Lovely hotel set high on the outskirts of Stanley. Rooms nice, basic. No microwave (which would help). Tea and coffee provided. Very friendly staff. Approx 5 mins to townsite. Very cute town. Overlooking "the nut". Warm shower, comfy bed. Queen and single in room.

We have just spent 2 days here on a Leadership retreat. The service was outstanding and the facilities made available to us were perfect for our purpose. The rooms had magnificent views, there was ample parking and the staff gave exceptional service and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Alana in Reception was very welcoming & helpful. Our room was large with a wonderful view of the Nut & we enjoyed a lovely sunrise from the balcony. Parking was plentiful & very convenient. We had ample supplies of tea & coffee but some bowls & cutlery in the room would have been appreciated.

This is our second stay here . Our first wasn’t great with rude front desk staff . This time the young girl at the reception was lovely and welcoming ! The VIEW is to die for ! The one downfall is the POOR sleep quality which isn’t a reflection on the inn itself but extremely rude guests . If you want to stay awake until 1am talking at the sound level of a jet aircraft please go for a drive down a county road and sit in your car to do so !

Very thorough check in and front of desk service. Spacious living area, thoughtfully decorated but with a small kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Our kids liked the playground within the complex.

Cosy and clean room, ideal location. Can see sunrise right outside our room. Friendly reception staff, offered to help us book a table for dinner at one of the popular restaurant at Stanley.

Yelp
Nice midrange accommodation at one of the north west's precious gems. The Seaview Inn came up as an option when I was loyally browsing hotels.com and as it had a twin room, my hetero lifemate and I locked it in for our bestiversary trip away. The proprietor was lovely, and was happy to fetch us a couple of wine glasses for the nice drop we'd acquired from the good ol' Stanley Hotel. Why is it that twin rooms are often the lamest? I feel of all the accommodation options at Seaview, the twin room was in the worst corner of the whole place. No Sea View for us, nope--we got to look into the neighbour's yard instead. Awkward. However, we didn't let our shoddy view stop us, and instead grabbed the spare blankets from the cupboard (suggested by lovely proprietor) and made ourselves comfortable out on the bench at the front of the Inn with a bottle of red wine to ward off the cold, taking in the full glorious view of the Nut and the adorable little town gathered at its base. I couldn't help but be jealous of the view that almost every other room here had, though. Oh well, live and learn! Next time we'll just have to bunk in together.
