My recent experience at Staples was exceptional, to say the least. I visited the store primarily for TSA PreCheck services, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the process was. Not only did they have a speedy TSA PreCheck, but they also offered a generous $10 off $30 deal, which allowed me to snag some quality charging cords at a good price. Moreover, the customer service provided by the staff was outstanding. The two employees I encountered were incredibly friendly and courteous, making my visit even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and willingness to assist further enhanced my overall experience. In summary, Staples not only excelled in providing efficient TSA PreCheck services but also went above and beyond with their excellent customer service and enticing deals. I highly recommend Staples for anyone looking for a seamless shopping experience coupled with exceptional service.

Avoid the Shipping and Printing counter. The woman working there today (I see she's mentioned in other recent reviews) seemed to actually go out of her way to prevent me from mailing a package. Normally, I wouldn't give it a second thought, but I ended up paying for the packaging, disposing of it at the front register and leaving without shipping the package and now I get to mail it tomorrow over my lunch (double thumbs down emoji). This is my first and only negative review, so believe me when I recommend staying away from the Lititz Pike location if you have to mail anything.

Ordered a laptop online for store pickup. It was ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Went to the store to pickup my laptop and was in and out in less then 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Without a doubt I will be doing more business with Staples

Went in 10 min prior to close, they gave me a card to follow directions on how to print, took me forever to figure it out and once I was ready to pay, I realized they didn’t take tap to pay, asked the associate if I can run out to my car to grab my credit card, he said once I leave, I can’t come back in. Would be nice for some HELP

Staples is running a current promotion offering 100% back in points for batteries purchases. But they do not give what they say they will give. The items are priced ending in $.99, but Staples rounds down to the whole dollar and only refunds that amount in points. They are screwing the public out of the $.99 refund, yet they are saying they are giving 100% back in points. They should round up ONE LOUSY CENT and refund that whole dollar amount in points.

When I shop the Lancaster PA location of Staples for office supplies such as ink cartridges, paper or shipping bubble wrap I seem to always find what I need there. And its easy to print a good copy of signs at the self serve area. And Marianne at the front checkout is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. She is always assisting me with ways to save via the app or just in general. She is a real asset to this location and I always look forward to seeing her.

Self service copies, streaky, terrible quality 50¢ for one piece of paper. Double sided. Absolute greed. Looking for help? Nope. Good lucky finding anyone. Because paying people wouldn't fit into the corporate scheme. Never again.

My final visit to staples, due to a recent business closing I need to return two unopened boxes of thermal credit card paper.Iwas informed since the purchase was over 30 days and I did not have a receipt this was not possible. I than offered to donate the boxes to the store to be resold so that they would be put to use rather than discarded in the trash.I was informed that all staples store would do with the product is trash it.! So much for trying to use our resources wisely.I was able to donate them to a local thrift store so they may be used .This is only a small example of the waste in corporate AMERICA. R Witte

Whoever was working Printing 1/13/25 around 10am needs to get on the same page with her team. I called prior to coming there about printing on vellum paper and was told they can. I showed up 1/11 to print and the guy told me the correct vellum to get and just come back. I have the correct paper so I come this morning and she tells me "no we don't print on vellum because we rent our machines so he must be mistaken". I'm sorry what? How is she right and the other two people are wrong. So I immediately go to staples on Lincoln highway and she printed on the vellum paper for me. That lady at Lititz seems to "be mistaken" and not her employees . These overlays were for my save the dates so I'm annoyed she didnt feel like helping me and I had to drive even further to get these done.

Went in to make 2 copies. First machine insert credit card and it sits spinning. First associate to come over had no clue how to fix. 2nd associate simply told me I had to move to another machine... no apologies. 2nd machine took my card then spinning for 5 minutes. Had to again wait to be helped and same person came to machine and said they can't do anything to speed process. Ummm perhaps there's an issue??? I don't believe it's supposed to take 5 minutes and if it does Staples needs a better system.

Every year, like so many other teachers in our community, I go to stores like Staples to buy school supplies for students who may otherwise not have what they need for the upcoming school year. For the last two years now, the manager at this location has gone above and beyond to help me! He showed me how to download and navigate the Rewards program, all of the coupons, and the best deals, so I would be able to buy the most for these students. He was amazingly thoughtful, patient, and genuinely wanted to be helpful. It's people like him that help make a difference. I definitely recommend shopping at this store!

