I struggled with this wedding dress shopping experience, and she made it fun and meaningful especially since I arrived solo. She’s also highly knowledgeable and skilled with dressing fittings, styles, trends, etc. This salon is overall friendly, efficient and worth checking out. Prices vary according to the dress you want. I got a tea length dress from the Amsale little white dress collection. But there are so many gowns to choose from in the store. High quality options. The seamstress was great with alterations. I highly recommend coming here to shop and even purchase your dress! Be sure to ask for Melinda :) she’ll guide you well

As someone in search of a wedding dress, I was eager to explore options at Stanley Korshak. However, my experience was marred by an unfortunate policy that left me disheartened. Unlike other bridal boutiques, this establishment required a non-refundable deposit for dress consultations, a practice I found both surprising and disappointing. Upon learning about the deposit requirement, I felt uncomfortable with the idea of committing financially before even trying on a gown. As someone exploring high-end dresses, I anticipated a different approach to customer service. What struck me most was the lack of flexibility regarding the refund. While I understand policies vary, my interactions with other bridal boutiques revealed a willingness to accommodate potential customers without necessitating a financial commitment beforehand. This deposit policy ultimately led to my decision not to proceed with Stanley Korshak for my wedding dress search. I believe that in the realm of “upscale” luxury boutiques catering to clients with substantial budgets, a more customer-centric approach, especially in accommodating potential buyers, would have been fitting. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider engaging with Stanley Korshak for any future purchases. I hope this feedback prompts a review of the deposit policy to better align with the expectations and experiences of customers exploring high-end attire.

The associate my bestfriend worked with was kind. But there were 2 different reasons for my leaving 3 stars. 1) they are NOT size inclusive at all. If you are curvy,have hips,larger breasts,etc…you more than likely will not be able to even try on half of their selection of gowns. 2) my bestfriend left feeling bad about her body and her budget because of unintentional comments the associate we worked with made. Overall,I cannot recommend this establishment.

A unique shopping experience; the stylists and staff are all friendly and knowledgable. Every time I've come in I feel like I discover a new designer or great piece I haven't seen elsewhere. Special thanks to Sonya for going above and beyond.

If you are looking for your dream wedding dress like I did, you have to visit and try to request Sarah Grace Elliott! She was absolutely lovely to work with and created a comfortable experience for us and accommodated my visiting mom and sister from Delaware. She provided top-tier customer service, was professional, and was always patient with bride-to-be requests!

Great selection of clothing. Garments you can not find anywhere else in the metroplex. The custom service is top tier. It is very expensive, ofcourse, as the brands they carry are some of the best in the world. I scooped up a Kiton blazer that I really wanted, one of my favorite pieces, bar none. I highly recommend this place for anyone that typically shops at places like Niemen's, and typically buys dress clothing there, this place does not carry allot of designer in general sense.

AMANDA was so KIND! My nephew and I came in in what I would consider "grungy/scrubby" clothes. It was a lazy Saturday but Amanda paid no mind to what we looked like. She cared for us as if we were the most important people in the store. I'm coming back just to see her! Would love to bring her a gift even. She's so so sweet. Absolutely made our day and was just above and beyond in customer service. We got to meet the owner as well today and he was so kind as well. This place rocks!

Never visit the store but online because we are in different states and COVID. They have awesome European brands, selections and competitive price. I hope their online shopping system to be improved for example including order confirmation, shipping information etc. in the account. But i trust them 100% because I have shopped its online for a few times from bags to shoes to clothes during new year period. They never let me down but satisfaction. Shipping is very very efficient. It usually takes 2 days from my order place to receive even in the holiday period. Thanks!

Just go to Neimans. I was not warm and welcomed when I went. I didn't feel excited to be a bride there, and they were extremely judgmental. They are REALLY hard to get in contact with. They didn't even call my mom when her dress was in, and have not followed up about my wedding dress, even though we're in a pandemic and my dress is being made in Greece. When my mom called to see if her dress was ready they said "haha, oops!" ???? If you're looking for high-end dresses and high-end dignity and respect, do NOT come here.

This review is for the Men's Shak in Stanley Korshak. I came here to buy a suit from Suit Supply, which is located in the Men's Shak. The service was impeccable. From my first phone call, to the fitting, to the pickup a few days later - every step of the process was handled with utmost courtesy and care. It sounds cheesy, but I really felt valued as a customer and person. When I picked up the suit, I tried it on and we discovered that the pants needed a little more work. They were able to get it done while I waited so I wouldn't have to drive back from Denton. In total, I interacted with about 7 different employees to varying degrees during my two visits there (some with just a simple greeting), and they were all consistently friendly and helpful. On top of that, I'm pleased with my purchase. Seeing Stanley Korshak's website from a computer in Denton, TX was a little intimidating ($300 boxers!), but the employees at the Men's Shak provided one of the most satisfying shopping experiences I've had in a while. Thanks, guys!

