Stanley Park felt like stepping into another world — tall trees, quiet trails, and views that make you forget all your worries. A must-visit in Vancouver!

Beautiful decorations. Train ride is worth every penny, all the wait from booking tickets till getting on train paid off. Waited around 2 hours in online to book the ticket, but it is worth. So much satisfactory it is

We did 2 nights back to back of The Stanley Park Ghost Train with my 2 yr old. I wouldn't do or suggest this as a couple's trip at all. I also wouldn't do/suggest this for teenagers. My 2 yr old loves trains and pointed out the bats, pumpkins and skeletons. It was super fun for her but the adults were bored. The only other activity is the maze which takes approx 5 mins and there is no Halloween characters/decor. There were 3 food trucks and 3 concession stands that we noticed. It's really cold so if you plan to go dress warm! The train itself takes approx. 15-20 mins. Overall, I wouldn't do this train again as I am quite surprised it sold out!

Magical and Beautiful!🎄🛷 It was so great to have the train back up and running again. You definitely have to book tickets early online and in advance. I hope they manage to fix more engines and have more tickets next year. Money goes to charity. Lots of beautiful Christmas lights and displays. It's worth going even if you don't get train tickets. Free parking is included. Hope they are able to do Halloween again as well.

Went for the bright nights railway ride. Was beautiful and we had a great time looking at all the lights. Fun activity event without train tickets!

This was the best place for children. It is so well decorated. Firstly huge respect for the firefighters🙌🏻. Fantastic job. It has food trucks as well, you can have some snacks there. Hot chocolate recommended. I had great fun.

Was able to get tickets on line for the Christmas Train and spent the evening at the Christmas park. An impressive array of lights, characters and Christmas scenes throughout the park. Fortunately no rain..but a chilly night. The hot chocolate was very good...

My experience at the Stanley Park Railway was fantastic! Riding the miniature train through the lush forest of Stanley Park was a delightful journey. The scenery was breathtaking, with towering trees and glimpses of wildlife along the way. The train ride was both informative and entertaining, providing insights into the park's history and natural beauty. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the enjoyment of the experience. It's a must-do activity for anyone visiting Stanley Park!

Yelp
Two of us tried to go online for the Bright Lights train at Stanley Park through Showpass. Online at 8am, in the queue at 8:30am and neither of us could get tickets. I even asked for less tickets and everything showed sold out. Basically 5 hours of our time wasted. It should be first come, first served and be purchased at Stanley Park. This was ridiculous and a huge waste of time. Really not impressed. We are born and raised in Vancouver and we can't do the touristy things in our own city. Really angry.

Yelp
They just opened back up from COVID and there were no line ups at all. This is a great family activity! We had a good time and going for a second ride was very cheap. I highly recommend for toddlers that need to do something outdoors.

Yelp
This train was pretty cute - I think any toddler would love it, mine certainly did. We came for the forest adventure which isn't much honestly - mostly some history and commentary on the trees in Stanley Park, with various structures to look at through out. The price is pretty reasonable for something that definitely got our almost 3 year old very excited.

Yelp
I rode on The Stanley Park Ghost Train for "Jack O'Lantern's Journey Through The Dark Forest". It was okay. The story and acting was fun to watch. I was amazed by some of the effects and props. My interest had died down a tad bit near the end of the ride and I was truly hoping for more to see. But again, this event is targetted towards children and it's already impressive if I were in the perspective of a child. The maze in the area was also fun because of how challenging it was. I wish however that there were more food vendors despite how tiny the area is! Perhaps expand the venue?

Yelp
If you are a first timer at Canada. This is a place you want to try....if..... you like history and need relaxation... very nice place for a nature lover.

Yelp
Had a blast at the Bright nights. They've really done a beautiful job with all the lights. The train was a hit with my 2.5 year old. Lots to see and do. Parking is ample and FREE bathrooms only had 2 stalls each but they made sure to have plenty of outhouses available too which is a nice option rather than waiting in a HUGE line. Lots of snacks/beverages avIt was a great night out with the family.