I came in on a Thursday after 2:00 PM which meant that my print job could not be completed same day. The employee put the print request in for a 24 hour turnaround time. He literally said, " It's 2:47 PM so it would be ready tomorrow at 2:47 PM". He said, "We'll call you when it's ready or if it is completed earlier". I come in the next day at 3:34 PM and the print job is not ready. Apparently there was an issue when he put the order in the system. So let me get this straight, Staples will only call when the order is complete but will not call if there is an issue/error. I came to print program inserts for my father funeral memorial cards. In a fragile state of mind, the LAST thing I needed from Staples is for them to not do their job. The man that told me of the issue did print it for me but the inserts still need to be cut. And now I'm here waiting as other people are being helped because this man is by himself. The lack of customer service is appalling!! UPDATE: I didn't leave with my guaranteed 24 hour print job until 4:29 PM.

Easy in and out to print a document while on the go that I actually ended up not needing. First time printing at Staples. The printing area clerk gave the card with Staples' printing guide. Using the instructions on the card and using email from my phone made it super simple and quick.

Came in to ship a package, they handed me a business card and told my to do it myself. Wouldn't even let me borrow a single piece of tape for the box, they said I could buy a whole roll. The process was extremely confusing and frustrating. I ended up taking my package to a proper UPS store

Horrible service repair---rude manager Took an Iphone in for a cracked screen repair in May, they returned it with the wrong color screen installed...pointed it out to them. They kept it and sent it out again, came back with home button not working.. they sent it out again. back to let us know what was going on.---three months has passed so far with no phone ( They never called us about anything) Month 1/2 later phone came back and the home button or touch screen doesn't work....sent back to repair center AGAIN---frustrating Two weeks later got a hold of one of the store managers---told us we have two choices since they cannot fix the phone fully (1) Take a$150 credit- they will fix the screen, but cant fix the home button Option (2) Take $180 credit and wont fix anything Went with option one----And now they say I don't get the phone back WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME OPTION 1 IF I WANST GETTING THE PHONE BACK ? Questioned them bout this, all the paperwork says were are waiting on the phone, Manager says he's not responsible for what his employees say or write down ??????? Isn't that his job ?? Told us not going to discuss it further regardless what the paperwork states NEVER GO TO THAT STORE 5 1/2 months paying for phone service and no phone Contacted their headquarters and attorney

This store unfortunately just doesn't have the staff to get it done. Placed and order that was supposed to be completed by 3:30 wasn't ready until i came in and reminded the associate of my order. Associates are inattentive and honestly kinda rude. Overall this will now be my second return in 2 days because of unpreparedness. Ill be finding somewhere else to get my prints after today.

Went to the store for an exchange and had to pay extra because they had put the item I had on clearance. Spoke to the manager and to corporate to see if I could resolve that and they said can't help. They have a policy of not helping or solving problems it seems. Will not be going back to Staples again.

The print center was absolutely atrocious on multiple occasions. Tried to print out invitations for our wedding there, and they couldn't even line the things up correctly, cutting off lines on the bottom forcing us to redo the entire order. Then, like idiots, we went back to them for our wedding programs, and made sure to inspect every last inch of them. We just didn't know we'd have to count each one, too. They gave us 22 of the 52 we ordered. Biggest mistake ever. Do NOT recommend!

Meh. Staples has office supplies like any other office supply place. overpriced, understaffed and sometimes messy. on the plus side, furniture is cheaper than office max, but office max makes copies. staples has no such thing that ive seen..

The print center was such a quick, helpful, easy, friendly experience. I gave an employee my zip drive, wondering if he could pull up a file for me to print, and he did it so fast, I was like an old person in awe of modern technology. He even fixed my margin problem. He offered fun paper, did the math for how many I would get, and all was done. I was very impressed, since I had just been at Office Max one street over and left in a fuming, angry, seeing-red daze from that experience. I was VERY pleased with the station set up to do my own paper cutting: the cutting board, the scissors, pencils, paper clips, rubber bands....it was just a wholesome, almost fun, cathartic experience.

Stood in line for more than 20 minutes, with 1 person ahead of me. Aid was being offered to everyone BEHIND me, and not me. As I went to buy my item, an employee (who has given me not only attitude, but also glares, not to mention she tried to stay as far away from me as possible), has the audacity to come near and look at the coupons I was using. This is my first, and will definitely be my last time shopping at this location.

They have taken WONDERFUL care of my aged mother-in-law's computer hard drive crash. They helped package the laptop to mail back for warranty service and even sent a tech TO HER HOME to help her se tup the new one on her wireless network. She'll never deal with anyone else. This after spending hours with her over the months walking her through all the joys of PC ownership.