AMANDA. AMANDA. AMANDA. Ask for Amanda. She is everything!!!! I loved her from the beginning. Side note- everyone at Stanley Korshak is amazing, I just had the most memorable experience of my life with Amanda. She listened to every word I said, learned my style, and translated it into selecting my dream wedding dress. I would of never, ever picked it off the rack but, it was her first choice. She picked a gown that was not only my style and personality but, one that flattered my figure. I told her when we first met, before trying on gowns, that I had been to another bridal boutique and fell in love with two other dresses but, couldn't decide. I honestly felt bad when I was saying it because I thought one of them had to be it. She was so professional. Didn't talk bad about the boutique I went to, or the designer of the dresses. She was honestly excited I found dresses I liked. She took that info and asked me the right questions and figured out what I loved about them. She knew exactly what I was looking for. The minute I tried on the dress she picked, I was speechless. I walked out onto the floor, to show my mom, future mother in law and sister and immediately started bawling crying. It was it! It was the moment I had dreamt of since I was 4, playing with my bridal Barbie and ken doll. And it really was all thanks to Amanda and her kind personality, her listening skills and eye for my perfect dress. She is a gem and I hope all brides get to meet her and find their dream dress like I did!!

So, I'm getting married. Woo hoo! Pop the bubbly! And that means buying the perfect wedding dress. I knew I wanted to try on a variety of dresses, so I figured I would start at the top at Stanley Korshak. I expected impeccable service, and impeccable service is what I received. Pamela, my bridal consultant, let me roam free to pick out the first round. Then she led me upstairs to my own HUGE, private room to try everything on. As I picked out things I liked and didn't like about each dress, another round of gorgeous dresses was brought up by the staff. I bet I put on at least two dozen of them. Pamela was so helpful with everything, and so honest with me. I really appreciated that. Even though they knew I wasn't purchasing that day, it didn't stop them from letting me romp around the store in as many dresses as I liked. I was there for almost 2 hours and felt no rush at all. And you know what? I found The Dress that day. Three weeks later, I returned to look at The Dress again with my mom. And we did indeed purchase it. Yay! What's even sweeter, as a Korshak Bride I get 10% off all things like shoes, jewelry, etc in the store. Louboutin... here I come!

She was so generous to me, and truly provided an unforgettable experience. She helped me find the perfect dress for my special day, and I am still on cloud 9! Gorgeous, new Louboutins, Fendi, Valentino for 50%-75% off? Free shipping? No sales tax? Yes please. Again please. And again please. My favorite place to order shoes, so many already (Eek! Bad wallet!). During the clearance sale, the staff is sometimes slower to ship out your purchases. According to their website, they are supposed to ship online orders out by the end of next business day but they don't always do this. They won't do a price adjustment after the shoes go on sale, even if the shoes get marked down again the day after you ordered them. Other high end dept. stores will do this (Yay, Neiman Marcus). Still, with the free Fed Ex shipping, great sales prices if you wait long enough and no sales tax, there are great deals to be had.

While I love to hang out with my girls at the Shak and occasionally splurge on a couple items--they DO have some diamonds in the rough (or, not-so-rough, overly soft, sugared up dripping with sweet, loud ladies only to be found in this area of Dallas and only to be accompanied with men found on sugardaddy.com), if I didn't have a couple good friends working up there, I'd be frightened away by the employees in the other boutiques. But I do love going up there and do so at least once a week. No, I definitely don't make a purchase that often--I'd be so far in the hole at that point, I'd be one of the vagrants spending the night in and around the courtyard, using the fountain as a shower. Come to think of it, that doesn't sound so bad.... You'll NEVER be disappointed with the eye-candy here...and remember, not all candy is tasty. But if you're down for some entertainment, Stanley Korshak is sure to please. Great cosmetics department. Be sure to get your parking stub validated!

I couldn't afford to buy anything, but the staff there are very friendly. Five stars for customer service, especially Andrea in the jewelry department. It's only the customers that will look you up and down if you're dressed like peasant folk. Relax ladies, I ain't gonna rob you *inside* the store.

