If you love natural wines, this is certainly your place. The food is quite good as well but not necessarily my go to place in Venice. Wines are certainly a hit though and owners / staff always knowledgeable and ready to help out.

Really really good dinner. Attentive staff with great service. Great knowledge in recommendations of wine to our tasting. We sat at the yard outside that had a cozy atmosphere at evening. For appetizer we had the grilled octopus and beef tartar. Very good seasoned and texture. For main we took the tomato based tagliatelle and seafood and the Red tuna. We shared a recommended bottle of white wine and the dinner experience was amazing. I got goosebumps from taking the bites of the nicely cooked tuna. The prices isent much higher than at other restaurants , most restaurants we seen has a main course for 25€ but the quality and service was top notch.

We really enjoyed our evening at Stappo. Everything we had was very delicious. I especially loved the pork belly. Also the wine they recommended was very good.

Nice outdoor setting with good food. Sardine on polenta with balsamic reduction was great appetizer. Local greens and herbs was such delicious herbaceous side. Scampi pasta had great al dente pasta and delicious seafood sauce. Citron tart was the perfect ending to a enjoyable lunch

I really wanted to like this place. I stumbled upon it in an small alley while exploring (getting list) the Venice. The restaurant looked inviting and outside gave a nice mystique charm. The staff was good and provided some recommendations. But each person has their own rights to what they like which brings me to why I can't give this place higher stars. I ordered pasta and wine: - pappaderlle with duck ragu and parmegiano * the noodles were amazing! Texture, mouth feel, the chew... Everything that I have never experienced before (first time in Italy but not first noodle dish) * Sauce was kind of one noted and I felt like the duck pieces were dry (maybe that's what ragu supposed to taste?). They were small enough (grounded size) that the sauce made it "ok" (bigger pieces were noticeably crumbly) * This I have not mentioned in my feedback to the staff, out of the whole dish two bites had something "crunchy" in them and I couldn't figure out what it was (I don't think but possibly salt crystals). This was not expected and unpleasant. - Nebbido 2022 red wine - I don't know enough to judge this, but it was "ok" One thing that made me tad upset is I was charged in USD vs EU without asking me if I wanted to convert (and pay DCC fee). Where we (me and establishment) both loose. (Not sure if it was due to my negative feedback) I do encourage you to give this place a try because I feel like maybe I didn't pick right things.

Food was excellent, wonderful service! We sat in the outdoor area which was lovely. A little pricey but overall we felt it was worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Came on a recommendation, everything was delicious. Instead of dessert, we once again ordered duck breast and shared it. Grissini and bread are also delicious. They serve natural wines, which were delicious. Friendly employees. It was a warm last October day and we enjoyed peace and good tastes in their yard.

Had an excellent time here after finding it totally by chance. Food is all fresh and local, and wines were delicious. Staff were very friendly, spoke very good English and great at explaining some items on the menu. We started off with oysters (superb, and very fresh), and a meatball each served with a delicious mustard. This was my favourite meal during our stay in Venice.
