |For the price this was far better than expected. Easy booking on line, easy check in, and out, friendly lady. So if you just want a good room at a good price, nothing fancy, then you can’t do better than this.

Our stay was great. Motel was very clean, the room had everything we needed and the couple who have the motel are welcoming and easy to chat with. There are choices of motels but so glad we discovered this one.

The rooms are very comfortable and always spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. We are always made to feel very welcome by t owners/ staff. The motel is conveniently located, within minutes to the town center.

This is a smaller motel on the north-eastern outskirts of town. The staff are friendly and helpful and we were late to arrive but our key was accessible. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. There was a tiny bit of noise from the highway - but nothing too much.

Had a 1 night stopover at Stagecoach Inn Motel. Quiet at night, generous size room. WiFi not good. Room $120 on their website if you book direct. We did, but were charged $130. I did question on arrival but was told that's the price for tonight. No big deal but their website needs to be updated.

Lovely family running this place now, very friendly to deal with. They welcomed my motorcycle riding friends and I recently and the rooms were clean and neat. Not far out of the town centre and surprisingly quiet location.

Left my pillow behind, phoned, and lady offered to post it and said she had done so for another man recently. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks phoned again lady advised she still had it and would organise in the next couple of days. Another couple of weeks goes by. Called today as still nothing and wanted to advise that I had a friend going through town and he would collect. However, as soon as I mentioned the pillow, I left behind, the lady hung up on me, so I didn't get a chance to ask if she could leave at reception for my friend to collect. ! Don't know why this lady offered to send it back to me when she had no intention of doing so. If the pillow and cover were cheap, I would care however, cost $180! I would not stay here again! Cheap hotel and rotten lady!

The room was great value for money and exceeded my expectations. The location is great - close to restaurants and the CBD. The greeting at reception was very pleasant. The room was well appointed with a microwave oven, bowls and cutler. The bed was comfortable. I recommend this hotel. It is next to the main road so there’s a bit of traffic noise but at the same time it’s a good location.