The Bridal salon at Stanley Korshak is AWESOME! If you go in to find your wedding dress or other occasion dress, ask for Amanda. She was so incredibly helpful and made my wedding dress shopping experience easy and fun. They have a wide variety of dresses and prices which was great because I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my dress and I was working with a budget. Overall, I had a great experience working with Amanda and Stanley Korshak Bridal.

Whenever I visit Dallas I like to visit Stanley Korshak. After parking in the underground lot you take the escalator up past a giant fountain. Then it's like stepping into luxury heaven. They carry tons of top-of-the-line brands, my favorites being Roberto Cavalli and Balenciaga. Last trip I got some amazing glitter eyeliner there %30 off! In "The Shack" they had a sale rack with plenty of goodies on it but I actually ended up with a non-sale item. A sweet little dress by some company made in USA (I buy things made in the country designed, which SEVERELY cuts down on what I can buy! Made in China? You can get that at Wal-mart.)

The bridal salon at Stanley Korshak is phenomenal. You can see that many others have enjoyed their personal attention as you walk through and see Troy Aikman and Emmitt Smith and their wives pictures on the wall. I had the absolute best experience with them while planning my wedding. They happened to have my dream dress, but that was just the beginning. I ordered all my bridemaid's dresses through them and they took care of keeping up with all the girls who were spread all over the country and making sure measurements and payments were taken care of. One less thing for me to worry about. I had one bridal consultant I worked with the whole time and we became friends along the way because she was so great. The alterations were spectacular, as they had to take a ton of material out of my dress after I lost some weight. All in all, I could not have imagined a better experience and would highly recommend them, and my consultant, Mia, to anyone.

If you like clothes and labels, this is your place. Everything is VERY expensive but very chic, trendy and beautiful. Basically a local version of Barney's or something like that. I think it is actually nicer than Barney's though. Regardless, it is not really my style, look, or pocket book, but I can appreciate that they have pretty equisite clothes and if that is what you are looking for and price isn't an object, than Stanley Kroshak would be a good place to go.

BRIDES: I can't recommend Stanley Korshak Bridal enough. They are incredible!!! Not only do they have amazing selections of gowns, the customer service is unlike any other! Deborah and Sita go above and beyond to make sure you are as happy as ever when you are in your dress. From the moment I came in to look for gowns to the moment before the wedding, my experience was only positive. I had custom sleeves made for my gown and they perfectly portrayed my vision to the designer. Every fitting was exciting and fun! I am from out of town and they made sure that when I took my bridals, my dress was packaged, pressed and ready to travel. Even after my bridals and before my big day, they re-pressed and re-packaged the gown for me so that I could carry it on the plane. My mother also got her gown there and they treated her just like all the other brides. They made sure that everything was perfect for her dress and that she felt like a million bucks. After the wedding, there was a slight tear in her gown and they fixed it up, no questions asked! They genuinely care about their customers and their satisfaction. I recommend every Bride to check out Stanley Korshak bridal, I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Stanley Korshak is a Dallas gem! If you like upscale shopping experiences, you have found the perfect place to shop. They have the outfit that will make you stand out (in a good way) for any occasion. Very classic pieces to add to your collection. I bought my graduation gown in the bridal salon. The place is absolutely lovely, and the staff is very friendly. My fitting sessions were wonderful. Some may comment about the price, but it's a high-end store. What else do you expect?

They have a great selection for women's jeans and shoes. I'll definitely be back! Ultra high-end and expensive.

Amazing clothes! Every time I come here I receive the best service (based on the prices you should). But seriously, everyone is so so helpful and there is something here for everyone. It's a little on the pricier side but everything is quality material. Pieces that will last a long time.

Love this store! Customer service consistently over the top. pricey but great quality, and great sales too.. If from out of town, treat yourself! It has been one of my favorite haunts since the day it opened in Dallas in the 80s

First of all: I have yet to step foot inside of this store. I have however, shopped their on-line store a few times in the past three years. Whether I call up there or send a quick email, Joanna takes the time to answer all my questions about sizing, color, and comfort. Three very important things to know about when you're shopping on line and buying a product sight unseen. The packing is well done and professional, and the shipping is amazing fast. The personal touches added are always appreciated. Pretty much the best on line shopping experience I've had which is why I will always come back. It should be noted: I am not a celebrity (Maybe a little, but only to my dogs). I do shop when there's a decent sale. I also do my own research on the items I plan on purchasing before contacting TheShak.

