Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

Our second time using the Stamford for a midday flight. Reception was good and friendly. The room was pretty good, spacious, lots of amenities and in good condition for age. Comfortable overnight stay. |We tried out their on-site restaurant La Boca which was pretty good for a light meal.|Biggest negative was the Guest Lounge on level 2, the lounge and other facilities in this area are in need off a major update and refresh as currently below par. Could be a real gem and asset to the hotel. (Reception need to let guests know about its availability at check-in). Coffee machine was not operating and this was reported to management on 3 occasions- unsure if fixed after 3rd notification. The hot water urn wasn't hot.|Think guest services need to be a bit proactive in attending to the area. Suggest going for a hot water "Billy" tap to get rid of th pump urn and reduce need to replace water.|Overall nice experience and would happily use Stamford in future.

A very short walk from the airport, very clean and in very good condition rooms were impeccable, buffet breakfast was very good lots of variety and you can make your own juice. Staff were friendly. Very happy definitely recommend. Not much around for food so uber eats would be a good idea, the inhouse dining was pretty good.

It was a great stay. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was better than expected, very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great with great dining options, roof top pool and gym. Carpark on site. Located minutes from the airport. I rate this hotel highly.

There was a mix up due to a problem with Agoda so the hotel did not have our booking and we arrived at 11:30pm which was very concerning. The manager Nischal and especially Onhit were extremely helpful and put at ease as we thought we might not have anywhere to stay. They are both a credit to the hotel and we appreciates their help. The hotel room was great, both spacious and clean.

Hotel had a great gym and clean rooms. Was a bit hesitant as some reviews have been negative around the staff but for us, the front desk staff, specifically Mahadir, went above and beyond to assist, despite it being quite late at night. Overall decent hotel in a good location, close to domestic airport.

Very convenient and easy to walk to in about 15 minutes from the domestic terminal with a few roads to cross. Room was very spacious, clean and comfy. Well stocked mini bar and usual room service menu for a hotel like this. Downsides were only one extra pillow and no extra blankets in the cupboard and a terrible button in the wall push (not a dual flush) toilet. Took the hotel bus back at 5am for a 6am flight for $12 which is expensive for a 4 minute journey but necessary for such an early flight. Left dead on time and very helpful driver.

Lovely hotel. Handy to the domestic airport. Our room was exceptional with a view over to the airport. Well worth coming down the night before our flight and staying here. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms themselves might not quite reach five-star level, but the hotel absolutely won us over with its excellent gym and outstanding breakfast buffet. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a proper workout while traveling. And the breakfast – a real highlight – features a fresh juice station with a proper juicer, which was a game-changer for us. Starting the day with fresh-pressed juice made all the difference and was the deciding factor for giving this place five stars. Highly recommended for anyone who values great fitness facilities and a fresh Smoothie to start the day.
