Super location with a gorgeous view over Falmouth harbour. Roomy and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Easy self check in and check out process. Had everything we needed, just wish we could have stayed longer! Maybe we will next time!

The S&G is fabulous. If you stay here on a trip to Falmouth grab breakfast from Stones bakery on the same street and bring it back here to enjoy the views! The staff are helpful and communicative before check in and after. Importantly the space is clean and stylish! The amenities are great with fresh ground coffee etc - be sure to grab a coffee from the wonderful Beacon coffee shop on the same road too though. Perfectly placed to enjoy all Falmouth has to offer from the town to beaches.

The most delicious roast, would even go as far as saying best roast I've ever eaten. Very good, would highly recommend. Big portions and all done with a twist. We had the roast lamb, followed by sticky toffee pudding. Only downside I would say, is that it no longer has the views of the sea and is now half the size.

Better than ever! So much love for the S&G. The new layout is a great, intimate vibe, the service is immaculate, the drinks are divine, and the food is out of this world. Honestly up there with the best Sunday Roasts I've ever had - and the small plates look sensational. So good. Massive thank you to Becca for being such a fantastic host.

Absolutely amazing Sunday Roast definitely one of the best I ever had. They BBQ/smoke many of the elements (not only the meat) which makes it very unique and who ever operate that smoker deserves a medal. We had all 3 meat options between us and all of it were perfect. The cauliflower cheese was from another planet. The sticky toffee pudding was fresh, moist and the cooking timed perfectly. What an inspiration!

Me and my partner came here last night to celebrate his upcoming birthday and parenthood. We loved our small plates, all amazing and filled with flavour. Especially their squash fritters. Drinks were equally impeccable. The service was unmatched, it was our waiters first night working there. He was incredibly attentive, informative with a friendly presence. The other man there was equally as lovely, lost his voice but persevered through the night . The ambience was absolutely perfect, i couldn’t imagine a better place to have spent our first night out together in an extremely long time. overall it was an incredible dining experience, the evening was everything we hoped it would be. highly recommend. we will be back and hopefully be able to enjoy a stay when our little ones are older.

RIP Harbour Views 1892-2024 You used to be able to enjoy a pint looking out over the harbour from this pub. Owners have redeveloped it so view can only be enjoyed from an AirBnB. Sign of the times. Now not worth visiting.

The Star and Garter at the top of the high street in Falmouth is a real old boys pub, it's the home of the infamous Falmouth Marine Band and is a great place to go for a real ale. They have live acoustic acts every week and the whole back of the pub is walled by great big glass windows that allow a fantastic view out over the bay and all the moored boats. They also serve food which tastes good and is well priced, if your looking for a real locals pub and like talking to some real characters then the Star and Garter is the place to go, some great tales can be heard from the older sailors and fishermen that drink there.

This pub was recommended by another business owner in Falmouth when we were looking for a traditional pub in town. We were originally going to go the prince of Whales but were directed here instead. Unfortunately, this is not actually what we were expecting as this was a restaurant serving anything but traditional pub food. We were pretty disappointed but decided to stay anyway as we'd hiked up to the top of the hill and it was getting late. The chicken schnitzel and greens in marmite butter were delicious. However the charred fish was extremely bony and not very nice. The freshly made ice cream was ridiculously good as was the service, views, and cozy ambiance.

We came here for dinner. The food was fresh and the beer selection good. Service was A+.

The new owners have done an excellent renovation and kept the character of the building. Limited menu and beers but excellent food and drink. Bit of a hill climb to get here, at top of the High Street, but well worth it. Congratulations to all involved in retaining and making this old stalwart a new and satisfying experience.

Just popped into this wonderful pub while visiting the family. Great refurbished interior and a friendly well pulled pint! Great views!!!

Visited on Christmas Eve for the first time whilst visiting Falmouth and we were not disappointed in fact food, drink, staff and ambeince all brilliant. Will probably visit again before we go home on 3rd January

We had a wonderful Thursday evening there with live music of John Dale. Super.