I will never forget my shopping experience here! I was treated like royalty throughout the entire process, from the breezy scheduling, to the handwritten thank-you note I received in the mail a week after my appointment, to the follow-up call when my bridal consultant was replaced by another. And I bought a sample, at that! It is absolutely stunning and NOWHERE online can you find the dress I bought for anything near the price this salon sold it at. Most brides who shop here will not be sample shopping, but all of them can benefit from the courteous and attentive service they will receive. Ten stars. Can I give it ten stars? My mom dug the Champagne, too.

We had a wonderful time shopping at Stanley Korshak Bridal for my granddaughter's wedding dress. I live 365 miles from Dallas, and the bride lives 185 miles from Dallas. We have been to nine of the top bridal shops, as recommended by The Knot, in Dallas and Houston. We had our hearts set on one from an Italian Designer who is new in the USA. We had one place offer to order the dress, but we would have to buy it unseen. At Korshak on our first trip, we were waited on by Laura and she showed us several beautiful dresses, one of which we loved. The next week we went back to several stores with the Maid of Honor, a bridesmaid, the future mother-in-law and sister-in-law, the mother of the bride, a lifetime friend of the mother, and myself. Once again we were treated like we were all very special and we found the dress that caused everyone to say, "That is it!" However, being a once in a lifetime choice, we wanted to think about it. The next week, the bride and I went by to have her measured and the designer for the dress we all loved, was there. The bride is tiny and so the designer himself measured her and told her how he would make the dress to match her small frame and height. She then told him that she was hoping to find the Italian dress and he showed her how he would remake one to look very similar to that dress. Each time we went, they treated us just as they did the first time. If they were tired of our indecision, it never showed. Laura showed us a new dress the designer had brought with him and we decided it was even more perfect than the first dress we decided on. Again, we left to ponder our decision. We will be calling Laura tomorrow to have her order the last dress. We will recommend Stanley Korshak Bridal to everyone. They made wedding dress shopping the special and fun time it should be. Stanley Korshak Bridal is by far the best service you will receive. I had been looking for my wedding dress for 2 days when I went to my appointment at Stanley Korshak. My experience at other Dallas bridal salons had been terrible so I was not feeling great. We booked my appointment with Deborah as my mom had used her several times in the past and Loved her. Well now I know why!! Deborah is quite possibly the kindest and most helpful person ever. I immediately felt welcome the second I walked in the door. She listened to my vision and helped me pick out several dresses to try on. With each dress, she made me feel special and beautiful but was very genuine and honest as well. My 4th dress to try on was THE ONE. We all knew it. I had the ultimate "bride" moment and cried as everyone else teared up. It was such a special moment. Deborah poured champagne for my mom sister and I, took tons of pictures and made the moment even more perfect (if that was even possible). Not only did I find the wedding dress of my dreams, but the service was impeccable... Deborah felt like a good friend who had come along with us. Since then I have had two fittings. I honestly did not think it was possible but I now love my dress even more. Sita (also with Stanley Korshak) has done a beyond perfect job on all of my alterations and has made the dress fit wonderfully. On our last appointment, Deborah realized my mom had not found a Mother of the Bride dress yet... she immediately knew she had the perfection option for my mom. She ran downstairs and brought up the most amazing Marchesa gown. Finally, after months of looking, my mom found her perfect dress for the occasion. I have left every appointment so excited for my wedding because I know I have the perfect dress. However, on top of that, I was truly excited to purchase my gown with Deborah at Stanley Korshak Bridal... she made every bit of the experience fun, emotional and exciting. So bottom line, go to Korshak and ask for Deborah.. I can guarantee you won't regret it!

Great store. However, I wish they carried more 0's or XS's, which they don't even get in some pieces.

In the city clothed by Stanley Marcus with a Barney's, Stanley Korshak can fit a suit much better than the other two. While at first prices can seem astronomical they generally have sales, and their tailors are the best in the city. They carry labels that are exclusive such as Polo Black Label and Kiton. They are really a destination store great for nice gifts. My favorite soaps can be found in the cosmetics area COR silver soap and Niven Morgan as well as a nice selection of Chanel Fragrances. If Patrick Batman came to Dallas he would only shop here.

The Bridal Salon is amazing and the customer service is excellent. This review is for The Shak. My friend and I walked in and were never greeted. We stayed in the store at least 20 minutes browsing items and not one of the 4 girls asked if we needed anything. I'm sure its because we didn't look like the only other two shoppers in the store. It's their loss because of their assumption that we can't afford anything in that store. We drove up to NorthPark and made a sales girl very happy at Neimans.

