Great hotel front desk and staff, very friendly and attentive. I was provided with a welcome card and complementary Cookies. Very near to Metro station, very convenient location from the Red Square (1.3KM walk or by Metro). Near restaurants, Shops and Cafe. I highly recommend and will stay for my next visit to Moscow

The hotel very secure, it is 20 minutes to the red sequare. The hospitality good. The room clean and nice. The staff is friendly and well to help, they can suggest you some places.

Special thanks to the Manger Simon at the front disk he was so helpful and answered all questions and booked us a ride through yandex. Also i would like to thank Elina she was helpful and friendly and smiling all the time she booked us the circus tickets. I would suggest that you add a complimentary breakfast with the reservation of rooms. The only downside of the hotel is the lobby as its too small to sit at.

Stayed multiple times in this hotel, but latest and last experience is terrible. They had (and probably have now) weird issue with AC. It runs cold every night. I caught a cold cause 4 nights in a row I was frozen by this AC. Avoid. Hotel team can't solve such issues. And it's absurd that in hotel for such price you will get sick because of crazy AC system.

I am compelled to share the horrendous experience I endured at this hotel, a cautionary tale for all potential guests. This establishment not only failed in providing basic hospitality but also resorted to deplorable tactics to extort money from guests.||||Upon attempting to retrieve my stored luggage, I was blindsided with an accusation of smoking in the room, a claim as baseless as it was sudden. The hotel demanded an outrageous fee of 15,000 Rubles, holding my belongings hostage. However, this was just the beginning of a nightmare. Without warning, the charge mysteriously escalated to 50,000 Rubles as my card was charged, a stark revelation of the hotel's unscrupulous nature.||||In the ensuing battle for justice, the hotel's facade crumbled, exposing a litany of lies and deceit. Despite our efforts to resolve the matter through legal channels and with the assistance of Qunar.com and Chinese Embassy in Russia, the hotel's responses were evasive and contradictory. Initially, they denied the charges, then failed to provide any receipt linking the transaction to their establishment, and finally, resorted to citing non-existent policies to justify their actions.||||It's important to note that at no point did we smoke in the room, nor was this accusation mentioned during checkout. The hotel failed to produce any evidence of smoking or justify the exorbitant fee they extracted under false pretenses.||||This experience has left me with nothing but disdain for this establishment. I am grateful for the support from Qunar.com and the embassy, which helped mitigate this unjust situation to some extent. However, the ordeal has exposed the hotel's true colors, marked by greed and a complete disregard for guest rights. Potential guests, consider yourselves warned. This hotel's practices are not only unethical but repulsively opportunistic.

This is my 4th stay in Standart hotel, every time it's a touch of luxury to my business trip. The spacious rooms overlooking Pushkin Square, the top location and of course top notch service. I always enjoy the breakfast in Yura restaurant, the staff working here is top rank. They remember you after your first visit, how you like your coffee and what did you have last time you were here (!!). My special thanks to Polina and Konstantin , my favorite personnel in Yura restaurant during the breakfast service. They really make you a returning customer! To say it all, Standart hotel is my standard choice every time I am in Moscow. Many thanks and au revoir!

Loved this hotel, great location to Red Square and the shopping district. Rooms are excellent, you can’t hear any noises from other rooms. It had everything you needed from internet, coffee making facilities and fresh bottled water. Beds really comfortable, great powerful rain shower. We used the gym it’s small but has views out onto the city, it has a treadmill, bike and cross trainer, some weights and a yoga/stretching studio. All staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my first stay in this hotel as I was looking for something new in Moscow. It is listed as the 5 stars hotel on the Marriott website. Unfortunately the reception area and halls resembles some 3 stars establishment at best. Another big surprise was that being a Platinum Member I was refused free breakfast at this place and was informed by the girl at the reception that it is actually not "real" Marriott hotel, so they cannot provide breakfast for free. Now to the good points. Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Excellent staff - very responsive and attentive. Suite we had was great. And finally, great on site restaurant, Yura. It was wonderful both for breakfasts, paid separately :( and for dinner.