Where do I begin? My cousin bought all of her bridesmaid dresses and wedding dress from this place...the work product was shoddy and overpriced...on wedding day everyone was sewing and stressing. They are greedy and rude, and will pass you up for celebrity clients.

It's finally my turn to write a review for the bridal salon. I have had many girlfriends find their dream dress at the salon and have patiently waited my turn. Laura and the team have been an absolute dream to work with. She helped me combine 2 dresses to create the perfect dream dress! It was such a great experience and the team is highly trained. I didn't feel nervous or uncomfortable being on a budget. The alterations team is extremely talented and I feel so confident going into my wedding day. I highly recommend the bridal salon at stanley korshak.

I went to Stanley Korshak Bridal (one of the places contracted by my high school) with a 1:00 pm appointment for a graduation dress, and the service was completely terrible. We walked in and there was no one in sight. When we finally found someone they put us in a room with little instruction and left us without checking on us once. Since it was just a graduation dress and not a big ticket item, they treated us with such little regard it was shameful. They didn't even notice us leaving until we were out the door and acted bewildered as to why we were leaving.

Just read the other reviews and agree that Stanley Korshak is a really unique and special store. I purchased a beautiful wedding gown there for my September 2011 nuptials...my groom also purchased his suit there. All in, we spent about $9K - not an insignificant amount. The wedding weekend was so frantic...almost hard to enjoy, frankly. The day before our wedding, I swung by to pick up my dress at the bridal salon. Everything was packed in the hanging bag, which one of the salon associates begrudgingly agreed to bring to my car. I checked into the hotel where I would stay on my rehearsal dinner night and get ready for the wedding festivities the following morning. On the big day, my mother and soon-to-be mother-in-law joined me in my suite to have hair and make-up done. Later in the afternoon, my bridesmaids joined as well. Again, it was hectic. With everyone ready we grabbed my dress and headed to the wedding site. I changed into said beautiful gown at the venue. I didn't notice that I had forgotten the belt that accompanied my dress until during the dinner. I ran to the back room to look through the bag...no belt. I was CRUSHED but thought "don't let this ruin your night." Moving on. On Monday, I called the bridal salon. I was informed that the belt was wrapped in tissue and placed on top of a stack of empty tissue at the bottom of the bag. Ok, let's be honest, that is not a smart way to pack a dress accessory. I went back to the bag and looked through it again...no belt. Was it there? I'll never know. Stanley Korshak never apologized...never recognized that wrapping an accessory on empty tissue isn't a good idea...and frankly didn't demonstrate any real empathy about the situation. One associate informed me that "wrapping accessories in tissue is a standard practice and that many brides have misplaced bras, etc." I guess I'm not alone. I'm going to post this message on every blog I can find on the subject. Hopefully other brides won't have disappointment with their $5K purchase for their one special day.

when celebrities when they come to Dallas this is where they go. Why? because they have an unparalelled selection. I only once have had an unhelpful sales person. Most all the associates have been stellar. More cites could use specialty stores like this as opposed to chain goop. having only neimans in town to serve a more affluent market is wretched and makes this city look foolish. Its like having only walmart as an option. low class

Great place to look for a wedding dress. The girls and I came to look for the "one dress" to walk down the aisle and we just knew that this was the place to start. The boutique provide great customer service. When entering into the bridal salon, you notice that they do not have alot of dresses but that is what makes this boutique different than all of the other wedding dress shops. I like how they can customize your own dress if needed. We did find a dress that we liked it was the first dress.

This review is for Laura in the Bridal Salon. My fiancee recently came in with her family to try on a wedding gown. She had a great experience and found the dress of her dreams. She was surprised how down-to-earth everyone was in the store and how non-pushy the sales team was. This was in stark contrast to Neiman's, which they also visited. We also got a hand-written note in the mail a few days ago thanking Ashley for the purchase, which was a nice touch.

I was looking at reviews on Yelp about Stanly Korshak store in Dallas .I have shopped there from time to time for years and by no means I am what you call the biggest spender . I saw a few less than perfect scores from people who did not like the high prices and parking accommodations or salespeople on their cell phone. I have news for you .The store is expensive and they have valet parking. If you received bad service while paying the high prices it is a valid complain other than that what else you want them to do. They are in high rent district .Accept it and pay for it and ask them for a glass of wine .

Personable and easy to find designs with great people. Selections are by some of the best designers. Be sure to check out the jewelry. Best collection in gold and color gemstones.
